Do you have any finger picking styles that sound good with a the regular high G? I feel like the picking pattern sounds amazing because of the lower G but it doesn't sound as good with the high one :/ Thanks! :)
Ricky thanks, that was very helpful. Can you also teach the “Travis” picking pattern (3-2-4-1) also known as the inside-outside method. Playing the inside strings followed by the outside strings.

Great tutorial Ricky, I've been learning the Ukulele now for a year and I can strum and chuck with ease, I've always found finger picking very hard. Your tutorial is great. Hi ..I have a question ..Why my ukelele doesn't sound like yours when i'm playing the G note ?? When i play it,sounds high but when you play , sounds lower ..Maybe the reason its because my ukelele it's a soprano ??
Took me a while to realize that the reason my ukulele sounds different is because this one has a low g! It doesn't sound that good with the high G I must say.

Fingerpicking is sometimes easier with nails. 😊
