You have got to be the most happiest teacher out there. Absolutely love your videos. I have a hard time with TestAnxiety. Math is my downfall. Your explanation of things are so easy to understand. Wish you were teaching the courses on line. Thank you for being a positive forece.

This is my least favorite part, as I personally believe the government far overreaches their office with these "rights, for the good of the people" (Yeah? Which people?); But I appreciate the information, all the same.
I love your videos. Can you sort them in your playlist? That way it is easier to see them in groups by topic of interest. For example, right now I am only interested in those that have to do with test practice. I notice your playlist doesn't have the newest videos.
Honestly, even if I pass my licensing exam tomorrow, very skeptical about future with real estate as the news indicating the U.S. going into recession come mid 2024. I'm just uncertain now for all of us agent newbees.
It will be ok. I survived the market after 9/11 (I was pretty new then still). and the crash in 2007-2011. People always need housing. Lay that foundation to get your name put there over the next few months and you’ll sell lots of homes later in 2024. You really will.
So when they take it with eminent domain and they pay fair market value, if market value wouldn’t be an option on the exam would it be like assessed value or apraisal value or?
possibly yes on appraisal value, but hopefully "fair market value" is an option. they will probably determint that with an appraisal though. haha.@@paulpennington9257
