Great Choice and review. I've just bought one in Thailand 🇹🇭 and I'm blown away how Great it is. I had a shortlist of 4 bikes to choose from ,however I test rode the hunter first and instantly fell in love with it so didn't bother looking at the other 3 bikes 😀
I love the look of this, and I think you're right Mark, it seems like the best of the 350s to me. Very tempted to get one for a B-road and town commute.
My dad rode bikes. The first one I knew was an A.J.S. 350. He rode it to work every day; about 20 miles each way. Then later, he went up to a Norton Dominator 500. Lovely bike! But the clutch was too heavy. The sound of that will stay with me forever - gorgeous!
Got my Hunter today and very impressed so far , looks and sounds great , nippy with plenty of torque , economical and comfy I love it and again sounds great and it’s really made me smile 👍 smile a lot
Thanks Mark for a very good review. I think RE has come up with another winner in their stable. Great looking and sounding bike. Looking forward to test riding one. And the fact that you bought one for yourself is a good recommendation for me. Cheers, Dan ✌️🏍🇨🇦
Congrats on the purchase Mark. I am loving cruising on my Meteor Fireball on similar secondary roads in Atlantic Canada. The HNTR, as I understand, was designed for urban use. Looking forward to your downtown impression. Keep up the great work ! Cheers.
Congrats Mark! Can't comment on the European market but Hunter is going to be the best seller for RE. In Indian market where people are used to 125-150cc bikes, 350 RE Classic/Meteor are considered heavy bikes (may sound funny to most people here). Indians love RE but many people are hesitant to buy "heavy" bikes - given Hunter looks smaller/lighter, it is already pushing RE sales numbers to the next orbit.
So the 650 models are not so popular in India, or do I see that wrong. They sold well here in Belgium, but than the Meteor came and that went of. Later the classic did the same, so I think the Hunter is going to do the same, they are here this week.
@@Jay_Speed The market for 650 cc is very small here. Our economic reality is different. Most of the 2 wheelers sold here are 125-150cc which are very fuel efficient and cost around 1000-1500 USD. 350cc bikes are on the expensive side (around 2500$) but RE has a cult following so they sell in good numbers. 650cc motorcycles are expensive (starting 4200$) and not that fuel efficient. So you start with a small scooter/motorcycle. When you have more money, you buy a small car and upgrade your scooter to a RE 350/411. When you have more money, you get a bigger car :). Bigger bikes haven't caught the imagination of people yet.
@@Jay_Speed You'd be correct. Apart from the upfront cost, India has quite a higher (comparatively) fuel pricing so bikes with lower mileage isn't preferred by most. Add to it the fact that we got rather bad roads at places and huge traffic and speed limits in Urban areas, we can't use the full available power of a 350 most of the time, let alone a 650.
Congrats on the new bike Mark, love the colour scheme! I love the RE 350 bikes, bought a Halcyon Grey RE 350 Classic, love it & I consistently get slightly over 100mpg, lowest I've got was 91mpg. Great review as always. All the best from Canada, Cheers, Ronny
Got the same one - son got a Bronze/Chrome and buddy got a Halcyon Green. We all love them! Most fun I've had as a rider since I was a kid - in 1971! Winner bikes, and loads of fun. Almost 100MPG and nothing but joy. Ride Safe 🙏🏼
The Hunter looks amazing and is priced very well compared to overpriced competitors (if RE have any…) Perfect for A & B roads possibly out of its comfort zone on faster motorways but that’s not what this bike is about. Great review Mark, I’m really tempted 👍
Yes they have here in India Jawa & Yezdi, they have few models here (Classic legends were bought by Indian company Mahindra) but they are nowhere near RE in terms of sales. The only brand that hit the sweet spot is Honda with its Highness 350 and 350RS models, according to me the best 350 in the category.
Great review of the Hunter 350. I hope RE ships them to the US. I am looking at the Classic 350 or the Scram 411 for the 2023 riding season. However, if the Hunter hits our shores, then that one will be a top contender. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your new bike and have lots of fun miles on the bike!
love the looks of all of R.E bikes and am looking into the 411 scram, 650 metro and now this 350 hunter. as all are newbie friendly by all the videos I have seen..
