My niche hobby is fixing gaming mices (I fixed dozens of them for my friends, family members etc.), so here I am with few words of my unsolicited advice... Part which you were repairing is called "mouse wheel encoder". Almost every mouse on the market today is prone to scroll jittering after some time of mouse use (1-3 years typically), because there are microscopic metal shavings which accumulate inside on the contacts of encoder wheel (it's the part you was cleaning in the video)... they are causing false connections between contacts when encoder parts are moving (rotating). The rule of thumb is - the more you scroll, the sooner those metal shavings will accumulate there and sooner you'll encounter jittering during scrolling. So it's a good practice to not use wheel to scroll web pages (use MMB or scrollbars instead) and use wheel only when absolutely necessary (in games), so you preserve it's lifespan as much as possible. Only mices which are imune to scroll jittering are the ones with optical encoders. Sadly, novadays those are only few models from Logitech with "infinite scroll" feature... rest of the mices on the market (99.99%) have mechanical encoders (like this one in the video), which are ALL prone to scroll jittering after some time of use. Why almost every mouse manufacturer use them? Because they are cheap, easy to implement in the mouse design and it's a good thing for manufacturer (planned obsolence), so you have to buy a new mouse every 2-3 years. Sigh. Anyways - if you want to fix a problem with this type of mechanical encoder properly, you have to change it for a new piece. Blowing, disassembling, cleaning with isopropyl etc. of the old one are temporary fixes which usually last few months only. Those new encoders can be bought really cheap from Aliexpress (just search for "mouse wheel encoder"), they are like $1-2/piece. You just have to know *exact* height of your encoder, it is measured in millimiters from the base of encoder to center of the hole (search for "mouse wheel encoder height" on Google and switch to images... you'll get it). Typical height of encoders in the last generations of DeathAdders is 14mm, but it can vary from model to model, so double check it to be 100% sure when buying it. My advice is to buy few pieces (3 - 4) to have some stock of them for future repairs... they are really cheap, so why not ;) When you get them, disassembly your mouse, desolder old encoder, clean holes on the pcb, solder in a new piece and assembly mouse together. It's not that hard, but it's not easy either. People are mostly struggling with desoldering, because there are 5 contacts which are almost impossible to heat at the same time with regular soldering iron, so if you didn't do it before, watch some YT tutorials how to do it with ChipQuick, soldering wick, desoldering pump etc., or ask someone with good soldering/desoldering skills to do it for you. Soldering new encoder in place is relatively easy then. Pro tip for desoldering of mouse encoder - if you have soldering gun (not iron.... GUN), it's matter of seconds with custom made soldering tip to desolder it, because you'll be able to heat all 5 contacts *AT ONCE* - here is a video from my 2nd YT account for that -> th-cam.com/video/vRAd4Xj4D-Q/w-d-xo.html Good luck.
Well I think it's the sticky condition of the mouse wheel encoder you are talking about. In some countries including Asia is hard to find all these parts, my advice is just to roll a little piece of metal or any substance which can attach to the mouse wheel permanently. Per my experience, I use glue gun to fill the piece and make it more contactable between the wheel and the encoder. And guess it works as it improves the tightness.
This is my first time trying to fix an electronic thing by myself which I never dared to do before but because your video is showing such a calm explanation so that I finally can fix my Deathadder after suffering from the glitchy of the wheel for months. Glad to found this video before deciding to buy a new one! haha
When I have have some time and willpower to spare I'll be using your method here. Excellent work! I think what got me most about this video though, was watching you *work* the problem. You started off all happy-dory taking it apart, suspecting a quick fix I think, but then realized it was not going to be that simple. And you kept hacking at it and researching it, and your vocal tone and mood changed as well reflecting that. But when I perceived that you were not going to give up, that you were going to work through it and essentially present that, *THAT* is what I love about this video. It went from being a fix-it video to an adventure and mini-doc, and I *love* that about videos like this. The unexpected challenge, meeting it, and working though it; the use of the paperclip. Thank you for not cutting any that out, thank you for *not* polishing it, for keeping it raw and presenting it the way you did. I miss that about TH-cam videos. Great work and well-done sir, thank you :)
Thanks for the video! Fixed my mouse with your help. A tip for anyone else who doesn't want to bend the tabs: I just used a q-tip to express some iso-alcohol into the wheel sensor a few times, then used compressed air to blow out any debris. That fixed it for me. Might be worth trying before tab-bending as last resort.
