Seriously? $1.6M for this? I purchased 2.5 acres in North Georgia in a nice gated community and built a 6000 sq ft home with a pool for $760k. That was two years ago, and although my home is appraised at $870k, I would say the market is overinflated and due for a correction.
wow, I've always been interested in this method of home ownership, buying land and building your own home must give you so much options for your dream home. Atlanta home prices have really gone crazy since I moved here Nov 2020

For 1595000 bedroom closet’s upstairs should also be Huge just like the master closet downstairs and the pool should’ve been finished before viewing. 💰💰🤔

The outside looks fantastic however they could have designed the interior space a lot better. Narrow hallways and small closets don’t make sense in homes this price.
New Construction in the same area is 4 times cheaper for around the same square footage minus the pool. Doesn't really make sense for this house to be 1.5 million dollars. In Atlanta GA, in Cascade Lake Estates, the mansions there are bigger and cheaper. One woman was able to have her house built by G3 Builders in that same area (Cascade Lake Estates) for under 800,000.
Buford and Cascade are at least 40 miles apart, one is westside Atlanta and Buford is north. If you know anything about the city you know that Cascade is a black area and Buford is predominately white. If you know anything about real estate at all then I shouldn't have to say much else.

But I charge u to not complain and do something about it, bring the westside up bruh
