Ron, we love you. I won't go change an outlet cover without my trailer. There is so much value in knowing what I have, and what I don't have as I head to work. I'm doing a 250,000 dollar remodel right now, and the client said my trailer you inspired went a long way in who he chose. I can't stress enough to other contractors the need to get organized and break free ....free from chasing parts, digging for drill bits , wasting time and struggling to make ends meet. Free to create and solve problems, free to capture opportunities.
I think you do this from a sincere desire to help others and to give back. I hope guys learn, most clients don't pay them more to take longer. To waste time is to waste life itself. Thanks for being a giver Ron, and not a taker.

Wow! Completely amazing and inspirational! Lean, mean, portable, and clutter-free organization. You have set the benchmark. You are truly my hero...no joke. And thank you for letting us in on the tools and equipment that you use and have in your Amazon shop. I really deeply appreciate all that you do for us.

Ron you are a bloody legend with such a generous spirit. Damn fine work as usual, you're a real source of inspiration. Thank you for once more sharing and paying the penalty in time. I love my workbench which yours inspired and it's spun off into one organisational solution after another, the benefit has been enormous for my workshop, its gone from pain to pleasure, and the credit is all yours.

Frank, I saw the title of your video and initially thought "yea, doesn't sound that interesting." I'm an idiot! This whole video was absolutely brilliant!!! Not only the woodworking, but the story telling and recording of your family event and Nature's own story. Excellent job. I love being wrong!

  • @TheOneWhoMightBe

I am dead-set amazed that you managed to get everything off the shelves and into the trailer. It's incredible how much space a given amount of 'stuff' will fill if you let it.
By coincidence, I was downstairs in the garage this afternoon hanging some battery chargers off a new storage rack, and putting castors on a tool cabinet (so that I can get rid of my own wall of adjustable metal shelving).
Looking forward to the video series. I should force my FIL to sit down and watch it. Maybe that'll inspire him to clean up the brothel that is his work trailer. :)

I had a concern about spreading while building these cabinets, so I added that spreader in the middle. My jig is slightly different than yours because I used ballbearing bits, but it worked the same way.

Looks great Ron. I wouldn't mind having a cargo trailer to store all my tools rather than having them stored in various locations around the property making it a chore just to complete a project as I spend more time running around chasing tools LOL.

    Congrats, Ron!
I know that a few other people have asked about plans. Have you considered possibly releasing plans for just the things that were different in SMART vs ART? Things like the jig and a detail drawing of the drawer stack sides? I know that it would help those who maybe purchased plans for ART, but would like to implement some of the methods you used in SMART, plus it would be less time in SketchUp for you.
Again, congrats on getting SMART up and running! I've been watching your channel since the PWBII video, and have been amazed at your creativity, and thankful for the inspiration! Keep on doing what you do!!
