  • Join me as I explore the abandoned mansion of hip-hop icon Sean "Diddy" Combs, hidden deep in the secluded suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. This forgotten estate, once the epitome of luxury and opulence, now stands as a haunting symbol of urban decay. From the grand foyer with its massive chandelier to the eerily intact kitchen appliances, this abandoned mansion is a true relic of the 90s hip-hop scene and the extravagant lifestyle that came with it.
    In this video, you’ll witness firsthand the remnants of a home that once hosted legendary parties and A-list celebrities. I stayed until daybreak to capture the transformation of this forgotten mansion, from its mysterious, eerie nighttime presence to its quiet, almost serene morning light. This exploration delves into not just the physical decay of this once-great estate, but also the stories and history that linger in every room.
    If you're captivated by urban exploration, fascinated by abandoned places, or interested in the history of hip-hop, this video is for you. Experience the life and legacy of Sean "Diddy" Combs through the lens of his abandoned mansion.

    This showed me the reality of life. We're on this planet for a split second, then we leave to spend eternity where we really belong, and in an instant we're forgotten and all that we achieved is long gone. I don't have a huge home or fancy things, but what I have I love and feel blessed to have it. I long to be where I really belong then everything will be perfect!!!! Thanks ,Jeremy, for this great tour!!

    Grew up down the street from here. For those wondering, the house sold to a neighbor. They waited a chunk of years and are now restoring it one bit at a time. It’s in much better condition now. Last I saw, they we’re painting and working on the exterior. Probably going to take a few years to get it all done. Cool house with lots of potential. Who knows what went on while Diddy was there. He owned it for a few years and sold it for ~40% of what he bought it for

    This is my friends old house from before Diddy. It was absolutely beautiful with wall to wall marble everywhere. The owners were a nice family. We would hang out by the pool, play pool in the basement, the kids would hangout with the parents in the kitchen and talk with the kids. It never ceases to amaze me that so many homes go abandoned, and yet many people are homeless or can't afford to buy homes or just don't have the credit due to a death in their family and having to bury a relative with credit, or losing a job and having to give their car back so their credit gets messed up or bad credit due to disasters or just no credit at all. I'm not saying hand out abandoned homes, but make them easier to finance and more affordable so a family who doesn't have the chance normally can have a place to live.

Save your money (it's possible even with bad credit) and buy your own land and build your own house. Doesn't require credit. Just patience and hard work. Im sick of hearing this argument because most people have bad credit or are in debt due to bad choices. Not everyone but the vast majority. Why should you pay less for the same house someone else did just because you're a screw up? How does that logically make any sense?

    The potential to turn it around into something stunning with the right money; all I kept thinking was it would make a really nice healing center. Not sure how many bedrooms there are, but it could be fully functional for say a few days to a full week appointment for med beds. The theatre room could be converted for the med bed pods. Some of the side rooms could be for massage, acupuncture, therapy rooms, etc. Keep the pool for water therapy. The pool house wasn’t shown inside, I actually thought it might have been staff quarters (could be converted to something like that). All that is missing is a zen garden, something beautiful and natural to sit, meditate, just enjoy the chirping birds and take in some sunshine (but a calm and warm environment to just silently be, relax and enjoy the moments of time). I see something like this and my mind goes to all the possibilities of use that could actually benefit people and provide a certain service. Much nicer than the standard hospital setting; why not move things up a notch in luxury when one is ill, having many medical issues to be addressed? After many years of being disabled, returning from war with the loss of a limb (med bed can regrow it), healing from years of trauma for survivors of abuse, etc. You figure all the years of living through Hell, to come to a facility so beautiful to have a restart in life, a second chance in full health a place like this would help reset the mind that once healed and ready to leave they got to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity in a place so grand. Each person would be leaving having the most positive, wonderful, healing and supportive experience with a better frame of mind as well as body. That’s what I would do with it if I were rich. A way to give back to the community healing one person at a time taking as long as needed for each individual’s needs. Why should the rich and wealthy only get to enjoy beautiful things? Everyone should be able to enjoy it (even if only temporary for a few days).

