I passed my real estate exam yesterday. Dnt give up. The 4th time I went in I passed the States portion, and the 5th time I passed the National. I wish I passed the 3rd time because the questions were easy but I missed just 1 point for the national to pass and 2 points for the states. I will tell you that is the most painful failure you can have. My experiences are amazing. My 5th time I know i will Pass . The question were good!!!!!!!!.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I took the test this afternoon and passed it the first time! This morning while washing dishes I was listening to this video and it really helped me! Several of the questions were in the test. It was an easy test, I just followed your method on how to find the right answer: discard the obvious wrongs! Thank you so much for these videos, they make learning easy and your voice is pleasant! Yesterday I visited the local office of Keller Williams, and they made sure I had everything I needed for the exam. I was missing the proof of lawful presence, and they helped me right there and then with the notarized statement. I am looking forward to starting this career! Passed my exam yesterday and really attributed my overall success to you, Jonathan for training videos. I do give credit to my Realty School for the education and it did help me passed the Minnesota state exam but the National was a challlenge until I came across Janathan Goforth's training videos which are on spot and almost identical to the exam questions. The way you present the questions and providing detailed explanation on each questions are the best I have seen on these TH-cam videos. I am now licensed and hoping to align with your Brokerage as a means of appreciating your free services being offer to the public. Good Evening Mr. Goforth, I am studying for the California exam. I haven't set the date yet, as I am waiting to hear from DRE so that I can. Mr. Goforth, I have been studying since March of this year, and I am sooooo frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been reading, doing practice test, answering questions on Utube, I am really having a hard time finding the best way to study for myself. I have found your videos seem to be helping me a great deal! I am having problems with financing big time!!!!! HELP!!!! It seems just studying the questions may be better! am I right? all that reading makes me stur crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes it’s definitely a lot of reading. I would do both. Keep studying all of your material and then also practice as many test questions as you can. Doing both of those is going to make sure you have learned the material. And then you should pass the test easily.
If you're not good with the math portion, then make sure you know all the vocabulary, and then the study questions. It's only 10 or less questions about math so make sure you know everything else.
This is exciting! As soon as you're done with all the coursework go take the exam fast while it's all in your head and you'll pass. Then it's done and overwith.

Thank you for the very informative videos. I speed ran (45 minutes) the sales person test today in Fresno, California, because I had an important appointment later in the day. There was not a single math problem on the test; however, multiple questions were almost word-for-word from your lessons. I'm sure I picked up MANY valuable points by watching your videos. At the end of the test, they gave me a memo explaining that there were computer problems, so results would be available in about a week. Several of the questions were lists of acronyms I did not know at all, such as, "in a residential area with multiple recent sales, a better valuation method than def would be (a) ghi. (b) jkl. (c) mno. (d) pqr." The question was so beyond anything I know that I don't even remember the acronyms used in the question. Therefore, I humbly suggest that you consider making a new video with just the many acronyms used in real estate. I'll try to let you know when I get my results, even if unfavorable.

@@montekim1494 Yes. Watch as many of these videos as you can. Including the ones from other channels. Be sure to use the practice exams from your school / program such as Aceable Agent, Real Estste Express, etc. One last thing, when taking practice exams, make sure you do both the state and national. Actually, now that I think about it, I have some more advice for you: - Spread your studying apart in sessions and give yourself a break occasionally. Avoid cramming. - Get good sleep (look up sleep hygiene) - Avoid highly processed foods, eat as healthy as possible. Definitely avoid sugar and alcohol. - Exercise 6 days a week. If you’re physically limited at the very least walk a few miles per day. - Reduce stress by relaxing in between study sessions. Use meditation, breathing techniques and / or yoga to help you relax even more. If you meditate, do a visualization session and picture in detail what it will feel like to walk in to the testing center and pass the test first try. Continue your visualization and feel what your life will be like when you get your license. What will you do? How will you celebrate? What brokerage will you parter up with? How will you best serve your clients? What would the ideal work day look like for you? What will you do with all this extra money?! Make it happen, you got this!

