Wobuffet is weak to Dark because Dark type is really the “Dirty Fighting” type, so it makes sense that tactics of dirty fighting would be strong against a punching bag.
To be fair, if they wanted it to resist fighting, it would need to be Flying, Poison, Bug, Psychic, or Fairy (which didn’t exist at the time.) Although I think a Bug type Wobbuffet could have worked if it was some sort of stationary bag worm hanging from a tree, the other choices would have probably been worse for their gimmick.
Hey... what if the Alolan Riachu is Psychic, because it has mastered the art of surfing using levitation... or in this case, surfing using it's Brain waves ^^
I'm pretty sure the Psychic typing of Gardevoir is because of their horns having the power to detect the emotions of their trainers. They're also supposed to act as Guardian Angels (sure that could be a fairy thing, but Angels are thought to have some Psychic abilities, I think)
Guardian angels also must look after you at all cause and biblically accurate angels have five wheels with lots of eyes and a large eye in those wheels. Maybe that's what it referencing. Psychic type is also like a spiritual type or holy type considering there are lots of dieties based pokemon so I have no idea why he didn't add Gardevoir line there.
I read an interesting theory a while back that the reason Psychic-types are weak to Bug, Ghost and Dark-types is because those are three of the most common fears people have, and phobias are all in the mind.

People point out that alakazam can only know 4 moves despite having an iq of 10000. I like to think that alakazam does actually remember every move he's ever learned, but only uses four because those are the rules and he won't let the trainer cheat
I mean... a creature with an intellect so impossible it's literally breaking the scale of IQ that only has a 200 max would most likely comprehend the concept of competition... And how it's not really a sport if you're just doing stuff like that.
Jirachi grants wishes with it's psychic powers, Victini affecting the outcomes of situations granting victory and sending energy/visions to others, Celebi bends time and space to it will, The Ralts line are empaths, Exeggutor is just another yokai like the others yokai-based psychic types, etc. There's any number of ways to justify their typings. :P
@@OrbitZombie Also, Gallade is a mind-reading fencer. Fencing, believe it or not, is as much of a mind game as it is a body game. You (at least try to) sense what the enemy is thinking, constantly use and counter techniques and tricks to outsmart your opponent.
Gardevoir's psychic reasons would be having powerful empath abilities, and control over the emotions of others. Gardevoir's also more likely has a spiritual origin or such. A sylph-like spirit or at least a protective entity, as it gives it's life to protect it's trainer when their life is at risk. Meaning it's typing is more based on mythology, fantasy, and spiritualism. Great video though! I really enjoy this series!
No, it has a secondary fairy typing. Gardevoir's typing is perfect for it, physic/fairy, it has spritual/psychic powers, and it's a sylf-like creature. It could also be a guardian angel. And it being a protective spirit fits right into the psychic category with the whole spirits side of psychics.
I believe The Gardevoir line has a GREAT reason to be Psychic type. The Pokedex says that Ralts can sense the emotion of people. Kirlia's pokedex says if it is exposed to the positive emotions of its trainer it grows beautiful. Meaning that these pokemon are Psychic Empaths. Gardevoir's dex entry goes on to say how it is stronger when protecting its trainer, which are more signs of empathy and also an evidence of a strong psychic connection. Not to mention that it can see the future. All of this points to the Gardevoir line being Clairvoyant. Gardevoir and Clairvoyant even sound similar. Gallade however doesn't true lore related reasons to its psychic typing, but being a wise fighter and not fairy-like at all could be why. Tell me what you guys think. Thank you.😀
While Ralts may be a Psychic Empath, the actual point of this video is if they are Psychic or have Psychic powers, rather it's more so is there an logical explanation or some kind of reasoning behind it's Psychic typing and if that actually makes any sense. For example, Delphox who's character design is clearly inspired by wizard/witches who in turn have mystical powers and can be explained or interpreted as psychic power. So it makes sense that Delphox is Psychic type. So while Ralts may be super-empathic which is unarguably a psychic type power, but what doesn't make sense, is that there isn't any actual reasoning behind why it has that power to begin with. Ballet or Ballet dancers (which is one of the biggest influences for the Ralts line, excluding Gallade) aren't usually associated with or known for being psychic or having psychic powers in any way. So other than it's move-set or Pokedex entries, there's really no obvious tie (mythological, mystical, alien or otherwise) or reasoning to explain it's psychic typing Hopefully, I was explain it properly and it clears things up!