Ty, it helped me fix the wheel on my DA mini v2, another tip for anyone trying, the little plastic wheel that you take of the thing to clean, it has 3 little point arms inside it, make sure they're not all the way flattened inside the wheel, if they are, take something very sharp/thin and pull they up a little, if they're all flattened inside the wheel they might not trigger the scroll signal.
Hey look, I love the fact that you took time out of your day to fix possibly the number one problem most people are having with razor deathadders (I actually dont know about most people but I do know it is my number one problem) which has earned you a sub by me but can you please upload a video like this without the music? I just find it hard to focus on the important part of the video when there is music in the background, but anyways thank you for uploading this video and i hope you have a great day today!
Ha, all I had to add was blow on the wheel to clear the sensor. That had been so annoying for weeks, I feel a bit daft but am so very grateful. Thanks!
My scroll wheel had become almost unusable, the contacts on the wheel were completely black. Now it works good as new thanks so much! I managed to do it without breaking the metal arms that hold the wheel in place
Thank you for making this! I haven’t worked on my mouse yet, but this tutorial gave me faith that I wouldn’t have to run out and buy a new mouse. Thank you so much! ❤️
Thanks mate it was really helpful, I was able to fix my Deathadder with this guide, the key not to break those pins are bending them very very slowly both in an out, just be extra careful and slow!
Thank you so much I followed ur instructions and amazingly got my deathadder fixed! Ive tried to clean up the dust and cat hair stuck inside the mouse by myself before, but not as thoroughly as how you did it in the video. Now it's really fixed and the scroll wheel works great!
Thanks mate, your video was very easy to understand and very helpful - Been fighting that damn jitter for a month or more now and finally lost it. Turns out I needed to clean that small scroll as well. Thankfully my clips held up. Bless your soul bro!
Thank you so much for this! For the past few days I've been having to use my Deathadder Essential mouse for everything because the touchpad on my lenovo laptop isn't working anymore, and this has been bugging me so much! All I had to do was blow into the scroll wheel, and now it's working perfectly! Thank you!
So instead of potentially breaking the sensor for the wheel i would suggest getting an ESD brush and some 91% IPA, with the ipa saturate the sensor and then go get the bristles into where the sensor is while scrubbing just to break up the debris that builds up and then hit it with canned/compressed air to dry it off
Thanks alot, i literally just blew into the area around the mouse wheel with my breath and it obviously had something impeding the sensor because its now not skipping, cheers bud.
Great how to, but what i did was spray just a small amount of electronic cleaner to both sides of the wheel, saved me from removing the steel clips and it did the trick. Thanks to your video was able to get the mouse apart no problem !
i didn't expect to fix it, but the results were so satisfactory, now i can still playing with this mouse that it was a gift, i appreciate it, thank, you earn my like, i wait that you can fallow help all people like me!! pdt: the mini scroll sensor of the mause was hard to take away, but there were my problem, i had had to clean there, it is my advice. i'm learning english, i hope speak clearly and helpful.
Props for the video , I've just opened my Deathadder Essential . Literally had to go the last step and just open the sensor (almost broke it and totally remove any force feedback while scrolling) But now works just fine.
@Val9k Thank you for your nice video. It helped me a lot. There is a way to clean the sensor wheel without breaking your mouse. Do not destroy the 4 clips. What I did: Remove everything like you did in your video except the sensor wheel. Do not take apart the 4 metal clips that hold the sensor wheel. After removing the scrollwheel and the board take a cotton stick and plunge it into isopropyl alcohol. Then press the stick on the underside to the sensor wheel. Same from the topside. Let alcohol flow to the sensor wheel. Remove the fluid with a tissue for some times. Put scroll wheel on and rotate backwards and forwards. Put some alcohol into the cap of your bottle and finally you can dip the sensor wheel completely into the alcohol and remove the fluid with a tissue for some times. Apply the scrollwheel intermittent and rotate it while alcohol is inside sensor wheel area. Repeate some times. Before assembling your mouse your can shortly dry the sensor wheel area with a hairdryer. This worked for me. No breaking of metal clips. Sorry for bad english.
Thank you so much for this. I used your tutorial for Deathadder V2 (except clamping the sensor with a paper clip, I was lucky enough to clamp it down 😂) and now it has no squeeky sound on the scroll wheel anymore. Again, thank you so much for your vid.
