Maybe it's just me but I can't imagine how houses of that scale could ever feel like a home.

Well, that's why you see kitchens and bathrooms everywhere. Who whatevers going to live there when it's sold, actually end to live only around certain areas. You just can't live your normal day by day routine exploring all of what house has to offer. Adding to that, you probably will end up with a staff of around 5 people just to mantain things rolling and a lots of children's or close family and friends.
It's more than a house for a family, it's glamorous mansion for way more than a home. A privat resort, where you have everything you want to enjoy at at arms reach, with the people you love.
Actually, this house would be considered modest by the standards of the country estates built centuries ago in Michael's & Adam's home country of the UK. Or Downton-Abbey (Highclere Castle)-type places. So living big, large & ostentatious is an old-time custom. Across the Channel, I read that although the Palace of Versailles slicked up by Louis 14th in the 1600s (but really a semi-public building) was very huge & fancy too, it had such a lack of basic plumbing (a standard lost since ancient Rome), that visitors complained about the stench of human waste wafting through the place.
I could never live in a place this big but it’s a freakin gorgeous house , the marble and black and color theme through out. The whole layout is amazing
Oh my,....my,....my....days! I can't believe how nice this house is! I'm flying there now! I am just going to move in and if anyone comes I will pretend that I don't speak English! I will just keep saying I'm someone's Auntie and I will live there forever! So beautiful! I'm stunned! Thank you for showing us,!!!!
Always good to hear your thoughtful and logical analysis. I don't care about bullish or bearish market. Trade a small percentage of your portfolio rather than going in and out every couple weeks trying to time the market trading went smooth for me as I was able to raise over 8.4 BTC when I started at 3 BTC in just few weeks implementing Richard daily signals and tips..!!! 😊
I've got up to 700K returns since I came across Mr Richard trading platform. My financial life has completely changed all thanks to Mr Richard awesome trading strategies..
Such a contrast to the other most recent videos! The new editor has really got his act together now; keeping Michael and Adams funniest and most professional bits in the edit but interspersing that with fantastic B Roll. Loving it and keep it up!!!
A boutique hotel disguised as a mansion of a home. One of the best fantasy properties you two have ever explored... Now one needs ten or so million to furnish and finish this fabulous project... Wow! 🌴😎🌴
I don't understand who needs a home that big. If I was rich I would just have a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Nothing like that. That's to much and a waste of money IMO!!
The downstairs/basement was something I’ve dreamed of having. I’m somewhat reclusive and would end up living in that part of the house lol but it’s just so cool! I struggle to come up with the words to accurately describe the way something so architecturally pleasing lifts my soul and inspires me. It seriously does something to me. It’s amazing! Walking down and seeing the pool and columns first thing and how it looks like something a Roman/Greek king or royal family would live in…amazing!
I've seen the house before when it was $50,000,000 last year, but this tour was something special. The laughter I had when Adam was nearly in tears was just the same. You guys are a blast together. Lots of love from Australia. Abs.

Definitely very entertaining...this was my first time seeing them ever so... was very enjoyable lol. The 🦗 🦗 🦗 lol and when he was trying to bowl the cameraman asked "wonder if there' are any 🦗🦗🦗down there 🤣. The camera was funny and also spot on 😮with the Laura Croft reference on that downstairs pool... Used to have that game and it literally took me back to playing it when he said that. Total vibe. Thanks for the tour (try not to lose a spa next time 😂😮👀)...😅what a place wow.
So many times I've seen huge houses, but they are very sparsely furnished, with none of the attention to detail this beauty possesses. This is an estate, the true definition of the word. This is the type of place that you have family and friends always coming and going, huge events, fundraisers, dinners, cocktail parties, etc. I just can't get over the attention to detail in every room. A truly magnificent property from start to finish.
This is what i like about you Michael, you're not afraid of showing the house as it is. The good n the bad. Unlike most channels they only show the good side. I've seen reviews of this house 2-3 times from different channels but yours is the most satisfying n pleasing tour of the lot. You've given me new perspective and better picture of the property. Even though the house needs a little tlc but it is still a very nice house. Thanks guys!
