    This updated meditation is about forgiveness, forgiving others and forgiving yourself. We are letting go of negativity, and clearing it up at source. We not changing any other person, but changing the feelings and perceptions within our self and letting go of feelings that may be holding us back. Practising forgiveness can help create space for happiness to develop and can help with living a more balanced and positive life. Making a conscious decision to forgive and therefore letting go of anger, bitterness and resentment is the first step towards freeing yourself from the prison of your own mind. Forgiving is not about condoning the actions of others but it is about coming to terms with what has happened and moving on. In this meditation we do not force forgiveness but allow it to happen naturally if we can. We know that we can come back to this meditation at any time.
