Nice size house and nice landscaping but once you get past the wonderful size some of the finishes inside does not sync with a million + home. For instance the tiles in the master look like new construction tiles, the wire shelves in the master. I think with a few small tweaks you’ll get the price but it gives me pause when I see this things at this price range.
That carpet needs to be replaced for new carpet or wood, the basement needs to be completely finished and the pool is a walk around pool or children's pool. Why a million dollars? Completely furnished is what I was expecting to see and at that price it should be.
ATL. homes are weird, thry look really good on the outside but the inside is always so weird. The design and function of the homes just don't mstch the outside. This house the whole fiest floor was poirly designed, the kitchen is horrible.
