I took my real estate salesperson exam on February 6th in California and I PASSED (1st attempt)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A lot of what I used to study was Mr. Goforth's videos. I just took the Arizona school/state exam and some of these questions were on there. There were questions that I didn't know or confused the answer, this video helped me. I am so glad I found you just in time for the national test.

Hi Jonathan! Just took my test this morning! I missed the national by TWO questions 😩😭 I did notice the questions on the test are a lot more complex than the ones in your videos and it was kinda of a shock 😭😂 but without your help there’s no way I would have gotten that close on my first try!!
yes some of the questions on the exam are horrible. but mine give a good foundation to learn from. You were SO CLOSE to passing though, I bet you pass this next time for sure. You've got this!

The main issue I have with studying for the test. First Question. I learned it as a Land Contract, or Sales Contract…but it can also be known as Contract for Deed???? Frustrating!! To miss something you should get right!
