Very nice 💯 Alongwith this RA patients need to eat lots of carrots cucumber on a daily basis with boiled drumstick and pineapples twice a week. Keep drinking one glass water every hour. This will help you a lot. I myself is a RA patient and this routine has helped me a lot alongwith routine basic exercises.