    I use to drive past this house on a weekly basis back when I lived in Atlanta. I always wondered why no one would buy it. I remember when Diddy bought it, then sold it for so cheap. The neighbors houses next to it aren't nearly as nice (from outside driving by views) and sold for more. Simply beautiful neighborhood. So after years of driving by it and wondering about it, it was great to see what the inside looked like. Also, If Diddy ever stepped foot in that house, it may have been for a day as that entry gate always had a padlock on it.

    I only saw this by pure chance & I loved it, so much so I emailed it to my Mum who likes watching all the different house shows on tv, telling her a little different, but she should give it a go.
    The house is breathtaking & that foyer with the chandelier & double graced staircase is nothing short of amazing! I really loved the reverence you gave to it, I think when we create a home, we create an almost being, an ecosystem, all if it’s own & it wants to be lived in, whether it’s little feet running around or high heels, every home wants to be filled.
    As for returning to nature, I watched a documentary about how long it would take things to totally erode to the point it would be like we were never here, & believe it or not, given enough time, it will be so, we look at what we’ve built & think it & we are indestructible, but we’re not

    It's so weird to see that the majority of US houses (expensive or not) are all made of wooden skeleton. The majority of the European houses are made of bricks or concrete, which made the house more durable. Because when a US house got on fire, it will burn down to the ground because it has a wooden skeleton. Only our roofs has wooden skeleton for the roof tiles.

    • @JeremyXplores
      @JeremyXplores  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +55

      It's fascinating how different building practices reflect the culture and history of a region. In the U.S., wood has been a primary building material for centuries, partly because it’s readily available and allows for quick construction. But you're right-brick and concrete structures, like those in Europe, tend to be more durable and fire-resistant.
      Each approach has its pros and cons, and it’s interesting to see how these choices shape the character and longevity of homes. It’s one of the many things that make exploring abandoned places so intriguing-seeing how materials, design, and time interact differently around the world. Appreciate your perspective, and thanks for being part of the conversation!

    • @Lawtown31
      @Lawtown31 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +21

      The only place you can build a concrete home in US is Southern California, South Texas, Southern Florida, all the warmer areas. The Cold in other parts and snow deteriorate concrete, cracking, and decompose it quickly, Wood moves in cold, doesn't crack, is more resistant to cold. It does burn obviously, but there are houses 200+ years old in the US. They are usually covered in vinyl siding or very resistant red or yellow bricks, more expensive ones are covered in stone or stone veneer, but it's wood frame all the way.

      Try taking 1000mg+ of magnimesium glycinate. No more Xanax needed. God gave us magneisum to make us feel good. It worked for me when someone told me to try it. 4yrs now I won't live without it and also Liquid Vit D3 with K2 and add zinc picolate and you won't get sick. Best wishes. There's different types of magnesium, so get the glycinate.

    Your narratives remind me of the voice over narrative of William Holden’s character in the movie “Sunset Boulevard.” Poetic with tones of understated philosophical introspection.

    Seeing all types of abandoned homes is heartbreaking bc they have spirits n feels emotions too. The materials are made from living things, trees, rocks, etc, the Earth is a spiritual world.
    Depending upon how we live within the homes n the way we treat the homes. Whe there's abuse within families, the homes are left feeling the sadness n pain. Families who're more healthier n happier leaves their positive energies, it can be felt. Those who pray, give prayers of healing for the abandoned houses
    Nice video, God bless❤

      You’re right I’ve rented a few apartments and each home had a vibe to it . Some good and some bad . I have my own house now I’m glad the 4 years I’m here I never felt a bad vibe .

    You are so awesome & brave ! This brought back nostalgic memories for me. My partner & I explored vacant homes & barns as a hobby. We felt the same warmth & often times I would imagine families living theur lives in that home. Beautiful! Thank you filming your adventures. Keep up the good work .

      It’s interesting how quickly things can shift in the media, isn’t it? Stories that dominate the headlines one day can fade away just as quickly. I’m glad I could bring some attention back to this intriguing part of Diddy’s past with this video. Thanks for watching and for your thoughtful comment!
