@@jennaveere Please don't, It's fine, as the 1 stud is ok holding it together.. It's your call. But thanks for getting back to me so quick. I appreciate the awesome customer service. I will be buying another one, once I move into my new house. I love the rack system. Thanks, Jenn!!
@@jennaveere If I have a future problem with the dolly, I'll hit you up. No need to send another. Thanks for the offer though. I really appreciate it. It's a really nice, and well build rack system.

I like how much flexibility that rack has with respect to tub sizes. How long could a hognose hatchling live in the small hatchling tub before having to move into the next size tub?
Oh boy, I would figure a hatchling could live in the small tubs for at least 4-6 months until you have to move them to the next size up. Hogs don't need much space to live in.
Wow. That rack system is extremely expensive and it requires a freight service to ship it on top of the high cost. I love that the vision tubs are clear so you can see your snakes but I hate that they bevel in at the bottom resulting in less ground space. I'll probably stick to Vivarium Electronics for my racks but it would be awesome if they would change the formula in their clear plastic to make the tubs transparent. You're not worried about getting double clutches are you? 24 hatchling tubs seems kinda low.
I am getting another rack from BlackBox.. They were around the same price for similar rack systems.. I love the recessed heat strip and design.. I thought Vision racks were more money.. The rack system was around $950 and $350 shipping to private residence. It was a lot cheaper, like half if I wanted it shipped to a business. I actually like that I didn't have to build it, to be honest. I guess it's what one prefers.
@@HogginOut I like tinkering with things so I don't mind putting my racks together. You do end up paying a premium for that though because freight shipping is required. I originally considered Cserpents for my racks when I was in the market but they had the same problem and the cost was higher already because they were put together ahead of time. I went with Vivarium Electronics (Reptile Basics) because they have the same exact features as other racks with 3, 2 or single tubs per shelf, recessed heat tape and a slightly longer tub depth and length than other manufacturers. You can also stack the racks, although you can't stack their regular racks and their economy racks together. They make their own tubs which allows them to offer a discount when ordering larger quantities and they ship their racks flat which allows them to offer free shipping. The only downside is having to put it together yourself but they provide the square bit for the PVC screws they use and detailed instructions. I was able to put them together in about an hour the first time and 30 minutes on my second order. I like the look of the BlackBox rack, especially the routed in badge, but with its width it would never work for me. I like that they took care of you with great customer service as well.
@@Gael32 Same here.. I enjoy doing my room expansions, putting the terrariums together and such. I'm a handy guy for sure, but the BlackBox rack system for a couple hundred to have it ship was not a big deal for me, plus I know it was put together correctly, not saying putting a system together won't go the wrong way... just easier for me. It depends what you like, and what you are looking for like you stated. 😊😁

@@HogginOut okay, if you want I'll send you one with your next rack :)
One more thing, the racks hold FB5, FB8 and FB35-CV-SC tubs in case people want cup holders and holes :)
