This is really interesting for me, the sales funnel strategies are something I have never really considered before. Im gonna work on setting up a better core offer (Right now all I have are low ticket digital products) and then start working on the funnel! Super exited to see what results this might lead to in a year! Great video Tom, Really appreciate it!😀
hey tom - i'm a bit like you in that i work in sprints for months at a time, so the $49/month indefinitely won't get my 'best' or 'most honest' attention. do you think 'frontloading' that 8 months at $49 into a cohort is a better or just-as-good option? so instead of $49 for 8 months, charge MORE than $49*8 and break it down into 4-6 weeks instead? I think i'd rather charge $1500 over 4-6 weeks than $49 indefinitely just based on the way i work, but i'm wondering if you've tried both options and have found the cohorts to be better?
That’s definitely okay, and it’s the model I personally use right now. Just weigh up the pro’s and cons of each stick to one or the other for long enough to measure its efficacy
Man this is amazing, thanks Tom for the detailed explanation, I believe I have a great digital product & offer so I can start to implement this technique. My only concern is creating content on a more regular basis, for the niche I have chosen, it doesn’t all depend on me sometimes !
I am confused at funnel 4, that $10584 is divided for 8 months? So it means to reach $10k you have to drive more traffic or increase the monthly price of a product or service?
what do you think are the best digital products to offer in a time and age where I feel like all traditional videographers have an online shop selling a course or patreon with luts and presets?
Offer something different. Rather than helping other Videogrpahers, could you create a product, utilizing your skills as a video creator, that helps another group of people solve a painful problem?
Doesn't the conversion rate heavily differ depending on what your 10k view video is about and what awareness level you are targeting (how broad or niche you content/product/lead magnet is)? Niche content + niche product = lower reach bit possibly higher ticket and higher conversion rate?
Great video here, Tom! Awesome info! I’m mad at you though because you deleted your desk setup videos and I was looking for a grovemade discount code the other day lol. 🤝🔥
Hey Tom, love your content. I am a wedding photographer so it is service based. I am consistently thinking what I could create that would be awesome for my audience. Courses and presets are so overdone at this point. I don't even know if that makes sense. I originally started making content so that I can get more bookings, but now I got a big audience on instagram 11k and it feels like money being left on the table.
Hey Tom , very good video ! I was wondering if I can help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and make Highly Engaging Thumbnails which will help your videos to get more views and engagement . Please let me know what do you think ?
Hey please guide me Is this idea good or not I help fitness coaches get 15-20 High quality leads with in 60 days with just 3hours of their time each month. And if it is good what should i charge ( dilevery is 20-25 reels a month )
@@TomNoske Maybe I should have explained myself a bit more haha. Title: "you won't get to 10k/mo without this" Intro: in today's video I'm going to give you the three key ingredients that you need to focus on if you're struggling to scale your business past $10,000 a month How to get to 10k VS past 10k. 2 different things.
@@nickcorrelli I don't think that talking about 2 different stages is nitpicking tbh. I've been a content creator for a long time and normally people like him have teams and it is easy to mix ideas.
The king is back! Tom's videos are one of the best here on youtube! No bs just true advice!
so glad I saw this man, as a student of cohort 6 - this is the perfect timing to get this message - ferocious massive action ahead 🚀 🔥 thanks Tom
What a wonderful way to simplify it. Thanks again Tom!

Yeah exactly, but that’s playing the long game vs trying to hit a $10k month once

Hey Tom, how do you record the video on your iPad? Just a screenrecording or do you have something to mirror it onto your MacBook?
Just screen recording my friend!

Of course, but that’s an entirely different conversation