Hi John, I love your videos. They are very helpful. I'm currently studying and planning to take my test in about 2 weeks. Question tho, can you make these exam prep videos on a Playlist so we can watch them in order? I keep selecting the same ones I watched the day before, for example, cause all the titles look the same 😆 just a suggestion as some of the other channels have created Playlists for specific things. And obviously repetition is key for learning but I'd like to get them all in and them repeat. Thank you for what you do!!

Good Evening Mr. Goforth, I am studying for the California exam. I haven't set the date yet, as I am waiting to hear from DRE so that I can. Mr. Goforth, I have been studying since March of this year, and I am sooooo frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been reading, doing practice test, answering questions on Utube, I am really having a hard time finding the best way to study for myself. I have found your videos seem to be helping me a great deal! I am having problems with financing big time!!!!! HELP!!!! It seems just studying the questions may be better! am I right? all that reading makes me stur crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes it’s definitely a lot of reading. I would do both. Keep studying all of your material and then also practice as many test questions as you can. Doing both of those is going to make sure you have learned the material. And then you should pass the test easily.
If you're not good with the math portion, then make sure you know all the vocabulary, and then the study questions. It's only 10 or less questions about math so make sure you know everything else.
I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I have just recently started my 60 hour course on top of watching your videos for extra study material.
This is exciting! As soon as you're done with all the coursework go take the exam fast while it's all in your head and you'll pass. Then it's done and overwith.

Thank you! The only other things I used was my course material which was online quizzes,test and vocabulary. I watched a lot of TH-cam video for the test questions for the wording of how they might ask the questions… good luck on your test!!!

Thank you for the very informative videos. I speed ran (45 minutes) the sales person test today in Fresno, California, because I had an important appointment later in the day.
There was not a single math problem on the test; however, multiple questions were almost word-for-word from your lessons. I'm sure I picked up MANY valuable points by watching your videos.
At the end of the test, they gave me a memo explaining that there were computer problems, so results would be available in about a week.
Several of the questions were lists of acronyms I did not know at all, such as, "in a residential area with multiple recent sales, a better valuation method than def would be (a) ghi. (b) jkl. (c) mno. (d) pqr."
The question was so beyond anything I know that I don't even remember the acronyms used in the question.
Therefore, I humbly suggest that you consider making a new video with just the many acronyms used in real estate.
I'll try to let you know when I get my results, even if unfavorable.

@@montekim1494 Yes. Watch as many of these videos as you can. Including the ones from other channels. Be sure to use the practice exams from your school / program such as Aceable Agent, Real Estste Express, etc.
One last thing, when taking practice exams, make sure you do both the state and national.
Actually, now that I think about it, I have some more advice for you:
- Spread your studying apart in sessions and give yourself a break occasionally. Avoid cramming.
- Get good sleep (look up sleep hygiene)
- Avoid highly processed foods, eat as healthy as possible. Definitely avoid sugar and alcohol.
- Exercise 6 days a week. If you’re physically limited at the very least walk a few miles per day.
- Reduce stress by relaxing in between study sessions.
Use meditation, breathing techniques and / or yoga to help you relax even more.
If you meditate, do a visualization session and picture in detail what it will feel like to walk in to the testing center and pass the test first try. Continue your visualization and feel what your life will be like when you get your license. What will you do? How will you celebrate? What brokerage will you parter up with? How will you best serve your clients? What would the ideal work day look like for you? What will you do with all this extra money?!

@@jonathanramos7117 to be honest if you watch a few of these videos and do a few practice tests online you will be fine. I finished my exam in under an hr and only studied off an on for about a week.

Hi John, I love your videos. They are very helpful. I'm currently studying and planning to take my test in about 2 weeks. Question tho, can you make these exam prep videos on a Playlist so we can watch them in order? I keep selecting the same ones I watched the day before, for example, cause all the titles look the same 😆 just a suggestion as some of the other channels have created Playlists for specific things. And obviously repetition is key for learning but I'd like to get them all in and them repeat. Thank you for what you do!!