Great review as always Mark. I`ve been waiting for you to review this bike and the CB300R so I`ve been spoiled lately...cheers. Neither bike has shown up yet in showrooms in deepest Devon/Cornwall as yet , I`m waiting to get a ride on either. Both very different on performance, style and price point. I`m leaning toward the Enfield at the moment which resembles a Triumph Street Twin. The fact you bought a HNTR speaks volumes to me.
Whilst I respect the opinion of the reviewer. Having owned the classic I found it to be underpowered. Hit a headwind and the slightest incline you will struggle to mantian 50mph. With traffic nearly into your numplate. I bought the Honda. It will accelerate up hills. Return virtually the same on fuel etc. And unlike my enfield not knock and rattle and developed faults perhaps this the soul part of the bike 😊😊
I bought a new Supernova last May and im absolutly delighted with it. Enfield are doing a fantastic job producing these excellent little machines at a dirt cheap price,,,
Headlight needs a visor for me. Haven’t seen these in person yet that blue and white on yes indeed. Love that red and black too it’s difficult to decide just an all around awesome bike they really nailed it.
I want one !..Great review Mark ...I reckon the roads are destined to be full of Enfields especially this one . 100 mpg and a 350cc ,inexpensive to buy can't go wrong.
I've just got the RE Hunter 350 , I'm very happy still running the bike , I part ex my Yamaha YBR 125 . Great machine for that run into the town or even a cruise to the countryside.
I've had the Meteor 350 for a year now, I put in a different airbox and air filter, and after the machine was worn in, it came to life! I think the Hunter might make good scrambler-type project.
That's a great looking bike! I, like you, like the little touches, the cable guide for the clutch cable, the almost hidden usb, the simple dash. The riding position looks great with the pegs almost under you. Very Honda! Enjoy your new toy Mark!
Just got back into riding after a 10 year gap. This will be a perfect bike for my needs I can't wait to get a test ride , it will be a good companion for my 125cc honda super cub. Thanks for a great review, and I hope you enjoy your new bike 👍
Another great review Mark ☺️, hope you're pleased with your purchase. I'll be interested in viewing your longer term review of it when you've got the miles on it too see if you encounter any problems,or niggles with it. It is a bike I am considering for next year, the only thing I can't quite get my head round,is my honda cb250rs I owned in my youth was 26bhp and had a dry weight of 136kg,top speed indicated 90mph,and that was adequate. Just a pity they felt the need to restrict it too 20bhp, when a 350 should have at least 35bhp, but I spose it was done for reliability and longer service intervals.
Engine type ,, not displacement determines max power output (hp).. For a 350cc single to have more than 35hp you need it to have a short stroke, water cooled, and high compression.. The Zontes GK350 is such a bike.. 350cc single with bore/stroke ratio of 1.36 and water cooling.. This engine pushes out 38hp at 9500rpm.. though 20.2hp from 350cc eventhough it is long stroked (bore/stroke ration = 0.84),, and air-cooled seem low.. 15% more power at 23.2hp would seem feasible without loosing low end. (a camshaft change can give you these results),,
I also had a cb250rs and agree with you, it was a great bike. I suppose the reason modern bikes are generally heavier , and sometimes less powerful is euro 5. The cb250rs had no weighty electric starter, so probably had a lighter battery too, but consumers now seem to demand electric start. It didn't carry the weight of a catalytic converter or ABS and crucially didn't have to run so lean to meet emission regulations, nor were noise rules so strict. Given the restrictions I would say RE have done well to produce an air cooled engine that develops 75% of its max power at 4000 rpm which must make it very pleasant to ride.
@@baleshwarnathsharma Torque and power are both real measurements, but only power is relevant to the performance of a vehicle, since acceleration and speed are determined by power, not torque. Torque is a measure of rotational force, but such a force is meaningless until it is converted to linear motion, which is why a pair of human legs can exert 250 NM of torque to the pedals of a bicycle (more than most diesel engines) but struggle to propel that bicycle at more than 20 mph.