Thank you! This worked on my Deathadder Essential that I bought 2 months ago. I found what looked like tiny plastic shavings lodged in one of the 3 contacts on the rotating side of the sensor, other than that it was clean, seems like a factory defect. Thanks again, the scroll jumping was infuriating me!
LOL! i was losing so many games in fortnite from this mouse i was almost gonna get a new one but after just a few blows it started working good as new! new sub earned😉
I pulled my mouse apart and removed the tiny screw holding the small circuit board which goes into the wheel (didn't remove the board or any wiring).I then carefully pulled the wheel to the right towards the black mount and pulled the left side out of the encoder and lifted it up .Cleaned the sensor with a cotton bud with isopropyl alcohol on it .I then put some isopropyl into a small medicine cap and put the mouse upside down with the sensor in the cap .I refitted the wheel and moved it many times up and down .Repeated 3 times and the alcohol become dirty .Dried the unit and assembled .Works well again .
i won a death adder essential mouse and its been great for the few months I've had it but now the scroll wheel randomly scrolls in the opposite direction. I am beyond disappointed. my friend bought a razor keyboard and the I button will randomly type I twice or not work for a second. i thought razor had good products but now I'm not so sure.
The fact im gonna have to try this on my £150 mouse for the sake of only the wheel doing this is annoying, hard to justify buying a new 1 because of the scroll wheel so thank you for the vid!
dude ty, so much for the vid. i was about to open my mouse but just blowing air with a low pressure compressor like u said at the start worked fine, u saved me so much time :D
Was looking for some mice shaped like old DeathAdder and stumbled upon your video. Remembered that one of the last of my faulty deathadders from 12 years ago must lay somewhere in the closet - decided to give it a try just for fun. Hadn't alcohol but thought that some Hilti spray for 'lubrication and cleaning' can't do harm, so cotton swab, just a drop of hilty to rub the wheel contacts - and after 3-4 full turns of the scroll wheel it began to work properly! Mouse which had a crazy wheel and wasn't used for 12 years - returned to life. Lol. Great success =) Edit: Somehow before writing this comment got wd40 can before my eyes and in the original comment typed wd40 without noticing it, but in reality I used Hilty spray for lubrication and cleaning.
Thanks for the vid..it worked! I have an ASUS ROG Gladius II Core...just be careful and careful with the metal legs, they don't need to be 100% closed, they could break I guess. By closing them until the small wheel does not move, it is ready.
You don't have to open the encoder. I dropped a couple of drops of 95% alcohol over the encoder and spun it a couple times in both directions. Repeated it 2-3 times and let it air dry. Afterwards I reassembled the mouse and it worked without a problem.
Thanks for the video. It worked for me but without taking apart the scroll sensor. I just sprayed air and alcohol on the wheel and sensor. Now my wheel scrolls normally.
I have Razer Viper 8khz and i had the same issue. Tried blowing up but didn't work. I raged and went to the bathroom with my mouse. I washed it with just water, I also scrolled the wheel while doing that. After washing, I had to shake the mouse fast so little water drops came out of it, after that i dried it with towel. Lastly, I also used hairdryer in hot mode and with full speed to dry inside and out. Believe it or not, I connected the mouse after I was sure it's almost (or fully) dried and it worked. I know this is risky, but it worked for me and I tried that last night, tonight I'm still using without zero problems. I'm not taking responsibilty if you try and damage your components. It worked for me so I wanted to share.
@@insanity4082 Yeah because nothing else worked. It worked for 6 months and issue started again. I washed it, it took 2 or 3 months to develop the issue. On my last wash, it only lasted about 2 weeks and the issue was worse then ever. The mouse has amazing sensor and tracking but it's wheel is the worst in my opinion. Just because of that, i've switched to Basiliks V3.
