I shop just once a month, also. I spend about $360/mo for 2 of us and 1 cat. Aldi (lmost everything), Walmart (cleaning supplies and bull staples and whatever is cheaper there than ALDI), and Amazon subscribe and save.(spices and nuts and cat food on sale, and supplements) I can't afford cereal any more, and I am not uapoy with the ingredients of premade cereal. I started making my own cereal (home made granola). I can make it taste exactly like I want.
Doing your channel! So much valuable information. One thing to keep in mind with Cheerios - oats are heavily GMO'd & sprayed with glyphosate. An alternatively help with your children's allergies & asthma. Thank you for all that you provide. Have a blessed day!
Regular 100% oat Cheerios are non GMO- but the 'whole grain' Cheerios are GMO. I know this because I've bought both and it specifically says on the box!
Thank you for sharing your plan. I have always planed my meals on a calender AND we eat leftovers which truly saves a lot! Too bad there Is no Aldees here in México! We love your keto recipes!!!!! Please keep sharing. Blessings!
Thank you for this video, I learned a lot. I really need to cut down on my grocery bill. Another great video, thank u Victoria & God Bless You & ur Family
Great plan! But have a doubt that it will work for my family. We are family of 5 and the major problem that I have to cook a lot of different meals because not everyone eats the same. Also they have snacks like fruits, cereals, cookies, etc. So I see it almost impossible to spend only $350 a month. And by the way I already follow some of your tips. I mean I used to consider leftovers (I hate to throw food away 😠), I freeze food as much as I can but anyway it doesn’t help me to spend less than $250 a week 🤷🏻♀️ Especially with all keto recipes it became even more 😕
How do you keep your keto ingredients in budget or do you have separate budget for them? Thanks! Aldis and Braums are both stores we are blessed to have in our area and i am thankful - didn't know about allulose sweetened ice cream at Braums that another commenter pointed out but i will check next time i get to town.
You are amazing!! :-). Had a quick question with your self rising flour (been experimenting with it). Have you ever tried a bread maker with it? Was there a successful recipe? Thanks again, enjoying watching your channel grow!! :-)
@@victoriasketokitchen hey thanks for replying. Hmmm never heard of that store either. I'll have to look around. Also do you have a recipe for the crockpot tenderloin you have in Sundays. Also need a good thing to make in Sundays!
@@victoriasketokitchen Unrelated, but our Braums in Frisco, Texas offers allulose-sweetened ice cream! It is great! The kid at the counter didn't know what alternative sweetener they used, but I tried it anyway. It just tasted like regular ice cream. I looked on their website and it says their sugar-free ice creams are sweetened with allulose! In our area, Braums has a great price on milk too.
Thank you for sharing. Please post more of these.

@@cozetteoconnor1289 - I don't doubt what you are saying however, glyphosate is used as a drying agent on oats, beans, etc.

Haven’t yet I don’t have a bread maker :)
@@victoriasketokitchen K, I will have to experiment a bit, thanks! :-)
@@Ian-ianman Have you been successful with the bread maker, I spent a lot on my bread maker.
@@jefffisher1045 Not yet, I was hoping that this might be in Victoria's "que". :-)
Do you buy fruits and veggies and then need to go back each week to restock?
Yes I do often get more fruit
i spent $300 a week, me and my wife. she buys a separate meal. she is nonfat, and low-calorie. Me, low-carb.
So glad I found you. No Aldi's in my state currently. What bread do you use that's Keto?
I have my 90 second bread recipe and that’s my bread now but I buy carb conscious bread sweetened with stevia for my kinds from Braums