That and the entire Ralts line can read and detect emotions, as well as being able to manipulate the fabric of reality and read the future. Gardeivor in particular is a big example of this and can control and create black holes with psychic power. Not only that: but is not only able to read emotions: but can form a deep psychic emotional connection with its trainer. Gallade meanwhile, aside from the above, could be seen as a knight version of wire-fu kungfu type action heros due to its psychic fighting typing since wire-fu warriors make use of kung-fu and mental discapline bordering on psychic to accomplish extraordinary martial arts feats.
I always had the understanding that Lugia was a Psychic type due to how the Moon itself controls the ocean currents. It made sense for Lugia to be connected to the Moon as it is the guardian of the sea and currents, since thats what we see the Moon as for us. If the moon were to be removed, the seas would go out of control. So thus Lugia being like the Moon makes it psychic type. Because Psychic = Space.
And strangely enough, back in gen 2 or 3, if your pokémon was Dark or Ghost type it could bypass the mindgame. Dark being a special type that is immune to psychic (i.e. Mirror Coat) and Ghost being a physical type that is immune to fighting (i.e. Counter).
In that one movie, Deoxys was STRONG! Remember how it created a Barrier to simply block Raquaza from doing ANY Action?! WOW! Raqauza, Mewtu and Arceus are listed as the Top 3 Pokemon and the People argue who's the Strongest of them. For Alolan Raichu, I think the pancakes were simply so amazing and divine that they weren't able to be fully sensed by the Raichu's sense of taste. Therefore, it willed itself into having greater senses and perception so that it could finally detect every last sensation the taste of the pancakes had to offer and, in the process, gained ESP. More seriously, you could say that Wobbuffet is weak to Dark because they don't fight fair, and instead of punching the bag, they cut it open so all the sand falls out and it can't do a thing about it.
Some squid, and I believe cuttlefish use patterning of their skin and bodies to stun and hypnotize fish before striking them, so Malamar has another reason to be psychic
I actually have a theory on why Lugia isn’t water type. So as it states in Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Omega Ruby, and Alpha Sapphire’s Pokédex: “Lugia's wings pack devastating power - a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart regular houses. As a result, this Pokémon chooses to live out of sight deep under the sea.” This can possibly mean that Lugia was not the guardian of the sea before, but rather Arceus created it to bring out storms with a Psychic power. However, since Lugia notices its psychic power to summon storms, and it’s wings, are too strong, it chooses to live under the sea, only then it’s given the name, the guardian of the sea. But yet, Lugia couldn’t, and never can, change its type.
@@keeboreebo7042 NO!!! Nothing like that. While some are rated "M" it is because of swearing. No "Rule 34" Kind of stories. Never written one, never will. Not comfortable writing one. I don't do smut. Who do you think I am? Jiraiya?
I feel like woobat and swoobat have perfectly fine reasoning for their typing, as he was fine with mespirit being psychic for emotion and love is an emotion
watched a play that's a parody of scooby doo (called the solve-it squad returns) and one of the characters esther has to be constantly high to stop her brain from working too much because she's Too Smart. that's slowking
Wouldn't the Ralts line fit in the intelligence category? They are all highly attuned to human emotion, Kirlia is said to have a highly developed brain, and both Kirlia and Ralts can see the future. It sounds like even among the somewhat sapient Pokemon, they are even more... sentient? I agree that Woobat and Swoobat are weird. But I'm wondering if their inspiration comes from how we often say that falling in love is fate. The twisted tail on Swoobat also looks like two ends of a rope or string, bringing to mind the phrase "tying the knot" for getting married. If it were more red and less pink, it would probably be more obvious as it could relate to the "red threat of fate" that connects lovers. I think Wynaut and Wobbuffet's typing comes from how they fight by predicting an opponent's move and choosing the correct counter. Yeah it's a very weak reason, but a kind of 6th sense to see the future is still a pretty standard psychic ability.