No need to disassemble the wheel. Just pour some electronic safe isopropyl alcohol (99%) onto the encoder (the thing with the metal brackets), scroll up down a few time to cleanup the dirt and spray some air to dry everything.
awalnya gw kurang yakin sama ni orang, soalnya sensornya sebelum dibersihin dan sesudah dibersihin sama aja, (sama sama bersih), tapi tetap aja gw coba, dari pada beli mouse baru. bener aja ternyata berhasil.. thxx
Your vid helped me fix my mouse :D thanks. Turns out it was my cat's hair that was causing the double-click and unresponsiveness on the middle mouse button lol
I just bought my new mouse and a few days later this problem happens. I had the same mouse before and had the same problem, The problem was solved when I cleaned the scroll wheel. But this new one is totally different. Here is how i fixed it: ① Dissamble your mouse just like in the video ② You see a white tube next ti the scroll wheel at 4:01 ? ③ Use your finger and try to lift it up a little bit while using your othee finger to try to scroll the mouse wheel and see if its work. ④ If it works, Grab a tissue and tear it a little and then place it right below that white tube beside the Mouse wheel 4:01 ⑤ Make sure the Whit Tube lifted slightly because it was blocked by tissue. ⑥ After that, Go and try it again. if it works congratulations. if it didn't work, Repeat step ③ and ④ and make sure to clean it up properly before doing this method.
It is the last Razer mouse I ever bought. I used to use a Steelseries mouse and it has been working perfectly since 2016. My mouse got all scratched and ugly so I decided to try Razer and after less than a year of usage I want to smash this mouse against the wall because of this annoying issue
LOL bro I was about to buy a new one and then I saw your video, after I just did the first tip with my mouth to try and it resolved ahahah, I've been struggling with that for months thank's bro
For me the problem was that if i scrolled to fast, the wheel lost friction in the sensor (at 4:44 the white rod that connects the wheel to the sensor) So i but a little silicon seal piece and showed it in with the wheel when i put it back together, so it has a tighter connection, if it makes sense. That fixed it for me, hopefully it would be useful for others aswell
I used my fingernails to bend the little metal pieces and they didn't break. I thought steel screwdriver tip was too hard on them and I was definitely going to break it if I tried so. İt hurts a bit but I was able to bend them back easily. Also I discovered scroll wheel works best if you push that little scroll piece that we cleaned to the left as you can and make sure they are hold tightly.
Hey thanks for the help, I look at the stuff in it while trying to do what you did since mine was new bought defective, there is a copper thing that is very small like brush inside, my first attempt was it was still the same so in the second attempt I raise that small brush part and it worked like magic. I think that was the sensor and it was not raised enough have a good sense of scrolling. anyways thanks.
YOOOOOOOOO That fixed my razor naga. Now the problem is that it made my scroll wheel less resistant which is a downside for me. Great video tho thumbs up from me
Incredible, the video with the fastest resolution ever... I had this problem, just blew 2 times and it was RESOLVED! I can't believe I hadn't thought of that, thank you! It may sound stupid, but it worked.
the thing is they 100% put grease in there which is fine but they probably put too much which causes it to gunk up with the metal particles that get removed from the friction i switched my encoder to a kailh red and it was TERRIBLE i ended up just cleaning it
Good old times, where Mice were designed to last practically forever. My old Intellimouse Explorer in the office is almost decades old - mousewheel operates perfectly. The Razer Viper V2 for 100+ bucks? After 6 Months the wheel fucks up and the Mouse is almost not to disassemble. Hint: Flooding theinside with some electronics cleaner ("Tuner600") helps a few months until the wheel lags again.
Yeah, this is basically a design flaw. I didnt get a razer product for about 10 years, I used to love them when they were still the “underdog” but honestly their quality has not changed.
so i did this and it actually got fixed but i broke 2 of those pins and the tactile feedback from scrolling no longer works lol. Now i have a smooth ass scrollwheel with no jitter but no incremental scrolling feedback
Thanks for the vid it was a lot of help, my deathadder was reverse scrolling and jumpy so I did this exact process, the wheel encoder thing didnt have any dirt in it or anything. (its been only 2 months since i bought it anyway) the stick going thru the middle of the wheel had a slight bent on the encoder side but I dont know if it happened during my disassembly or if it was already there. So I fixed that and put it back together, it doesn't skip anymore but it has no increment like its very smooth if that makes sense. I am not gonna bother fixing that because it works now but im surprised it happened so quickly, my previous deathadder had no problems for 2.5 years almost.
@@Val9kIsTaken Alright so after this I wanted to fix my old deathadder too (it had the same exact problem) instead of opening and cleaning that piece I just got and sprayed some wd-40 on the encoder and it works like day one now, so if anyone else has the same problem this is the less risky solution 👍
Hi, did this completely fix your mouse? Is the fix temporary or did you get the issue again? I have a Viper 8KHz that I was really hesitant to buy because my Mini had this same issue but I went for it anyways, and it's been only 3 weeks since buying it and this is starting to happen again :(
I have razer death adder essential like it glitches whenever i want to go up or doun so i use a diff mouse for scrolling i was about to take it apart but as i was watching a tut i saw ur vid and it worked but the thisng is u have to blow air with ur mouth stuck to the scroll wheel area so that ur applying pressure to it

There is a way to clean the sensor wheel without breaking your mouse.
