The lobster salad i used to eat use lychee nit dragon fruit. It use expensive fruit to match the lobster and it's very delicious. I feel like this lobster salad is such a waste of good lobster
Terrible cook. Little attention to detail. A shame for such lobster. Mellon poorly peeled. Cheap mayonnaise, excessive and placed childishly on top. Didn't kill the lobster correctly before boiling, it was monstrous. And the tackiest decoration, no notion of less is more - a rose? The only plus was the meat's point of cooking.

And the way the dude cuts it just bugs me off because the center pulp and flesh could really easily be separated from the filaments and seeds with another cutting way

Dragon Fruit is so easy to peel. Cut is half and peel, no spoon needed! . It's kinda mild, I personally sprinkle a touch of sugar on it.