What a fantastic review! I adore this bike (especially the color trim that you selected!). I'm stuck between this and the Kawasaki z400 (arguably more reliable, slipper clutch, 35 lbs LESS weight, 100%+ more power, 50%+ more torque/nm, slightly more expensive, worse MPG, UGLY AS SIN). Hopefully, the Hunter will be available soon in the USA!
I test rode one of these yesterday. What a brilliant bike. Everything I like about a 125, but just a bit more grown-up. I'm waiting for luggage options to emerge, then I think I'll buy one.
Hi again , i bought a Hunter 350 now too and i have to say Mark you right its very true a really fun nimble light good quality bike , ok it is not a race bike but its really fun and that is what's it all about , this bike really puts a smile on my face ( love it !)
Great review, enjoy your new purchase, I have an interceptor 650 , and a new classic 350 , but it looks like I’ll be adding a hunter 350 as well or my wet weather bike Royal Enfield are building winners
Just picked up a 2023 Hunter 350 in the Rebel Blue. I believe, Royal Enfield has simply hit a home run with this bike. It is what a motorcycle should be; heaps of fun.
I"ve seen many reviews for the Hunter on the past weeks and i have to say yours is by far the best. Very complete and enthusiastic. I loved it. Cheers from Brasil my friend!
Isn't it great that even without loads of power these Royal Enfield bikes just keep putting smiles on faces , and I think slowly people are starting to realize that being able to use everything it has rather than using 30% of available power is just more satisfying . Enjoy your bike Mark
Great review Mark. Congratulations on your new bike ! I had a Royal Enfield bicycle back in the early sixties with the same colour scheme. Very interested in your choice of bike as you have certainly tested many. What do you think of it compared to the Himalayan or Scram. I agree with many of your followers that Royal Enfield are doing an amazing job of recreating real motorbikes again. Keep up the good work.
don't about 650, but you can expect a liq cooled Hunter 450. I've seen them being spied tested here in India. Sources have confirmed it will be a single cylinder making 42hp with 47nm torque equiped with usd forks. There'll also be a himalayan with same engine.
Hunter 350 was an unexpected turn of events in my life but my jolly was it a fun one. Been like a week now. Crazing over speed to development to just what I would actually need my own bike for life for and instigating the decisions despite being the younger audience of the spectrum, I realised I don't need no speed demon, I just got post college and I'm a short guy pretty much, in the long term I decided this would be best for me. I would have gone for the cb 350 in the segment, but I'm broke too.. Happy so far, just a few days until my first service, that should help me start putting miles on it. Got to accesories and tour
G'day Mark from Australia, well done buying a new Royal Enfield 350, hope you have many years of pleasure and fun on a wonderful machine, l wish that RE would reintroduced the 500cc single, that 350 stock pipe sounds fantastic, the models coming out of RE are just mind blowing, there designer are hitting the Mark, cheers mate keep safe and happy, Neil 🤠.
Royal Enfield nailed it. 👍 Their strategy is to sell bikes that people want: good-looking simple reliable practical and economical. Motorcycling particularly in the West lost its original point and character and only became a chase after ever stronger and faster machines that the manufacturers are promoting. Royal Enfield bring back common sense common sense into motorcycling. I am sure Hunter 350 will appeal to many riders on all continents. It will be a strong seller.
What a pretty, practical, understated, simple, all rounder, bargain of a bike. Can't say I like the bold tank graphics, pity they don't offer a version with more discreet decals or badges. A 500 cc version would be welcome for us heavier types and carrying a pillion. Maybe they will in time.
Hi Mark, bumped into you outside Poolo Moto a couple of weekends ago, great to meet you. Totally agree, one of the best little engines around, just bought a classic 350 to sit next to my meteor so a big fan. Enjoy your new bike!
Please do more videos of this motorcycle. I have one small motorcycle Kawasaki Z 400. but I am in love with the seating arrangements on this motorcycle even though it’s a gutless wonder. It reminds me so much of my 1972 CB 500 without all the headaches
Glad to see that you are still going strong. Now that I got my first bike and my license I can't wait to drive again next spring. Stay save and healthy Mark. :-)
Think the bike looks awesome but for me to seriously consider buying one it would need to be able to do 80+ so in my opinion it would be more of an all rounder for people who can only afford one bike. Great review as always 👍
Nice Video Mark, congratulations on your purchase looks an ideal bike for a bit of a back road riding or cost effective commuting. I'm sure there will be lots of RE accessories to personalise the bike to everyone's' taste as well.
