Also, I do respect other nations quality. Switzerland are a good side, with many top quality players. However, this has nothing to do with Kane looking slow, unfit, and seemingly exhausted or injured. He's not up to the pace right now, and shouldn't be playing ahead of fully fit in form players such as Toney and Watkins.
