The 7th gen Malibu ltz with the v6 engine option is an underrated choice goes 0-60 in 5.3 seconds the only bad thing is the aftermarket support and people complaining about reliability but if u take care of it it’ll last u over 300k miles.
Lmao deadass… I just got an impala with a 3.5L been looking into options to get a SS but I’m probably gonna have to buy a junked SS to snag the wiring harness etc then source the engine and trans separate depending on the state of the junked SS
#2 Mazdaspeed 6, love that interior. They only come in 6-speed manual. I've owned several Mazdaspeeds and they are great, my 2010's first engine was pulling strong at 135k miles before I blew it being stupid. The DISI engine's reliability is here or there. Aftermarket support is decent but it takes way more money to make over high power/torque vs other platforms and makes it not worth it at times.
The Chevy SS/ Holden Commodore VF and the Audi A4 series have always been one of my favorite cars. But I don't know about the prices tough. They seem very high to be called dirt cheap. At least where I live
You should really add the taurus SHO bro ! I love my taurus ! 365 hp from the factory ! The feeling of the torque in those things will really surprise you !! It blew me away after driving my 500 hp bmw (don’t own it anymore) than getting in a tuned SHO, it blew me away still tbh. Not as fast as it feels because it’s so heavy !! They pull hard man !! Pulled a muscle or got a pinched nerve from the whip lash on the launch ; was not expecting it to pull like it did and it hurt my neck, actually hit my head up against the seat pretty hard. You can’t mention the fusion and leave the SHO out c’mom bro ! Thought you were a car guy ! They have a long history !!! That’s just bad. So many ppl overlook them when they see them on the street and they are faster than the fusion sport. You see them a lot more often than the fusion sport at the drag strip and people actually build them to 500 hp +, those are real tuner cars ! Lots of potential with the 3.5 ecoboost.
I test drove a lightly modded mazda 6speed , i have to say it was surprisingly easy to drive for a manual in general especially for it’s time. It was easier to use the clutch and shift than my 07 civic si was. It felt reliable but cheaply built. that being said, i thought it was gutless. It felt slower than my old 3.5L N/A V6 taurus 11’ - with 265 hp. Car was fun to launch, ok…handling….for a sedan, got to rip it around some back roads. Wasn’t impressed one bit, ended up buying an 07 civic si instead and was much more pleased.
LOVE THE Chevy SS . . . And ummmm. The accord V6 is a great car, great reliable engine. But does not do 0-60 in under 6 seconds….. a reliable 7 second car which is very respectable and they are usually very affordable.
Just had 2005 Volvo S80 2.5T AWD ….. sure it isn’t the V8 yamaha made.. those are very hard to find imo, but my 5cylinder already has a turbo and is pretty quick and reliable and also fun to drive, it’s like a tank and yes i was even calling it a sleeper on the daily basis … 😅
Another sleeper is the W210 E55 AMG, it may be old and look like a grandpa car but it rips ass and is almost indestructible Another thing is a 5.5L 500 HP V8 (I’m not sure cuz mine came with a turbo instead of the factory NA) which sounds like an I4 and when you press it, let’s just say it can defeat an R35 (Yes I did beat R35s many times with that sleeper)
Also it’s indestructible when you actually take care of it, it’s a Mercedes not a Toyota Basic maintenance is what’s needed for it to run 20 years, mine ran 1.3 million miles before the radiator blew up Also be careful with the suspension and electric system, do not cheap out, these cars are very sensitive, the electric system is supposed to be “eco” for euro regulations so it constantly wears down and the suspension, Mercedes thought it was a good idea to imitate the S class and almost every time you drive fast the suspensions will lower for aero reasons, don’t speed over bumps and drive safe
Forgot the Lexus ISF better looking more reliable and faster than everything on this list - a VW ? Cmon man you’ll wish you were put to sleep if you buy a VW
IMAGINE YOUR BMW AND MERCEDES AND YOUR KNOWN BY EVERYONE FOR BREAKING DOWN AND BEING DIFFICULT AND EXPENSIVE TO FIX YET CONTINUES TO SELL THEM FOR ASTRONOMICAL PRICES BRAND NEW...SO THERE SLOGAN SHOULD BE WAIT 10 YEARS AND RACE IT FOR CHEAP???😢 WOW
two things I noticed: 1 - Dirt Cheap means different things to different people 2 - Californians can't build a streetable car. The goofy spike lug nuts and crazy camber is what people that don't know about cars do to cars.
You should’ve put the 08-09 Pontiac G8 GT & 04-06 GTO, which are actually the cheap cars…. LS1,LS2 & L76 are cheap engines to maintain and mod, the Chevy SS is cool but you’re not being realistic with your the word “cheap”
Bro forgot about the "DIRT CHEAP" midway through the video 😂😂
😂😂😂ong ts 15k or more for most of em
he started the video with the ss, cheap lmfaooooooooooo
Love this list, but there's 2 mercedes 🤨
no you’re just dirt broke

2007 Lexus gs350 306 hp. Heated/cooled seats, paint and leather holds up, touch screen voice nav, unbelievable RELIABILITY! Love mine! Under $10k!
Why that model year? Just curious

bro what😭 they on marketplace for 30-35

Why didn’t you put in the acccord 2.0t? Performs better in every way over the 9th gen.
Volvo 850r. Makes over 300hp and is very spacious in the back and has a surprisingly fast inline 5.

the chevy SS is not a chevy, it's a holden
& not cheap at all unless you get a beat up one like G8 GT