Great review mate...i have just bought one and i agree 100% with all that you've said......a stella bike and for the price you cant go wrong ^+^. I look forward to more reviews going forward ... Cheers.
Very good videos Mark, your ride assessments are very good, in fact we met briefly at Poole Moto last August when after viewing your video of the 350 review I went down there for a look and bought a Classic 350, very happy with the bike . Good reviews, also a good word for Poole Moto. Best wishes for 2023, Kind regards, Tim
Cheers Mark I went out and purchased my Hunter 350 love it I was out on mine all day today saying it’s really good weather here in Thailand tired after 5 hours but a coffee and back on again
Great looking bike, definitely prefer the round headlight classic look compared to the modern transformer bug appearance headlights, like on the mt Yamaha.
Another big hit for RE. Pleased to see they have dropped the tripper but I would like to see a tacho on it. I am so used to the riding position on my Meteor that don't think I would like the Hunter, anyway you are going to enjoy for sure Mark.
Nice one Mark...There a super little bike for the money . Agree I think these will sell really well , such a cool stylish city bike. well done royal enfield.
Thanks for a brilliant review Mark, I think this is the bike for me, loads of character, absolutely love it. I live in the Scottish Borders so the roads here are ideal for this bike. My local dealer is expecting some just before Christmas so can’t wait to see one in the flesh.
Hi Mark, Nice video as always. Really enjoy & appreciate your time & effort in doing these videos. Just curious how many bikes you own & what are they? Also did you ever test the R.E.500 single cylinder bike that was discontinued a couple years ago & if so how would you compare it to the bike that you purchased. Thanking you in advance for your reply. Have a great day!! Illinois, USA
Hi Larry my bikes change all the time because I get long term bikes to review from companies.....I did have a tracer 9 gt ...but sold it ..now it's currently the hunter...and a couple of sinnis 125s which are on lone ....but I may get a fast Kawasaki!!! Watch this space:) Best regards mark
Have commented before Mark, just wondered what mileage you had on the bike when you produced your review. You seemed to be quite happy at about 50-55MPH in 5th (seemed quite reasonable to me ) even though above the RE recommended figures for initial run in. I think as long as you don’t rev the nuts off it and you don’t let the engine labour all should be fine. I have a Dapper Grey on order and that’s going to be my strategy. I keep returning to your video to remind myself what a great bike I’m getting 😊😊
Hey Mark, congratulation on the new bike. Looks great. Royal Enfiled sells bench-style seats for the hunter. It could be a good upgrade for taller riders. I think it's slightly taller, but I couldn't find any details to be sure. But definitely, you can alter your seating position more and, therefore, your leg's position too
I ride a RE Interceptor 650 twin and i love it but so soon when they are here in Australia i will test ride the Hunter 350 , i have fallen i love already !
Congrats on your brilliant new bike. I fancy one myself but unfortunately am cursed by being 6'4'' tall with a 34'' inside leg. I have yet to have a seat on the Classic 350 so maybe that will be my final bike. I look forward to any Hunter updates, Best wishes for '23.
As always a superbly presented comprehensive review on a very practical and popular bike. A few of my friends have the classic and meteor and they love them. I'm not so sure yet but one cannot argue with its value for money price tag. Definately an economical every day machine for relaxed riding. Hey who knows Mark, I may very well buy one. Once again thank you. You obviously we're impressed since you have bought one. I.'ll look forward too further reviews from you once you have put some more miles on it.
Hi mark I had a test ride on the meteor a few weeks before they launched the hunter, I loved the meteor but after your review I might have to check out this hunter before parting with my money.
Still wanting enfield to release a bigger single as a himalaya replacement... a 450/500 based on this engine in a very mildly strengthened hunter chassis that will pull 90 and comfortably carry 2 up at 70 and they could have my money... I'd love a hunter but for what I want I'd have the new bsa... I really can't get on with the enfield twins if anyone is about to comment.....