Michael we are all "amused"😂 You two are incredibly entertaining 🎉🦗🦗Love love both of you🩵🩵 The home is phenomenal. Thank you & please keep 'em coming!!
As a small town guy from Galveston TX, its crazy to see the inside of such a home. I am a home inspector and often see large old homes on the island and surrounding areas, but obviously, nothing like this! Thanks for taking me on a trip!
This may be the nicest home you have ever shown. Livable, useful space... I could see myself and two or three of my daughters and their families living here full time and each have their own section to call home. So if it's two homes in one that is $24m per home and if three families were here that would only be $17.5m per home. I could see my grandkids enjoying the features this home has to offer.... plus adequate covered parking. You know we never got to see the pool house. So, two chefs plus sous chefs. Head of house with 3 to 5 maid's. 2 or 3 Butlers, Grounds keeper plus 1 or 2 helpers. Seasonal or As Needed.
That property was used to house American Idol contestants in 2009, so crickets aren’t the only concern. It obviously hasn’t been meticulously maintained, as the video shows. And, it’s corporate owned which is why it’s been a rental property that is perpetually for sale. Unfortunate for an interesting property, and would require millions to repair/update/refurnish.
By far this is the most amazing home you've toured and my new personal favorite. It is done with such exceptional attention to detail that most would never know how difficult it was to design and build to that level. For example, all the baseboards, doors, door casements and other millwork is exceptional. The level of design and edge work detail on the Blue Bahia granite in the lower pool kitchen was amazing! A slab (typically 3' X 8" or more) of Blue Bahia from Brazil can cost well over $3,000.00! Thank you for sharing this home!

The creepiness and PM's reactions to the crickets.. incredible. So glad they kept this in. Turned out to be one of the best episodes they've ever made. So so good.
2 years ago it was 50 million dollars I remember several tours what I love most about this house is the kitchen, one of the most beautiful kitchens I have seen
You guys were great. Lots of fun, thanks. Fantastic house, and really unbelievably well designed. Thanks to both of you for making it so fun and interesting.
This was hilarious, creepy and fascinating. Definitely worth the 42mins I spent watching. But what is the story behind this house? They could have done the basements after the main but that would be a nightmare engineering wise. This must have been built with the 3 basements from the beginning, those backrooms and service hall have 80's vibes. Nowadays, first, no one would have made such a layout, and second, when you build service corridors you leave the conduit and piping in plain sight for easy access. Imagine you are the guy they call to fix the boiler! 😨 I wouldn't want to live in an house with corridors that give me the heebie jeebies!
I think the layout could be repeated today or something similar, but obviously more modernized and made for ease of access for any maintenance. This house was built in 1927 so its outdated for sure when it comes to the actual structure of it. Id love to see a similar house built today that has this amount of amenities but with all the technological advances we have today.
Apparently Enes filmed this place a few years ago, so Michael & Adam aren't the first to show it on YT. However, they're more entertaining to watch. Since they haven't done a home tour in awhile, I thought they had run out of places to cover. That's why I at first thought they grabbed this to feature since it was new. But I guess not. A spec-type house built in a traditional style with more bells & whistles than the market can possibly support (those underground tunnels must have added a lot to the price tag) must be why so far only looky-loos have gone through it. Incidentally, owners of luxury properties in London are digging down over 60-70 feet under an old row-house-type mansion in order to add amenities like those in this property in Bel Air. But something about LA's terrain, weather and history provide for homes that are a combination of a country estate in the UK (although smaller with way less land---only Hearst Castle up north comes closer to that), a big place in the Spanish or French hills along the Mediterranean and a luxury residence in a crowded city like London, Paris or NYC. Or similar to a private version of No 10 Downing St.
This house is insanely huge and so beautiful & modern. I love it. The owner who had it built must've had endless $$ to create all the endless rooms & levels. I've watched many abandoned mansion vids but this is my fave. Just fantastic!
