I live in Denver super close to the rockies and a couple months ago I hiked to the top of Loveland pass while listening to Jogging House! Great music with a view at 4000 meters up! I almost commented in feet haha
I am on Lunan bay beach, it’s cold but the sun is out and it’s a clear blue sky, the wind bites, I pull my hat down over my ears, the tide is going out I think!?, the gentle ripples wash over my feet... it’s very cold but refreshing and nice with a bitter bite, but I still enjoy it. My mind drifts to my childhood, waking up early as the sun peeks through the curtains, I can hear my grandad playing his Clarinet, his practice is beautiful and emotional but I don’t know why, the smell of fresh bread being baked is making my eyes open and my stomach wake, it’s Sunday morning at 6:26 am as I look at my new digital watch, the time doesn’t mean much to me, but I know it’s early, lovely smell and beautiful sounds make me want to get up... I feel hungry and curious... The cold bite of the water brings me round and makes me put my socks and shoes on as my 2 Springer Spaniels suddenly both appear and shake cold sandy water in my face, they look at me as if to wander what the hell i am doing, ok girls lets go home and get something to eat i say to them, nobody is around to see me talking to me dogs again thank goodness. Thanks for that feeling and memory Boris 👍
James Hollings That is so beautiful, Jamie. Thank you so much for sharing. The thought that my music inspires people really means the world to me. Incredibly motivating. 🙏
This is still, two years later, far and away my favorite track of yours. Would love to hear a sound/sequencing breakdown, especially for the first sounds!
trés jolie composition musicale - j'aime beaucoup cette balade _ et la composition graphique de cette vidéo avec tout c'est patch en méli-mélo est magnifique
damn, this is my fav from you so far. You've captured a perfect mood here. Is there any chance you could tell me which modular unit you use to connect the digitakt and digitone for sequencing? Yarns? And holy crap, how many 0&C's do you have??!!! I count 3? (great little unit.)
Super interesting way to play that set up.. looks like you have the takt triggering the digitone? I love my small box combo but I program each part separately into each box. Also was the fx routed through two Julia pedals? Nice
Modular Mountain The Takt isn't triggering the Digitone. Both Elektron boxes run off their own sequencers. Some sounds were routed throught the Julias. But I don't remember which.
Jogging House hmmm interesting. My guess was because the midi tracks on the takt lighting up looked like it was in sync, but I am mistaken. Is it sending midi data to your modular set up? Great sequence. It would be interesting to see what FX are routed where since you seem to have a few chains going. Why so many duplicate pedals?

Craig Bell Thank you so much, Craig!
Love how you turned the messy cables into an aesthetic visual feature in this composition/framing!
Thank you. I changed things around in the meantime, but I made a few videos with that framing and really like how it turned out.
yes, nice chill view-from-rooftop- feel track and nice light strokes...great to hear!
Thank you :) Glad you like it.
Really nice. Love this chill vibe.
Luis Houses Thank you!
gosh this is beautiful!!!did you use a saxophone sample on the takt or is this a synth sound?
Bubble Keiki it seems to be a sound coming from the digitone if you watch the triggers on the tackt. So synth sound prob.
Thank you. It‘s a synth sound. Mangrove into some filter.
@@JoggingHouse well,damn!hats off to you boris!what a beautiful sound!!!

Screaming Zen Thank you! I use an Expert Sleepers FH-2 to sequence the modular via Digitakt and Digitone.
@@JoggingHouse ahhhhh yis, I've heard about that one, I need to check it out. Thanks for the reply m'man.
Now that's alot of wires😬
🤷🏻♂️

Modular Mountain Both Elektron boxes are sequencing the modular system. I don't have any other footage, sorry. The dual pedals are for stereo.
Patch notes, please ;-)
