It's kinda sad you're using footage of Beatemups, but ok. Also instead of talking about protectors with glasses, the focus should be getting prescription lenses.. and regarding the cable.. it should have been a VR pulley that takes the spotlight.. heck even a single one will do more than enough to keep the cable from being in your way most of the time. And you don't need a magsafe connector when using a VR pulley, and most of the extension cables don't work.. Or they can have tracking issues quite fast... so that's something to mention, it's hit or mis basically.
I noticed beatemups hair right away when he was playing with it lol 😂 And from what I've seen throughout videos, cable extenders 1 meter or less, don't seem to have an issue with tracking errors.

I got the ir light in my room and works great I can aim it at the ceiling and be able to play in the dark still
