Hi Andre, do you like the a6400 so far? Looking for an upgrade for my a6500. 4k screen dimming makes me go crazy. I am in doubt about choosing the a6400 or a used a7iii. What are your thoughts on that? Nice vid btw👍And good content choise for the channel!
@@AndreCorreaNow tnx for your answer. I use the small hd focus as an external monitor at the moment. But i like shooting without in 4k without dimming. For wide angel I use the laowa 9 mm zere d. Shot this on it facebook.com/752574748276549/posts/1095457613988259/ I also want the new color science. Have been waiting for the expected and rumour hyped a7000 baby a9, so the new apc cameras are a bit of a dissapointment to me. No new sensor and no 60fps 4k. I think that the first time we see this camera will be the crop mode in the new a7siii. I will probably pick up the a6400 because its a lot of value for the money. Still bummed out about the a7000 that never was.
I have a xhiaomi powerbank 20,000 Mah and a sony A6400 with one sony NPFW-50 battery. So I can like connect my powerbank with my camera and it will charge it WITHOUT causing any malfunction long-term right? That's what I'm afraid of when I'm not using same company's stuff. It would be very convenient to utilize my 20,000 Mah powerbank and one battery for a whole day shooting:)
I liked the video a lot, but every time you talked about the electrical values it really hurt. if you can do a voice over fix or add a sticker with the correct values it would be much nicer. Nothing about the powerbank has 1.5, 3 or 20 "milliamps" it's all in the thousands of milliamps or just amps if you want to use the short values. The powerbank can be 20(thousand) milliamps or just 20 amp/hours or the output can be 3(thousand) milliamps or just 3 amps. 1.5 milliamps is 0.0015 amps. Otherwise thanks for the good job on the video.
Best to use a dummy battery and a usb cable into that. Waste of time using this method as you'll get overheating during 4k recording. The battery percentage goes down as the charging power delivered is not enough.
Andre i have a doubt, Do i need to put the battery in camera while using powerbank as the source, or can i use powerbank to powerup without battery (direct)
@@AndreCorreaNow Hey Andre, thanks for your fast reply. Yeah, I think the power consumption of the a6300 is out of this world. I have tried this method with new batteries and with several powerbanks, but all have the same results. I tried this two years ago and again last week, but same results. So, I'm back again at my dummy battery connected to a NPF battery plate (brand: ANSSO). And yes...I've subscribed to your channel :D
@@SimpleSandalsMedia I might be extremely late responding to your comment. i hope this helps, go and purchase a iFootage USB Power Adapter/IFootage Dummy Battery according to your camera and it will basically at this point run with a lot of 3rd Power USB Powerbanks. Hope this helps for you.
Very useful video ❤️❤️ and I have a6000 and in the settings there is no option for USB power. When I connect powerbank it's like finding USB device. What to do?
@@AndreCorreaNow What if we use Redmi Power Bank 20000 MAH which gives 18W output would that be suffice to run the A6400 without battery inside it thank you
the best intro i have watched in such a long time . wooooowww
Can i use any power bank?
I love ur colorgrading bro, make a tutorial or share the preset pls.
Just out of sheer curiosity: are you Brazilian, André?
@@AndreCorreaNow Sim, também. Ótimo canal. Já me inscrevi. Abraço!
Does this work the Sony A6000?
I don't know but it may be worth a try.

How long is the battery life for continous 4k recording?
I loved the way you asked to subscribe 😂❤️ so i did!
Battery heats when it discharges or when it charges, will it be safe to do both things simultaneously ?
No that's why you need to buy the blonde spot power junkie and get you some bad-ass sony batteries

Did you watch the video? He said no it won't work.
I spoke to sony support executive and they said do not to charge or power usb your battery by power bank?
Ok.
Well, I have tried this with my a6300 and it doesn't work.
The battery drains out faster than it charges.

This method will overheat the camera for shure if you are recording video in 4k. Use a Dummy Battery instead!
👍
