I’ve lived in a home like this and also a twenty year old custom home and I would take the 20 yr old custom home every day of the week. You’ll find builders these days cut corners a lot. Look closer and you’ll see what I mean.
@@ckl5590 While I agree some newer homes may cut corners, they also sometimes use cheaper material as well. However, I would take a newer build because on the flip side older custom built homes usually need to be updated to keep up with pace of technology. Just see how some older homes have a built in's for a big tv. Instead of a flatscreen, lol. More importantly, the piping or wiring is often out of date for modern appliances or features you wish to add. Also, houses take a lot of work to maintain and if you are already starting with a 20yr old home, imagine all the work you would be facing sooner rather than later.
You can do anything that you set your mind to achieve your dreams 💖🎉🎉 you will have that perfect house and car and you will have a splendid life may God be with you and your family 💗
Oh my gosh .. this house is my literal dream house! I never thought I’d see a house with everything I want in it unless “I” designed it! The patio (because I hate grass but want a big yard lol) .. the fitness room with the mirror, AIR HOCKEY!! The jacuzzi tub.. the floors, sheesh! I’ll take it!! 😍
Wow! This house is absolutely beautiful! Large but yet cozy, comfortable. I absolutely love the color palette everywhere. I wouldn't change one thing in this house, which is unusual. Kudos to the builder and designers!!!
Texas has huge beautiful and cheap houses. I keep asking my husband to move but for now it’s impossible since we have plans to move to Dubai… But I loved decoration of this house so much…
It's rare that I like just about EVERYTHING about a house. First, it's big enough, need all 5 of those bedrooms. Yet still includes a theater and gameroom. Separate dining room and open space living room, nice kitchen with island. Somehow I'm sure it offers an attached garage, possibly 3 maybe 4 car. I would consider purchasing this house, furnished with only a few adjustments, among the finalists and its the first one! Haven't toured a house in a long time...thank you for sharing.

I admire beautiful homes. I marvel at the workmanship. I’ve lived in different homes, some big some small. And it’s nice. But no matter where you live, the most difficult part is to live with yourself. One can be equally as happy in a tiny home as in a mansion, but must be contented and happy within to be able to truly enjoy any one of them
It's a magnificent house. I like the colors & materials, but I find it quite cold, it needs alive flowers, a touch of any color that brings life there, & more cozy fabrics in bedrooms, pillows, & less iron/metal items. . .
Whenever you see these types of home tours, they always decorate in neutral colors so you can imagine what you would do with the space yourself. That's why there is no pops of color or culture related decor.
I can’t begin to explain how much I love the floors! About 5 years ago we bought our first house, a fixer upper. My boyfriend worked for a hardwood flooring company and was given all the left over boxes of wood from a bunch of diff jobs, it was beautiful wide plank oak, but it was all diff stains. We weren’t sure how long it would be until we could strip and stain the floors so we just staggered them all over and it looks just like this floors! There is not one day that goes by that I don’t regret it lol we still haven’t stained the floors
Wow I've dreamed about a house similar to this in my dream it was big and had so many bathrooms so where I can decide where I want to shower it was such a nice feeling and now I want a good job for the future to afford for myself and family such a good big house like this ❤

Love houses made of brick and stone..they tend to be sturdy.. This is a very beautiful home.. Spacious but not too big and not too Small...Just right.