Have you run the bike in Mark? It is extremely difficult keeping to the RE recommended figures especially during the first 300 miles. When I had a Classic 350 I limited myself to 50mph initially, anything less on A roads seemed unwise due to traffic build up behind me.
The j series engine is a winner. Mark, your 350 classic review made my dad buy one and this hunter review has me very tempted. Did you notice any differences between this and the classic?
Enjoyed that. I was thinking the Himalayan sounded good as a next bike, but Hunter has just joined the chat. Only slight disappointment was not seeing the one thing I really need others to notice as early as possible at night...the tail light, at a reasonable distance. Great review.👍
Hi Mark, thanks for this very enjoyable video like all of your vids. RE are producing such desirable 350's. Will be test riding as soon as available in my neck of the woods. Would love to see more of your Hunter. Take care.
A very informative and intelligent assessment of this machine. From what I have seen on YT, the RE's we get in the UK seem to be "de luxe" models. The wiring on the Indian versions looks like a rats nest, for example. However, the Indian models are I believe, cheaper to buy so the export versions must be rather expensive in India but well priced in the UK. Although many people carp on about the BHP of the Re 350's, the output of the engines of the G3 models in the UK in the early 1960's was 20BHP and the top speed 70mph or 80 on a good day! It has been claimed that the reborn RE 350's have a rev limiter built into the ECU and 5th gear is an Overdrive. A very interesting machine.
EXCELLENT. GREAT review and commentary. 10/10. I may buy one!! SERIOUSLY. I LOVE it. I currently have a 350 Classic. I LOVE it but will test ride the HNTR. THANK YOU Mark. WELL done. (again)
I'm still torn between this and the cb300r. I want a small light bike and I'm leaning towards the 300 atm. I prefer the hunter in probably more ways but I'm worried I'll miss that extra bit of poke. If the hunter went as quick as my old ninja 250 it would be my ideal bike but the thought of doing 50 up 60mph hills niggles at that slightly ocd part of me. Regardless of what driving instructors used to tell me, the speed limit is a target not just a limit 😃
I need to decide soon. Been wanting a new bike since before Xmas. I'm so indecisive that I'll end up missing another summers riding 😃 I eliminated the meteor because I have a bad back and the "comfy" riding position might put more strain on the part of my back that troubles me. Definitely got it down to the cb300r and the hunter. The hunter seems ideal in many ways but I live in the peak district and I'm just worrying that the hunter won't go up the hills quick enough for me. I know they are torquey but I imagine you can ring the Honda's neck up hill and get up a lot easier.
Great Perfect Professional Review ❤…Was waiting so much for this review…The wait finally paid off…I’m using it for commuting to work but can’t wait to go on my bike for a long ride…about 700kms in Dec End … Luv all the way from India (Kerala) Mark 😊❤
Congrats on the new bike. I really love the look, price and everything BUT the valve interval is rather short. I'm used to shim n bucket which has a lot more miles to every check. Kind of keeping me away from bikes like this. I ride everyday normally so the mileage racks up fast.
Hi agreed...but it's a super easy.2 valve screw and locknut adjustment that will only take 2:hours max ...a typical service on this costs only about £150 ...it's a very cheap and simple bike to service... Best wishes mark
I love it when a reviewer likes a bike so much he buys one. Nice one Mark. Waiting for these to hit Australia.
Thanks Scott yes one ride and I was hooked :)
This is what motorcycling should be value for money to buy, cheap to maintain and economical to run, oh and fun to boot. Congrats enjoy 😁
Absolutely. I do not want a motorcycle with less mpg than my car.

(a camshaft change can give you these results),,
@@baleshwarnathsharma 27Nm is not impressive.. Honda pushes out 30Nm from their 348cc air-cooled single in the Highness
Neat little ride, another 5-8bhp and I would probably buy one. Quality review as always, thank you.
My pleasure thanks 👍
What a fantastic review! I adore this bike (especially the color trim that you selected!). I'm stuck between this and the Kawasaki z400 (arguably more reliable, slipper clutch, 35 lbs LESS weight, 100%+ more power, 50%+ more torque/nm, slightly more expensive, worse MPG, UGLY AS SIN). Hopefully, the Hunter will be available soon in the USA!
