people think you can't practice penalties because you cant simulate the pressure. you absolutely can and should practice them, as he said it's all about a routine. If you do the exact same things every time and make it totally mechanical it takes a lot of the pressure off. All you have to do is is the routine.

Its interesting that the keeper went the right way. I assumed the idea of not looking at the ball and the delayed run up was to keep eyes on the keeper to see which way he is gonna go so he can kick the ball the other side to where he has dived.
If keeper moves early he goes the other way If keeper waits too long like he did Toney Hits it low and hard and doesn’t bother about placement too much and it’s too hard for keep it to catch up