Do not destroy the 4 clips.
What I did:
Remove everything like you did in your video except the sensor wheel. Do not take apart the 4 metal clips that hold the sensor wheel. After removing the scrollwheel and the board take a cotton stick and plunge it into isopropyl alcohol. Then press the stick on the underside to the sensor wheel. Same from the topside. You can use also something like contact cleaner. It cleans out anything without shorting risk
i won a death adder essential mouse and its been great for the few months I've had it but now the scroll wheel randomly scrolls in the opposite direction.
Hello from Brazil, fixed my mouse with your help, thanks!
dude ty, so much for the vid. i was about to open my mouse but just blowing air with a low pressure compressor like u said at the start worked fine, u saved me so much time :D
TYSM MAN I WAS GOING TO BUY A NEW RAZER MOUSE YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER
Bro i am 40 seconds into your video and i already fixed the problem , there was dust inside the wheel thank you my guy keep rocking !
Lol. Great success =)
Edit: Somehow before writing this comment got wd40 can before my eyes and in the original comment typed wd40 without noticing it, but in reality I used Hilty spray for lubrication and cleaning.
Nice!
Thanks for the vid..it worked! I have an ASUS ROG Gladius II Core...just be careful and careful with the metal legs, they don't need to be 100% closed, they could break I guess. By closing them until the small wheel does not move, it is ready.
i swear i was trying to fix it 4 5 months and the way worked thx
You don't have to open the encoder. I dropped a couple of drops of 95% alcohol over the encoder and spun it a couple times in both directions. Repeated it 2-3 times and let it air dry. Afterwards I reassembled the mouse and it worked without a problem.
Good to know!
Thanks, my mouse wheel was nearly not reacting at all any more and some drops of Isopropanol on the encoder worked perfectly!
bruh you are right! i spray a couple of hand sanitizer and it works! 😎😎😎😎
Dud I didn't have an alcohol so I did with a petrol. Works good so far
Thanks mate I did this fix minus the part about taking the sensor out and it seems to be working perfectly fine now!
Washing a mouse with water wtf?
@@insanity4082 Yeah because nothing else worked. It worked for 6 months and issue started again. I washed it, it took 2 or 3 months to develop the issue. On my last wash, it only lasted about 2 weeks and the issue was worse then ever. The mouse has amazing sensor and tracking but it's wheel is the worst in my opinion. Just because of that, i've switched to Basiliks V3.
THIOS WOKRED FOR ME THANK YOU!!!!!!!
No need to disassemble the wheel. Just pour some electronic safe isopropyl alcohol (99%) onto the encoder (the thing with the metal brackets), scroll up down a few time to cleanup the dirt and spray some air to dry everything.
awalnya gw kurang yakin sama ni orang, soalnya sensornya sebelum dibersihin dan sesudah dibersihin sama aja, (sama sama bersih), tapi tetap aja gw coba, dari pada beli mouse baru. bener aja ternyata berhasil.. thxx
Thanks, I ended up fixing mine by blasting each side of the wheel with a can of compressed air. No disassembly required 😊
Thanks for the vid, for me worked at stage 1, to dismember and clean from cat stuff.
Your vid helped me fix my mouse :D thanks. Turns out it was my cat's hair that was causing the double-click and unresponsiveness on the middle mouse button lol
I did this and with just a little cleaning, it got fixed, Thank you so much.
No problem!
thank you sooo much the first method worked u saved me from buying another mouse
I just bought my new mouse and a few days later this problem happens. I had the same mouse before and had the same problem, The problem was solved when I cleaned the scroll wheel. But this new one is totally different.
Here is how i fixed it:
① Dissamble your mouse just like in the video
② You see a white tube next ti the scroll wheel at 4:01 ?
③ Use your finger and try to lift it up a little bit while using your othee finger to try to scroll the mouse wheel and see if its work.
④ If it works, Grab a tissue and tear it a little and then place it right below that white tube beside the Mouse wheel 4:01
⑤ Make sure the Whit Tube lifted slightly because it was blocked by tissue.
