Thanks fixed it. Its is dust that prevents wheel to align with rotary encoder.

Thank you!. It worked perfectly and I left it for, maybe, year and half, and than started to behave like in video.

Hvala. Ja sam prsnuo WD40 ka unutra pored koturića... okretao napred nazad, očistio salvetom i sada radi bez problema i bez otvaranja. Ne znam koliko dugo će biti ispravan...

My wheel is not scrolling at all. What could be the problem?

Wheel is connected to one component which looks like potentiometer, maybe this component is broken or most probably that plastic part (like needle) from wheel which goes inside is broken.

@Robot How can I fix it, mine has the same problem. The part that goes inside the potentiometer hole is broken. Any fix?

Sometimes manufactures do not make thinks to be repairable, I think this is that case... It is so hard to open and not broke anything...