The other "psychic type for the sake of typing" pokemon also largely had something including immense psychic powers in their description. But that video was about the inspirational source material, and whether or not that would justify the psychic typing. And a ballet-dancer really isn't that mystical or...well...supernatural or anything.
Overlord IV but in the video he said said he doesn't even see why they are psychic which didn't make sense origins are one thing but they clearly have psychic abilities
Again, he was looking at the source material (ballet-dancers) and tried to find ties to the psychic typing within that, like he did for i.e. hypno. If we went by descriptions, he already stated in the beginning of the video, that we'd basically only have a handful of useful categories to go by. If you leave out the description of Gardevoir and take a look at their source material, you'll find nothing resembling a psychic or anything even remotely close to anything mystical really. Like he said, Gardevoir would be better off with the Fighting type as far as you could justify it via the source material. And I'm pretty sure the description states that Gardevoir has psychic powers, because there has to be an ingame reason for these Pokémon to be psychic-type...for most pokémon at least. If you pay close attention to the descriptions, most mention something about at least latent psychic abilities, which again, would make the groupings really, really pointless.
I think it's also important to mention that not only would the Ralts line fit the intelligence category but Kirlia and Mesprit share the pokemon category of the "Emotion Pokemon". Emotions are more so associated with having a higher intellect.
Theory: Unown are a storage vessels for Arceus' limitless power, and through them it can maintain the balance of the universe and hold the fabric of reality together. This would make sense seeing as Arceus can slumber away because it assigned the Unown to make sure everything stays in order, where they are a fail-safe of sorts. This would explain how several Unown could create/summon an Entei to serve as a legendary guardian in the third movie (Pokémon: Spell Of The Unknown), serving as a means to protect them and ensure the Unown's job in maintaining the universe is not disrupted. This would also explain why the only move they know is hidden power, as this references the power of creation that Arceus possesses, which he hides within the Unown.
Jirachi fits into the same group as Lunatone and Solrock as pokemon from space, its based on a star, similar to how they are based on the sun and the moon.
you probably won't see this, but here i go anyway! psychic weaknesses are based off common fears, that's why wobbuffet is weak against dark types (fear of the dark), bug types (fear of bugs), and ghost types (fear of ghosts).
for bug i can think that it's the most common fear but i think ghost and dark can't be controlled by psychic power that's my opinion why they are weaknesses ( still learning english so it's a bit hard to make you understand what i mean sorry)
I like to believe alolan Raichu has electromagnekinesis, the ability to control electromagnetic waves with the mind. it would explain how its Pokedex entry and it's special ability surge surfer.
Psychic type was one of my favorite type since it was close to magic. I REALLY adored magic, so of course I would love the psychic type. And since fairy type is here, it has already been in one of my favorite types.
@@cadencek3576 That's like saying the Force is the closest Star Wars has to Psi, it's the same non-labelled category Magic, Psi or anything else as the meat and potatoes or means of a spell system. The same space where physical/melee and gun/ranged occupies, common in a lot of power systems, soft or hard. Not a lot of systems have a varied type of move or move types, so usually a Power has any Means/affinity as it wants like Physical or Magickal or Psi or Gun. Pokèmon having Psi/mental as a type in a non-tiered type system always was weird for me at least. Psi is a Power system very common to Sci-Fi, like with Magic to fantasy or reality-bending to fantastique, whether old or new weird.
