It’s clear and just part of life we can make mistakes and we are flawed people.
But…as Dr. Michael Brown said, “We have God’s treasure in earthen vessels.”
      We are broken.
We often feel unworthy or capable of healing or other blessings but that doesn’t matter.
We have an aspect of the Divine within us, just as we have the DNA of our parents.
The good news is despite our mistakes and imperfections the divine can work through us to accomplish the seeming impossible.

For anyone struggling with understanding when Joe uses the word space. My tip: simply imagine someone standing next to you, and then imagine the space they were occupying once they leave the room). By doing this repeatedly, you will lower your brain waves - from Beta, to alpha, to theta and maybe Delta if you’re really good.

This meditation was powerful for me and I feel like I've finally advanced in meditation (by feeling actual results). When I got the heart area I began crying lying a baby. I knew something was being released. Afterwards I could feel loads and loads of energy. When I was done, naive me, decided to take a shower and now I know that it's not advisable. Major panick attack lol. As someone with chronic anxiety, I'm feeling so at peace today. 🧘🏾‍♀️🪷

I LOVE this meditation now. It takes a little getting used to Dr. Joe's "echoey" voice and also visualizing THE SPACE OF SPACE IN SPACE.
(Focusing on "SPACE" recalibrates the nervous system. There is a reason for every single thing that Dr. Joe does in his meditations.)

I don't know if anyone else's head & body started shaking at the end. I felt like my soul left my body when he mentioned to focus on the space outside the room.. my mind and body went into another dimension, I felt like my body wanted to absorb all the energy in the world and I started shaking, my muscles started spasmsing and shaking.. not sure if this is normal but as soon as Joe mentioned to bring back your attention to your body I felt like all the energy all the world got formulated into my soul and back into my body.... I've never felt like this in my life... I'm speechless, honestly.. I wish someone could explain to me what just happened to me.. not sure how to feel but regardless i feel invincible after this meditation. Thank you Joe... 😅

Chapter 8 in Becoming Super Natural... Joe covers Mind Movies the Video creating tool. A pleasant realisation for me to know I have had the MM membership for around 12 years. I used it for my own motivation and for my two sons through primary school to high school. It's a great tool and it's going to get some real work out, believe me! I also just completed a holiday in New Zealand to discover my old friend of around 38 years is deeply meditating with Joe's work. I didn't see him in the morning until he had done his Meditation every day. Limitless unconditional love to all of you.

Hello friends. Everything is true, so manifesting is an important action. Let me point out that I was unemployed for a long time, extremely depressed, and nothing was going well in my life. I had a good visualization every day before going to sleep. I am currently working in a good place and I am very happy with my salary. I am married and I have a son. He looks just like me. I call him snowball from time to time because he is so white. I even made my husband manifest. He is 1.80 tall, very handsome and financially well-off. We have no problems, thank God. He bought me the car I wanted for my birthday. I've always dreamed of that car for years. So what I'm saying is, believe me, everything depends on believing. Be positive, manage to stay on a good frequency, believe me, it will happen. Just believe me❤❤

I couldn't do the whole meditation because the courrier areived (only 3 minutes left) but I was crying the whole way through, like everytime I was feeling the space, it felt like a surge of energy was flowing through my body, tearing down energy blocks. I kept crying and crying. I wish I could find a solution to all this grief, rather than just feeling myself sobbing, without anything able to do about the situations that caused everything. And yes, besides being ny all doings, still all the traumatic things that happened, I was guided through everything... And still, I don't understand why... Still, now, I feel centered. Came here through the the Dr chatterjee interview. I've been meditating on and off for years using various apps. I consistently use it for quick anxiety relief and falling asleep. With other uses I struggle. I found this hard to feel the feelings expect, except when I focus on a feeling between my eyes. However, I stuck with it until the end. For me this was a long meditation in which I'd normally struggle with. I found this easy to stay on track and keep focus. Thanks for this. Looking forward to using it again.

Started reading the book, you are the placebo. And find it very impressive. Try to do Joe's meditation..
Maybe because I am Dutch..but the American accent and the tone of his voice... It gives me a creepy feeling.
Hopefully I find a good and nice Dutch translation. 😊

Wow ! This was amazing. I felt the tone was a little harsh to begin with but having turned the volume down a bit I found it easy to tune into Dr Joe’s voice and follow the instructions. Even at a lower volume And without earphones I was completely captivated. A few minutes in I started yawning (good, parasympathetic activation) and my eyes were watering - 😊 this is all a great release for me and I will return to this daily! 😊❤🎉

Hahaha. I am probably the opposite I turn volume up in order to turn up the intensity of energy or waves felt during meditation. I know some are not used to his style, but I love his active guiding meditation to the point he may push you harder when doing the breath work

I’m just starting to meditate, I find his voice annoying sometimes, but can someone please explain what he means about “in space”’? I really want this to work. I need this in my life in so many ways to turn things around. If anybody has any advice, I would really appreciate it.

    • @chastitywells4484

What was helpful to me was to use the darkness and look towards my pineal gland- space between eyes and imagine that as being “in space” focus on that darkness as being out in the galaxy …in space. The left will come to you as it’s meant for you. The experience should be unique to you and what you need- only you and YOU know that. Blessings - keep pushing through.

I think this type of meditation is for those who need to feel more connected to the present, themselves in their body, the environment they are in and feeling grounded to all three. What if you already are there? Does he have any good meditations that are to connect even more inward and release things?

As I focus on the space around each body part, that part of me becomes so light, as if it’s dissolving into space, and I feel light as a feather. I realize too at some point during the mediation that I’m able to breath so deeply, as if a pair of vice grips have fallen away from my chest. Afterwards, I feel incredibly calm, centered, and warm. This meditation makes me realize just how severely constricted my entire body is throughout the day. This daily prolonged state of tension and constricted flow of blood and oxygen is slowly stealing my vitality, slowly killing me. I’m committed to doing this meditation daily, perhaps multiple times each day. Tired of being sick ❤️‍🩹