Thanks bro! i'm using the first method (which is just clean the sludge on the mouse rolling thing) and it working 🙂
It works, I cleaned the sensor, damn! Now it's working properly. Tysm❤️
Thanks for this video I was able to fix my mouse scroll wheel! Doing the last part worked for me.
Rather than cleaning the encoder by taking it apart isnt just better to replace it w/ a different one?
Don't take the scroll sensor apart, just use a contact cleaner and if the scroll feels loose, tighten the metal tabs using a pair of pliers gently.
i followed your instruction and it worked!! thank you so much for this tutorial!
u are a saver my man.i just blew the wheel and fixed
Thank you bro , you helped me alot it worked, I tried other methods but none of them worked but you are on another level 🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️
No problem!
I just blew really hard into my scroll wheel and now its fixed. Thanks for the knowledge lol
I wish this worked for me. Blowing didn't work so I busted out my 100psi air compressor and that didn't work either.
@@angryroy6277 have you tried blowing harder my friend
LOL bro I was about to buy a new one and then I saw your video, after I just did the first tip with my mouth to try and it resolved ahahah, I've been struggling with that for months thank's bro
No way I just needed a blow thank you legend
For me the problem was that if i scrolled to fast, the wheel lost friction in the sensor (at 4:44 the white rod that connects the wheel to the sensor) So i but a little silicon seal piece and showed it in with the wheel when i put it back together, so it has a tighter connection, if it makes sense. That fixed it for me, hopefully it would be useful for others aswell
Thank U so much bro 👊🏽
This video help a lot cuz I live in brazil and buy a new deathadder elite it is very expensive nowadays 😅
if you don't want to open the wheel sensor you can try drop some oil on it and it works for me
I used my fingernails to bend the little metal pieces and they didn't break.
Thanxx but 2 min into the video fixed my mouse. Thanxx you unsung hero
Thanks, it works! Also I didn't break the pins :) Paper clip solution is amazing.
This worked on my Deathadder v2 Pro. Thanks bro!
I boughte asus tuf bundle with mouse recently and after 2 days its stuck like you ... and idont know how to fix this is it broke ?
Hint: Flooding theinside with some electronics cleaner ("Tuner600") helps a few months until the wheel lags again.
literally the first option was my problem tysm
just worked for me but now it doesnt do the little haptic clicks when scrolling which i dont mind... not sure what happened there
Yeah, this is basically a design flaw. I didnt get a razer product for about 10 years, I used to love them when they were still the “underdog” but honestly their quality has not changed.
I just blew the air through my mouse using my mouth, intensely, and it worked.
so i did this and it actually got fixed but i broke 2 of those pins and the tactile feedback from scrolling no longer works lol. Now i have a smooth ass scrollwheel with no jitter but no incremental scrolling feedback
bro tysm bro i am for sure subing bro you really helped me out
Exactly what i was looking for!
wonder why the dirt is black just like the scroll component inside, hmmm....
This doesn't fix scroll click, does it? (middle mouse button)
Glad to hear it helped you! The smooth scrolling is likely because you didn't put back the metal piece that clicks into the wheel.
@@OnlyVuimo Nice!
Worked, thanks for video. Damn I somehow wanted it to be broken to get a g502 :)) but now that is fixed will have to use it.
Hi, did this completely fix your mouse? Is the fix temporary or did you get the issue again? I have a Viper 8KHz that I was really hesitant to buy because my Mini had this same issue but I went for it anyways, and it's been only 3 weeks since buying it and this is starting to happen again :(
I disassembled my mouse, cleaned it and it still didn't work. I had to get another one.
Thank you very much for the guide! I was able to fix my old HyperX mouse. Now it has much much less scroll glitches!
Thank you very much. It works really well on my hp pavilion gaming mouse 300. just wow!
Where can i get mouse scroll wheel
thanks for the tutorial my guy.. I will try it later
I have razer death adder essential like it glitches whenever i want to go up or doun so i use a diff mouse for scrolling i was about to take it apart but as i was watching a tut i saw ur vid and it worked but the thisng is u have to blow air with ur mouth stuck to the scroll wheel area so that ur applying pressure to it
Quick Fix:
Just blow really hard as close as possible near the scrolling wheel, I got it fixed without needing to open it.
Got my mouse refurbished on Amazon. That sensor was super dirty. Great explanation. Mouse scrolling great now.
Glad to have helped you!
thanks so much the last one worked for me thanks a lot again