I live in a ruin down trailer.. my son passed and I couldn't work anymore... most days I can't even go outside... why don't people like this ... they have so much money. Knowone has ever offered help too me! I would just like carpet and air conditioning. But.. I love all of you and I love watching you guys!!!😢
Kudos to the architect and the crew who built this masterpiece beautiful home not too much not overly done if I had it I would take it and keep everything in it is perfect!! Of course I would have at least six to seven families living in there I couldn't live until like that with this me and my hubby or me and my two sons my siblings their families my mama I'd have to slightly fill it up then it would feel like home and everyone would have their own space.
Don't forget your childhood friends and family lol, or even half the neighborhood could pull up. That house is crazy huge, but only 8 bedrooms. You would think it would have more bedrooms
I love this house. These are the kind of dream tours we love to see on this channel. I know not everyone loves the longer videos but I think in cases like this dividing it up would be extremely frustrating as a viewer.
My absolute favorite video that you guys have ever done. You two banter & bounce off each other's comments so well. In it to win it & keep on doing what you both do.
Absolutely my favorite home & I've seen tons of home tours here. Always fun times on this channel & you can learn alot as well. Thanks for showing us around. 🤗🤗🤗
This is the first video I've seen on this channel and woah! The only word I can use to describe this place is INSANE!!! It's like a village! You guys are such a fun team! I'm def a new fan! Much love!
Beautiful mansion! Who's home did this use to be? It's definitely designed and built with the intention of entertaining and having a lot of people come to visit, and famous people that want to have fun things to do, but don't want to deal with press and fans. So, they can have a really real experience of going to a movie theater, bowling alley, basketball, volleyball, gym, in and outdoor pools, and other games like playing pool, and whatever else we didn't see! Amazing! Did anyone else think about how lonely one could be in this mansion? In-between a house full of guests, the day to day life, I'd think could be overwhelmingly lonely. Was there a part of the house that was more private, dare I say cozy!? I almost said, "homey" but there doesn't seem to be any part of this mansion, that you would ever consider such a thing! Like Producer Michael and the cameraman videoing said, it is a lot like an extravagant hotel! For sure! I loved the indoor and outdoor pools! I'd love to know who owned or still owns this house, does anyone know? Thanks for the fun tour Michael! ❤👍🏽
Even in it's opulence, they've included the glass safety gate around the outdoor pool. My mind is just absolutely blown by the design concepts Incorporated into this property!
Where does this man get his energy to walk so far i would half to have help i couldn't walk that far i would need a scooter or something to get all the way through that house huge place plus i hate white paint thanks for the tour yall ❤
Definitely my favourite of the houses you've toured (although some of those underground bunker-style corridors were a bit weird), and a hugely entertaining video to boot. Fantastic! Just to spend a night in that house would be something else. It would be awesome to know who owns, or has owned, some of these houses.
This mansion was amazing, the amount of things to do in the house was great. I guess its just a little outdated though in terms of all the corridors and stuff like that, Please keep doing mansion tours like this one so entertaining to just see the excitement and the raw reactions.
The quality of this home is one of the best I've seen, Marble, exotic woods, fancy kitchen, granite, marble, stone, custom fireplaces, wood parquet floors, they didn't hold back, the got the best of everything. I wonder who built it, how long they lived there, how big of family, the wife was flambouent because did you see her bathroom with the big picture of high heels and that huge eval tub. Thats a girls dream. I love all the huge window with light coming in. The living room coming in was too dark for me but I loved the open bright corridors. Those 3 bedrooms down that long hall would be a lot of walking so you stay in shape. But, it is spooky being in such a gigantic home and maybe be back in your bedroom, knowing the rest of that huge house may be empty. You would have to have servents, maids cleaning all the time, the upkeep is never ending which would drive me crazy. Those giant bathrooms are overkill to me, having to clean the huge bathroom floors. Just so much money for what??? Money doesn't make you happy!!! The wife or him probably had affairs and got a divorce...can you imagine spliting up the earnings? Just too many questions. Its sure a clean tidy house for no one living there. I would love to see it but would not want to live there, unless it was downsized extensively. I love the land, pool and open outdoor spaces. Thanks for the fun, its just hard to see why people think they need all this.