The Ralts line and the Woobat line are based on emotion, which is psychic because it's based on thoughts. Girafarig is psychic because of it's tail possessing psychic abilities. "When it is in danger, its tail uses some sort of mysterious powers to drive away the enemy." - Pokemon Crystal Bruxish is psychic because it's protuberance is used to emit psychic waves as a radar as well as to stun it's prey. (Also note that being psychic makes it good at hunting it's main food, Mareanie) Also, Wobbuffet and Wynut are most likely psychic 'cause the tails are probably controlling the bodies? This one could be wrong, but the rest are the reasons they're psychic
Well, the Gardevoir line are also slightly based on the idea of a guardian angel, and angels are lesser-than-gods spirits. I actually expected them in that category for that reason.
I think I have a better reason as to why Girafarig might be part Psychic type. While it’s mostly based off of a giraffe, it also has a dash of stegosaurus (note the plates running across it’s back). It has been theorized that the stegosaurus has a second Brain in it’s tail to give it enhanced reflexes to defend itself against predators. Two brains->high mental capacity->Psychic powers. Now that I think about it, if we ever do get a fossil Pokémon based off of the stegosaurus it should be part Psychic.
Ripping this straight from Bulbapedia, but... Wynaut and Wobbufett might be based on the concept of karma. Like... things coming back to bite you. And the concept of karma is mystical, so... that explains the psychic part?
I thought Gardevoir also took inspiration from Knight-templars since its name in Japanese is sirknight. Considering some tropes includes the idea that knights have this strong connection to their gods, this could have simply been taken a step further and included much stronger magical capabilities, while keeping the "white knight" trope with its protective nature to their trainers. Also, roleplaying games like D&D do have a cult following in Japan so this could have been designed by someone who just liked D&D, but couldn't get the pokemon to be fighting or something like that.
Boomburst so gardevoir is a paladin from dnd. Does that mean an evil gardevoir loses their powers due to not following god’s alignment ( I assume arceus would be aligned good probably lawful good)
Personally, I think the Gardevoir line fit as psychic types as they are very much Empaths, which is a trope you see from time to time where people can read your emotions psychically, and connect with them. Specifically emotions
I think Girafarig is a Psychic-Type due to the concept of optical illusions. Since it's name would stay the same when reversed (girafariG is Girafarig backwards for those who have not known about it yet) plus the fact that it follows the concept of mirrors. Optical illusions are more of a mental thing, so Girafarig is more considered as Psychic since it is related to mental tricks and all.
How did he 'not butcher' it? It is not pronounced "Kane" like the wrestler, it is pronounced "Kah-nay". Idk much about phonetic spelling but there ya go Edit: Sorry i was talking about the Tapu LeLe description lol
Have been watching a lot of Gnoggin videos lately and Desert Heat (name of the song) plays in a lot of them... so I think he really like the games or at least this song... what is fine for me because Golden Sun and GS The Lost Age are the best RPG ever!!!!! (IMO) hehe Also the song that plays when he starts to talk about Tapu Lele is from Golden Sun The Lost Age aswell, it's the Dehkan Plateau theme!
I think a good idea for Alolan Raichu's origin is that it wanted to surf, since surfing is big in Hawaii/Alola, but couldn't due to its typing (Electric and Water not going well together). So it developed a way to surf without the fear of the water.
To add onto this video, I personally think Psychic-type Pokemon generally represent the psyche of humans. Why are Psychic-type Pokemon weak to Dark, Ghost, and Bug? Common human fears are fear of the dark or evils, ghosts or the incorporeal, and bugs.
Exeggcute I believe are at least partially based on oomancy. An ancient way of seeing into the future, And that eggs are generally in mythology as something spiritual. And as you said, exeggcutor is the spirit face tree thing.
Also potentially the whole "egg of a new world" thing? Admittingly, the best idea of what that's about comes from Berserk from me, but with a little stretching, I guess you could justify it?
Celebi isn’t the “Onion Fairy” type pokemon. I think some just edited the Bulbapedia page to read that. I’m pretty sure it’s the “Time Traveler” pokemon. Open up a Pokédex in any game and it should read that.