Many thanks yes the z400 is very different to ride...the hunter is more a chill out machine cheers mark
I test rode one of these yesterday. What a brilliant bike. Everything I like about a 125, but just a bit more grown-up. I'm waiting for luggage options to emerge, then I think I'll buy one.
Thanks Matt ...I'm loving mine great little bike cheers mark
Hi again , i bought a Hunter 350 now too and i have to say Mark you right its very true a really fun nimble light good quality bike , ok it is not a race bike but its really fun and that is what's it all about , this bike really puts a smile on my face ( love it !)
Great choice Richard....I'm absolutely loving mine
Thanks Felipe 😊
These bikes are perfect for where I live - Jersey with a national speed limit of 40mph!
Hi David ...the Himalayan and scram feel more agricultural...the 350s are much smoother cheers mark
@@markpulling12 thanks Mark. Looking forward to your future videos on this bike 🙂👍
A great real world review Mark. I’m sure I’m not the only one thinking a HNTR 650 is on the card from Royal Enfield
don't about 650, but you can expect a liq cooled Hunter 450.
G'day Mark from Australia, well done buying a new Royal Enfield 350, hope you have many years of pleasure
and fun on a wonderful machine, l wish that RE would reintroduced the 500cc single, that 350 stock pipe sounds fantastic, the models coming out of RE are just mind blowing, there designer are hitting the Mark, cheers mate keep safe and happy, Neil 🤠.
Hi Neil ...yes the pipe sounds really good 👍..can't wait to get some miles on it cheers mark
Many thanks for the comment
Regards mark
Actually they have classic version of this with spoke wheels ..don't know why they haven't introduced it in market other than India
@@dhirajpatil1186 They might do so eventually, or offer spoke wheels as an option.
Hi Mark, bumped into you outside Poolo Moto a couple of weekends ago, great to meet you. Totally agree, one of the best little engines around, just bought a classic 350 to sit next to my meteor so a big fan. Enjoy your new bike!
Oh hi martin many thanks 👍
Yes I absolutely love these engines ... doesn't bother me that it's " only" 20 HP they ride so nicely
Best regards mark
Please do more videos of this motorcycle. I have one small motorcycle Kawasaki Z 400. but I am in love with the seating arrangements on this motorcycle even though it’s a gutless wonder. It reminds me so much of my 1972 CB 500 without all the headaches
Hi Karl ...yes 1000 mile review coming soon :)
Cheers mark
Glad to see that you are still going strong. Now that I got my first bike and my license I can't wait to drive again next spring. Stay save and healthy Mark. :-)
Think the bike looks awesome but for me to seriously consider buying one it would need to be able to do 80+ so in my opinion it would be more of an all rounder for people who can only afford one bike. Great review as always 👍
Seems RE is becoming a force for riders across the world to unite with a smile 😊
getting mine in 14 days and counting brand new same model and colour, I'm already smiling.
Beautiful bike and great colour choice. Great review too. I agree, RE nailed it with this bike.
Nice Video Mark, congratulations on your purchase looks an ideal bike for a bit of a back road riding or cost effective commuting. I'm sure there will be lots of RE accessories to personalise the bike to everyone's' taste as well.
Many thanks yes I'm looking at some bar end mirrors at the moment:)
Great review mate...i have just bought one and i agree 100% with all that you've said......a stella bike and for the price you cant go wrong ^+^. I look forward to more reviews going forward ... Cheers.
Thanks Ian it's just that engine is so nice and they ride so well
Unbelievable value too
Cheers mark
Very good videos Mark, your ride assessments are very good, in fact we met briefly at Poole Moto last August when after viewing your video of the 350 review I went down there for a look and bought a Classic 350, very happy with the bike .
Good reviews, also a good word for Poole Moto.
Best wishes for 2023,
Kind regards,
Tim
Many thanks Tim and happy new year to you
Cheers Mark I went out and purchased my Hunter 350 love it I was out on mine all day today saying it’s really good weather here in Thailand tired after 5 hours but a coffee and back on again
Ahh great 👍 sounds awesome Kenneth 😀
Great looking bike, definitely prefer the round headlight classic look compared to the modern transformer bug appearance headlights, like on the mt Yamaha.