This was out of this world you would have to have 50 staff to just clean . Let us know who buys it really had a good laugh you two cracked me up thank you for showing this small village lol xo from 🇨🇦 Canada
People STOP 🛑 this is not an abandoned mansion. This place is for sale. And it’s beautiful but I was disappointed because I thought there was a playground with the indoor pool 😢anyways this place is way too big you literally need a map so you don’t get lost. Overall it was fun to watch great job!
So many truly hilarious moments in this video. Loved how Michael said looks like an ordinary house at the beginning when the lobby is bigger than some hotels. I wish you’d made a little more of the discrete garden entrance to the subterranean floors. Great entryway for guests arriving. Lots of the house is stunning but all those corridors would do my head in.
This is my favorite house ever! It's not that expensive, compared to other homes that are 30/ 40 million. What you get here for the money is well worth it. I don't think I've ever seen Michael so excited about a house before.. Before this house of course.. If I hit the mega millions lottery. I'd buy the house.
It’s absolutely insane!! ❤ You two crack me up!! I wished I could have seen Michaels shoe fall off 😅 Hope you two have a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!! 🎄♥️🎄
Great seeing you both touring mansions again 😊 Yep, i toured this mansion with Enes and Mikey. An underground elevator that moves sideways. An entire games building with a pool. i remember seeing that pool in "Home Alone" movie starring Macaulay Culkin.
This is by far the most beautifully designed home I have ever seen. The architect should be commended for a stunning property. This is truly amazing! It will forever be known as the cricket house 🦗🦗🦗
This looks like something out of Miami Vice! The underneath quarters are great if you want others to think you’re not home. OR the underneath living area is for when the misses needs space. He goes below.
Wow. Back with a huge bang on the house tours! This whole video was the best yet filled with humour, luxury and amazingly long dark corridors 🤣. Great videos guys !
This house is just something else. I love how they used the terrain to still bring in so much natural light. I would love to see videos of its construction if ever its out there.
I am way behind watching this video..like 7 months..🙄, but watching the enthusiasm of this duo makes me smile. Nice watch Michael as always. Always a pleasure thank you both.☝️😉✌️😊
This house has been featured on TH-cam before. It has languished on the market in LA. There is definitely a cooling off in the real estate market in CA - especially with the highest-end properties.
A lot of the high rollers are buying outside of CA right now so you are def right about that. Also, when you see something that has been marketed across TH-cam and multiple other websites but hasn't sold for over a year, it's usually because the seller won't budge off of the price. I guarantee there have been offers made on this house but the owners don't need the money so they will hold out until they get the list price. I call that an ego hold.
Why does he have those pointy shoes on? Not being mean, curious as to why they are so pointy? Thank you. Kindest thoughts to you and your family and Furbabies from Australia x
Wow! It’s going to be hard to top this house! Absolutely amazing. The underground part it seems like they took an old house and just sunk it in the ground. I’d be afraid to have guests stay over. They would never leave, and it would take forever to even discover they are still there! I will say this, the garage was a bit disappointing. Would have expected epoxy floor
I am speechless !! The design of that property is amazing and I’ve never ever seen a property with that much detail.. the only disappointing which is the small car garage but the rest of it is amazing!! Thank you for sharing
Whoever designed this house truly outdid themself.
Surely showing off!! Lol lol

no one buys this house alone. its for people to live with friends like the faze house etc
It's more than a house for a family, it's glamorous mansion for way more than a home. A privat resort, where you have everything you want to enjoy at at arms reach, with the people you love.
It's a house that you'd move you're whole family into so it gets used properly.

You'd have to be filthy rich just to pay for all the staff needed to maintain something like this.

Hope your trip is Beautiful and safe!❤
These are just left right. Cannot actually believe this.
