- Hey Hey Hey folks, Today I am sharing a vegetarian pelau.
What is Pelau? Pelau is a one pot cook up rice with pigeon peas and any meat of your choice. Generally chicken is used. Beef or shrimp can also be used. In this video I am making a Pelau without meat.
