Saryn's output currently scales beyond Mirage when comparing against prior scaling. Much, much further. You don't need full strip, but you also don't need all the toxin shards. Recommended 2 strip, 2 tox, one cast/parkour. I've also seen the roar vs nourish argument. It's situational based on content and team comp. For solo nourish is your safe net, roar for damage but you literally don't need it. Furthermore Ocucor scaling is much quicker when going at disruption with its augment and ceramic dagger's initial combo for Crit setup (arcane+initial combo build). You can get up to 11x combo without Ready Steel depending on riven, and that pushes it to speedrun territory.
That's because he has faction mods on the build. Would be redundant to use roar as they're additive to each other. However, I would use roar and run zenurik for energy income then replace those faction mods with other multiplier or another elemental mod.

what is the point of having 4 toxin shards ? not hatin i just wanna know why 4 and not go for the full strip ? or is it optional ?
Yeah it's optional too but after new update full Armour strip is not needed any more

He's using Magus Lockdown, operator arcane. It teathers enemies when you void sling through them.

This is the case for MANY things in warframe.
I don't like running out of energy that's why I'm using it but still next time I'll try with roar
@KipacWF After the status rework, viral dmg doesnt do bonus dmg to health, only its status effect. Hence why roar or nourish is optional here

No, he has 1 tau for almost strip, and 4 for toxin dmg.