Another big hit for RE. Pleased to see they have dropped the tripper but I would like to see a tacho on it. I am so used to the riding position on my Meteor that don't think I would like the Hunter, anyway you are going to enjoy for sure Mark.
Aftermarket tachs are plentiful and reasonably priced.
This is perfect if you were thinking of a scooter but you are more of a "biker".. Brilliant!!
I’m impressed Mark and another great review! Thanks
Cheers martin I've been out on the Hunter today ....it's great 👍
The best recommendation is when the reviewer has spent his own money on one! Enjoy! (I bought a Meteor and a Himalayan!)
Haha that's what I thought Steven :)
@@markpulling12 also I’ve been watching your channel with great interest! Very enjoyable and informative, keep up the good work!
Bought the signal 9 months ago love it!old school rider downsizing
Nice one Mark...There a super little bike for the money . Agree I think these will sell really well , such a cool stylish city bike. well done royal enfield.
Thanks for a brilliant review Mark, I think this is the bike for me, loads of character, absolutely love it. I live in the Scottish Borders so the roads here are ideal for this bike. My local dealer is expecting some just before Christmas so can’t wait to see one in the flesh.
Thanks Duane you must try one
Full of character.....rides so nice 👍
thanks mark geat stuff iv had 100s of bikes over my 62 yr this is a dream to ride love it
I think it’s funny, Enfield selling us back what we once had ….. only better !
Enfield really have shown us what biking is about, now
I find this style very attractive. Classic lines, very nice.
I'm glad u got one mark because I love it and thinking of getting one myself.i did like the meteor until this came out.
Watch this space:)
Best regards mark
Just got mine everything Mark says in this review is spot on it is fantastic especially the engine!
Thanks David great choice
Best wishes mark
I'll buy one when RE bring out a 500cc big bore version . That would be a bike to keep for Life .
I rode mine home yesterday from EuroCycle in Las Vegas. Same color! Cheers!

But definitely, you can alter your seating position more and, therefore, your leg's position too
Congratulations Mark! Awesome bike & colour! Enjoy & thanks for running it in!
Great review Mark. Really considering one of these in the near future and also enjoying going through your past review videos.
Thanks kev ...I'm really enjoying this ...shame it's got so cold 🥶
Best wishes mark
Got delivered yesterday! And am in awww with this machine... The sound ia music fo ears...
I ride a RE Interceptor 650 twin and i love it but so soon when they are here in Australia i will test ride the Hunter 350 , i have fallen i love already !
Thanks Richard...I'm really enjoying my hunter 😊
Congrats on your brilliant new bike. I fancy one myself but unfortunately am cursed by being 6'4'' tall with a 34'' inside leg.
I have yet to have a seat on the Classic 350 so maybe that will be my final bike.
I look forward to any Hunter updates, Best wishes for '23.
Hi many thanks....just got back from riding it absolutely fantastic 😊
Best wishes mark
I'm 6'1-6'2" ish and classic is just perfect in terms of everything. But hunter takes the cake in terms of look. For me
Another top quality review - says it all you brought one ! Enjoy the bike
i have just booked myself a Hunter350..such awesome review... so knowledgeable .. thank you
My pleasure... great bike
Regards mark
Just placed my order today,Dapper Grey one from Bolton Motorcycles.
Brilliant 😁
As always a superbly presented comprehensive review on a very practical and popular bike. A few of my friends have the classic and meteor and they love them. I'm not so sure yet but one cannot argue with its value for money price tag. Definately an economical every day machine for relaxed riding. Hey who knows Mark, I may very well buy one. Once again thank you. You obviously we're impressed since you have bought one. I.'ll look forward too further reviews from you once you have put some more miles on it.
Thanks Phil ...I love this bike just wish it wasn't so cold at the moment
You aren't kidding mark. You are very brave indeed. We have had a fair bit of black ice here in northumberland. You stay safe sir. Take care
Hi mark I had a test ride on the meteor a few weeks before they launched the hunter, I loved the meteor but after your review I might have to check out this hunter before parting with my money.
