Another case of pilots not noticing they are on a taxiway instead of the runway. Btw in 1989, so 1 year later I came to Frankfurt Airport for the first time in my live as an airplane spotter. A very impressing airport. Very busy and still with the spectators area on top of terminal A. I still have slides of that day, and of one of them I have had made a big poster, still hanging here on the wall. You can see the US military aria on the south and a Lufthanse B727 at a stand. Those were nice times! But I still love aviation.
Congratulations to all of your videos. I think they are very well done. One question: Where and how do you get all these different planes and cockpits for your videos? Bo
I was at Manchester when a DC8 diverted in, perhaps late 80s, after clipping the tail of an aircraft parked at Gatwick, an interesting story that could have been so different, the flaps were sliced through between its engine 1 and 2, or was it 3 and 4, , Upon landing at MAN the crew ran off ! later to be arrested by the police, so the story goes, I cannot find out any more info about this near catastrophic accident, how about you ???
Quelle crap. Why on Earth was the loud(er) background ATC a German en route frequency (beautiful diction natürlich) where the female controller clearing traffic already en route above FL 240?
grazias !!! just it seems to me that engines on your graphics are not CFM56 !! but the old model of engines !! I know i am a bit severe !! 😮😃😃 anyway it is very good ))
Only one engine came off, not 3, and the picture shows minimal damage, it did not go through fences but stopped near the airport boundary fence. Please get your facts straight.

Another excellent video. I've seen videos from other channels about some incidents you cover but your's are the best
I get that it was foggy, but runway edge lights and taxiway edge lights are different colors. C'mon pilots!!

The Gabon president's wife went on a shopping spree in Paris.
Quite heavy smoke for the CFM56 engines lol.

Aircraft in the video appears to be a DC-8-61,not a 73.Anyway,very good piece.

When you ignore the evidence right in front of your eyes.
👍
There's not a 15 flap setting but 12 degrees instead.

Radio atc made no sense with the actual dialogue
Great video but the engines of that representation look like a series 61.
The 73s are very different.

Those taxiways take-offs and landings incidents aren’t that unusual.
What country is that?
Gabon.
They did not notice the color of the lights?

a bit harsh, dont you think? Make a video yourself, it you can do it better
AAAAAAAAAAAANNNND....ONCE AGAIN...ATC IS N O T HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANYTHING.
DISGUSTING.
I thought all traffic controllers were supposed to speak English?
Fake!
Your videos are great but those constant spinning around openings are annoying, sorry.
How to make an interesting video really boring.
