- In this game the forces of Darkness lead by a conclave of evil Shaman lay siege to Lothlorien. Galadriel has mustered her warriors to protect their home!
This video marks a new start for Conquest Creations. We have moved into a new studio space and Jacob is now working full time creating content and STL files of wargaming terrain.

The scenario is amazingly fitting, and it's incredibly cool to see a battle that not given as much attention as it deserves put on the tabletop! And it came down to the wire, too!
And the engaging commentary, the custom scenery, the cool interaction between players, the tension during the key die rolls... EVERYTHING is just perfect!

Amazing Battle Report! I am pretty sure Ashrak's paralyze goes off on a 4+ not a 6. Don't know if that would have made a different, but great game can't wait for more

Thanks for the feedback, the whole game took us about 5 hours so it was good to cut it down to 40 min. In future videos I will try to make them shorter

This is by far the best battle report you guys have uploaded to the channel! I can already tell the new gaming space is going to enhance all future content. The board and terrain pieces were top notch. The paint jobs on all the models were incredible. Those 20 something year old wood elf models looked wonderful. We got to watch two experienced players battle it out and you two did not disappoint. Looking forward to the next battle reports!

Congrats on going into this full time!! Would love to see you do a Battle Companies campaign using the Community version. It's really well done and would be great to see a campaign of a squad we could follow along and grow with. I was a huge fan of the games XCOM and XCOM 2 so the idea of building out squads and upgrading them is super engaging content!

Battle companies isn't one that I had thought of doing. I have a few cool ideas for how to film a campaign though! I'll add it to the list

These models all look soooo good. The green really works on the elves too. I love how much bigger the battle is but it's also well defined by the terrain. I love sieges and narrative gameplay! I'm excited to watch whatever comes next. Hopefully soon.

This i easily one of the best batreps I saw in my life: the scenario, the armies and the table were amazing but the thing I appreciated the most was the lighting: it really seemed a moonlight battle ❤

Fantastic seeing these armies! But models with the cave dweller rule (goblins) get to keep full range for their bows for the Cover of Darkness rule
Thanks for the comment, We deployed pretty close to each other and I was running forwards with as many of my soldiers as possible so didn't need to use the longer range of the bows. In a normal battle I absolutely would have but because I needed to get to the buildings I didn't

Scenario play is a tonne of fun. With the many models it easily could have been played with a few people on each team

This was great, the production quality has really gone up. The place looks nice. I would like to know what scenario you played? I can see parts from many scenarios from the defense of the north book, but your version seems to be better. I prefer the asymmetric goals.
Knowing the scenario might also help be understand why Galadriel did not immobilize something every turn of the game..
The scenario was a custom one it was based on the Attack on Lorien and the Final Assault of Lothlorien. Galadriel cast spell here and there but with so many models on the table a single spider getting immobilised didn't make a huge difference so we didn't show it in the video
@ConquestCreations one less mage casting each turn might have made a difference. Anyway, I like the scenario.
NGL you have single handedly made me go from pretty 'meh' towards MESBG to now binge watching your videos and trying to write up a couple balanced lists to buy lol
now this just makes me want to play more, but ive only played like 2 games in 5 months, only can really play online and im pretty much new to the game.
Its a fantastic game to get into! Hopefully you can get more games in!
@@ConquestCreations yea the few games I played this year I loved, and when I first got into when the hobbit minis came out I was also loving it. But went to college and couldn’t find anyone that played so never got the chance to play. But definitely really want to get back into it

Unfortunately these weren't my STL's they come from Printable scenery, we 100% have plans to do our own elven terrain soon

Why is your gnome keep called like that? It sound incredibly funny to me as a russian speaker since the word "Durak" is a genuine word and means like "Idiot" "fool" "imbecile" 🤣🤣🤣
Hahahah thanks for the comment. On the Day that it went live a Russian told me this. I now know for future projects to check the names in foreign languages to avoid this in the future

There was 128 in total. With 12 Wargs, 2 warg chieftains, 10 giant spiders, 6 warg marauders, and a horde of orcs and goblins

Given that this was a thematic scenario we didn't count points nor did we adhear to the regular rules for building armies. That being said Elves would have been roughly 1000 and Evil would have been around 1500

And fallen models have to roll for Fall test sense fall damage on a one kills
You should have done shield with the goblins that died so that way you could potentially be whicked
