The pieces to put the rack together are hex screws. I don’t remember if it came with the tool or if I just used what I had. If you ask Reptile Basics a question on their website, they are really good at responding within 24 hours.
@@morphlogical7348 thank you 🙏 just got my VE-6 Wednesday been letting it run for four days now and I had a lot of condensation build up. I just put three holes on each side of the tubes and one in the back. How many holes did you put in your tubes?
@@juanwilson2390 I had the same issue with condensation build up. I only put 3 holes in the front of each drawer which has worked well. I also ended up getting a second set of drawers because in the summer I don’t have a problem with condensation whereas in the winter (in Washington state) it’s always wet and that’s when I get the build up.

Point of vent holes is to Decrease the humidity. Otherwise condensation is a guarantee hence humidity buildup.