After watching so many mansion tours i gotta say for $52 million, this is actually incredible
Yeah, it seems way nicer than most I’ve seen in that price range. Maybe prices are cheaper in BelAire.
You both outdid yourselves today, fellas. Endless property. I'm speechless. More mansions, more watches.
Well I know one thing, you do not want to pay for electricity and maintenance of this thing... :D

I really enjoyed it too, their personalities work well together. I did get motion sickness though as the camera jostled around but I stuck with it 😊

I agree with you with the 80s feel. What I did like about it was that at least it wasn't super tacky 80s feel
If you check out Enes Yilmazer, he did a tour on this awhile back, and he always provides way more info than anyone else.

This house hands down is the most immaculate, breathtaking house I’ve ever seen!!
glad to hear you say that "the one" was unlivable. i was thinking the same thing when i saw how this house is quite livable.
Love the chemistry between you two. I was cracking up laughing on this video. Loved it 😂🔥
Kudos to the architect and the crew who built this masterpiece beautiful home not too much not overly done if I had it I would take it and keep everything in it is perfect!!
Incredible !! Just wished not so rushed through in a manic fashion.
But the cricket freak out..made it ok 😂
Y just started watching(2min in) please you are awesome with the all the excitement im hooked
I love this house. These are the kind of dream tours we love to see on this channel. I know not everyone loves the longer videos but I think in cases like this dividing it up would be extremely frustrating as a viewer.
Who. In this house ELON MUSK???? DOES ANYONE LiVE HERE???
Must be a very thin person who.lives here...alot of walking. Even in the bathrooms so large. They must have massive cleaning staff...
My absolute favorite video that you guys have ever done. You two banter & bounce off each other's comments so well. In it to win it & keep on doing what you both do.
I loved this one. The long, ominous hallways were intriguing!
I’m watching this for a second time! I can’t get over this mansion. It’s beautiful. Someone rich needs to buy this.
Much love!
Me, too! New subscriber for sure.
Same here🎉 new subscriber 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤❤
My vertigo is acting up watching him run around, but I truly enjoyed this tour!
Where is this house?
@@doloresroy8316 Just checked back after seeing your question, and in the left upper very beginning of the video, it says Bel Air, California.
Even in it's opulence, they've included the glass safety gate around the outdoor pool. My mind is just absolutely blown by the design concepts Incorporated into this property!
Where does this man get his energy to walk so far i would half to have help i couldn't walk that far i would need a scooter or something to get all the way through that house huge place plus i hate white paint thanks for the tour yall ❤
amazing!! this could be a 5 star resort!!!
I love the humility and energy. It's refreshing to see this in today's times.
Definitely my favourite of the houses you've toured (although some of those underground bunker-style corridors were a bit weird), and a hugely entertaining video to boot. Fantastic! Just to spend a night in that house would be something else.
It would be awesome to know who owns, or has owned, some of these houses.
wouldve been much better if they brought caroline along and leave her in that creepy corridor with crickets and all
This is the most beautiful, original home I have ever seen, ever. It’s divine. Thank you for showing it.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
38:22 The cameraman missed getting the shot from the hot tub to the downstairs pool it is see-through very cool feature
I love how Adam is as much a part of this as Michael. It’s not just Michael doing the hosting.
I’ve never seen Producer Michael this excited 😂 This house is just mind boggling! The maintenance cost is for sure worth more than my lifetime!
This mansion was amazing, the amount of things to do in the house was great. I guess its just a little outdated though in terms of all the corridors and stuff like that, Please keep doing mansion tours like this one so entertaining to just see the excitement and the raw reactions.
Uma mansão como está dá pra se esconder uma quadrilha,eu não queria mesmo 😮
Wow that's just AMAZING
This home takes my breath away. It’s stunning.
I LOVE ALL THE LAUGHTER AND POSITIVE ENERGY. YOU TWO MAKE A GREAT TEAM!
I Can't believe trying to live in a house this big. It's absolutely breath taking. I especially love the pools.
