The beach launching of those boats is wild. Never seen anything like that.
Very unique for sure especially when the sea gets up!! Was a flat few days!
I want to know how long does it take to sand the keel off ! Here in Mobile Al

Looks like Great Fishing and great boats
Boats have Stainless steel keel strips on hulls and get little damage when beaching. Butt cats are the best ocean going catamaran hull in their class bar none..

do you guys use breakaway brackets for your outboards - or are you just trimming up at the last minute?
Use a beaching kit on hydrolic system that bipasses when pressured. Very simple
@@oceanadventures365 What do you mean bypasses when pressured? DO you have a link to the kit? - we have a sort of unique beach fleet here on the Oregon north coast...many guys have a break away jack plate (or pull a pin on the tilt rod) and a skeg/prop protector....mostly so they can be on the throttle close to the beach, and sort of push water in front of the boat to get the better slide and avoid losing momentum. Obviously these are flat bottom skiffs so a bi different. On rougher days it helps to clear the surfline and slide to safety. th-cam.com/video/13RF4Cbyra4/w-d-xo.html
It involves shortening the spring on the pressure valve in the hydrolic system allowing it to bypass easier. Don't have a link but speak to your local outboard motor supplier they will know what you want. Failing that contact a South African dealer they will definitely help