Hi Steven...yes you'll find it a little bit more lively...but the meteor is more comfortable cheers mark
love single cylinder bikes, sound so unique. lovely little bike Mark , a good buy methinks.
Nice one Mark, hope you have lots of fun on your new Hunter 350. I will definitely be having a test ride when demonstrators are available.
Thanks Keith if you are local Poole moto have a demo
Have you run the bike in Mark? It is extremely difficult keeping to the RE recommended figures especially during the first 300 miles. When I had a Classic 350 I limited myself to 50mph initially, anything less on A roads seemed unwise due to traffic build up behind me.
It's the vw beetle of motorcycle and folks will fall in love with it.
The j series engine is a winner. Mark, your 350 classic review made my dad buy one and this hunter review has me very tempted. Did you notice any differences between this and the classic?
Hi yes it definitely feels more nimble and livelier cheers mark
Enjoyed that. I was thinking the Himalayan sounded good as a next bike, but Hunter has just joined the chat. Only slight disappointment was not seeing the one thing I really need others to notice as early as possible at night...the tail light, at a reasonable distance. Great review.👍
Hi Mark, thanks for this very enjoyable video like all of your vids. RE are producing such desirable 350's. Will be test riding as soon as available in my neck of the woods. Would love to see more of your Hunter. Take care.
Thanks Robert I've been out on it today...can't stop smiling:)
Mark Thankyou very much for your reply, keep up the your great work and take care. Best wishes.
Here we go... Headphones in. Great review, very tempted, thanks Mark👍
Thanks Simon .... enjoy
Best regards mark
Great thanks. This is a bike of interest… (waiting for a Tiger 660, but my interest in the Hunter as a second bike).
Thanks pete ...yes this would make a great run about :)
Nice one Mark. Looking forward to seeing how you get on with the Hunter. Great colour combo btw
Very nice congrats on the purchase.. Mark great value.. can’t beat new bike day..excellent review as always dude 😊 c
Thanks Pete 😁
Great bike! May need to add a third RE to my garage.
Cool. I’m waiting for them to arrive in Australia
EXCELLENT. GREAT review and commentary.
10/10.
I may buy one!! SERIOUSLY. I LOVE it. I currently have a 350 Classic. I LOVE it but will test ride the HNTR.
THANK YOU Mark.
WELL done. (again)
Many thanks Terry ...I'm really enjoying my hunter... fantastic smooth engine..can't wait to ride it today :)
Best wishes mark
I'm still torn between this and the cb300r.
I want a small light bike and I'm leaning towards the 300 atm.
I prefer the hunter in probably more ways but I'm worried I'll miss that extra bit of poke.
If the hunter went as quick as my old ninja 250 it would be my ideal bike but the thought of doing 50 up 60mph hills niggles at that slightly ocd part of me.
Regardless of what driving instructors used to tell me, the speed limit is a target not just a limit 😃
I need to decide soon. Been wanting a new bike since before Xmas. I'm so indecisive that I'll end up missing another summers riding 😃
I eliminated the meteor because I have a bad back and the "comfy" riding position might put more strain on the part of my back that troubles me.
Definitely got it down to the cb300r and the hunter.
The hunter seems ideal in many ways but I live in the peak district and I'm just worrying that the hunter won't go up the hills quick enough for me.
I know they are torquey but I imagine you can ring the Honda's neck up hill and get up a lot easier.
what do old folks say? if in doubt, just get a Honda. 😂
This is my next bike. Will need a test ride but I am confident this is for me. Looks beautiful as well this is my styling.
It’s because of your vlog I got mine keep up the reviews cheers again
Congrats on the new bike, did you buy a TRK 502 sometime back?
Hi Mike yes I'm always changing bikes....yes I did 3000 trouble free miles on the trk
Great Perfect Professional Review ❤…Was waiting so much for this review…The wait finally paid off…I’m using it for commuting to work but can’t wait to go on my bike for a long ride…about 700kms in Dec End … Luv all the way from India (Kerala) Mark 😊❤
Hi Amal many thanks 👍
Greetings to India :)
Congratulations on your new bike , Come over to India sometime for a ride in the Himalayan mountains !