Michael may have missed his calling. An actor staring in a Horror movie, "The attack of the Crickets". An amazing house. My fav too.
Wow amazing place!! ❤❤ thanks for sharing ❤
Out of all the videos I've seen about the different mansions this one is the best and the mansion looks awesome and beautiful.
Holy cow! Never seen such a massive house. The endless corridors, bowling alley - This can be a boutique hotel damn
This home blows " THE ONE" away by far. And I'm surprised it only cost 52 million . outstanding!!!
This house is unbelievable. WOW!!!
Great seeing you both touring mansions again 😊
Yep, i toured this mansion with Enes and Mikey. An underground elevator that moves sideways. An entire games building with a pool. i remember seeing that pool in "Home Alone" movie starring Macaulay Culkin.
You have a link to Enes' video? I must have missed that one
Nooo. Different house.
That one had the side-moving elevator going to a completely separate building (the one deep in the ground, with the fun stuff).
@@exnihilonihilfit6316 Nope! It's the same mansion.
@@aotearoablitz9881 You're clueless... I'm not gonna search for you, though. Go to hell. ;-)
This house is absolutely insane nothing like I’ve ever seen. Thank you for sharing! Amazing to see how wealthy people live.
This is by far the most beautifully designed home I have ever seen. The architect should be commended for a stunning property. This is truly amazing! It will forever be known as the cricket house 🦗🦗🦗
House fit for a "Prince" 💜 🎸
Yo pensé que Messi sería un digno habitante o Shakira x sus altos ingresos..entre otros claro.
Lots of beautiful work, but so chaotic.. Thank you
This looks like something out of Miami Vice! The underneath quarters are great if you want others to think you’re not home. OR the underneath living area is for when the misses needs space. He goes below.
I've always loved going back and looking at pictures of this house. It has such a weird charm to it I can't explain it.
Wow. Back with a huge bang on the house tours! This whole video was the best yet filled with humour, luxury and amazingly long dark corridors 🤣. Great videos guys !
This is my favourite house on TH-cam. Great job !
3:37 That watch design is going to be a real classic in the future
Can u imagine playing hide & seek there? What an amazing mansion!!
I think this is my favorite place I've ever seen. This is a true DREAM home. Absolutely incredible. You guys did a great job with this video!
Michael is so funny, I love all of your videos! Keep up the good work!
This house is just something else. I love how they used the terrain to still bring in so much natural light. I would love to see videos of its construction if ever its out there.
Beautiful house, love the music😊
I am way behind watching this video..like 7 months..🙄, but watching the enthusiasm of this duo makes me smile. Nice watch Michael as always. Always a pleasure thank you both.☝️😉✌️😊
One of the funniest episodes and the whiteclaw ending is the cherry on the cake
Literally 😭😭 when Adam said it was sparkling water I knew it was about to get funny 😄
This is the best tour ever! -- Thank you Michael and Adam!
This house tour was AMAZING and HILARIOUS! You guys are a great team! Thank you for this!
This is just mind boggling! Yes, misplacing your phone would be unfortunate, but can you imagine hide and seek in this place?
You'd be so rich.
You just by a new phone like every day..lol
How many pools are there? Wow its a big mansion
This was one Enes Yilmazer's very first house tours years ago, maybe 4 years ago now. I'm wiling to bet its been on the market at least that long.
they all over priced concrete
@@sneakybeats62 I thought it looked familiar!
@@sneakybeats62 oh he did tour it?
Michael is so funny, he’s excited…running around like he’s in a candy store.
Why does he have those pointy shoes on? Not being mean, curious as to why they are so pointy? Thank you. Kindest thoughts to you and your family and Furbabies from Australia x
Oh, he’s definitely had some candy😂😂😂
Haha, indeed, they would be hard to find. I love that, my thoughs indeed.
Crickets cherp cherp Lolo Cerio DeEmma
I am speechless !! The design of that property is amazing and I’ve never ever seen a property with that much detail.. the only disappointing which is the small car garage but the rest of it is amazing!! Thank you for sharing
Thank you