Yeah, Celebi is the Time Travel pokemon. I don't know why Gnogging said " *literally* the Onion Fairy Pokémon" as it's Celebi's nickname and not it's actual species. Maybe he didn't double check it and he just assumed that he knew it or maybe Bulbapedia did say Onion Fairy when he made this video. Currently both Bulbapedia and Pokémon Wikia says Time Travel Pokémon
If I have to guess it is because of perseverance, which is a psychic state and it also fits in with those wobble heads as origin. I need to get one of those.
So, for Wobuffet: It's a common trope that someone who completely removes themselves from all sensory...sensations, and gets their mind completely "blank", so to speak, can unlock powerful psychic abilities (see, for example, Stranger Things). And since Wobuffet does not actively fight, and simply takes all the hits is dealt, and it was originally only found in Dark Cave, which is, well...dark...maybe that's why it's supposed to be psychic?
The way I see it, basically all wobuffets attacks are anticipatory, in that you are basically trying to predict the opponent's move. Predicting the future is pretty psychic
Ok I just need to say this. If you ever saw pokemon 2000. Part of Lugia's job as guardian of the sea is keeping the 3 legendary birds in check. (Balance) Psychic typing is way better for a couple of reasons. 1 psychic typing is equally effective against all of the birds. 2 as for controlling angry birds psychic power would come in handy. Sorry had to get that out.
Victini can manipulate chance/luck (its victory star ability) which seems like a psychic type thing to do. (Also that’d be a cool game mechanic if having a Victini boosted the luck of chance encounters or shinies or whatnot)
I really loved the Golden Sun music that you put into the video! It felt kinda like I was playing the games again, and helped set the mystical feel to the video... Great Job, Lockstin!👍❤
Maybe wobbuffet is psychic type because the tail is the actual pokemon and it is controlling the "punching bag" part of the body? Maybe with psychic powers? At the very least it's something.
An extra note on Inkay and malamar! Malamar's hypnotic powers are likely inspired by the cuttlefish, which approach fish they prey on and use their color changing ability to flash patterns of bright colors at them, seemingly paralyzing them before they're eaten! There's cool videos of it to check out.
This may be a stretch (or not) and I'm not claiming to be a master of Japanese folklore, but I think that Jirachi may be based on Tanabata (aka the Star Festival) judging by the three strips of paper around its star shaped head. These strips of paper are also known as 'tanzaku' which are wishes wrote by people in the form of poetry. The reason why people made these wishes are based on the story between Orihime and Hikoboshi. *[STORYTIME]* As far as I know, Orihime (Weaver/Weaving Princess) worked a lot for her father on one side of the Amanogawa river and was concerned about never finding her true love. Her father, Tentei (Sky King/King of the Universe), became concerned for his daughter's happiness so he arranged a meeting with Hikoboshi ("Boy Star"). They fell in love, married, and lived together for some time on the other side of the river. However, they shirked their duties, and Tentei grew mad, which led to him separating the couple; the lovers are now on separate sides of the river. Orihime pleaded with her father to let her meet her husband once again, but she was only allowed to meet him on the 7th day of the 7th month (July 7th) if she worked again like she did before (nothing abusive or anything, dw). However, when the time came for the lovers to meet, they couldn't meet up because there wasn't a bridge (the first time the two lovers met may be by boat or something), so Orihime cried so much that a flock of magpies would let her use their wings as a bridge to cross the river. As such, it is said that if it rains on Tanabata, the magpies can't make the bridge because of the rise of the water level. The rain itself, when it happens on this day, is called the "Tears of Orihime and Hikoboshi." Thus, the lovers wish to meet with each other once again for the next Tanabata (July 7th) in the next year, hence the origin of wishes/tanzaku. I may be wrong but this is what I've learned from my Japanese friends. As for Jirachi's psychic typing though .. it may be because the pokemon is based on a deity/festival/folklore?? I dunno. I just thought I'd explain some things a bit. Feel free to correct me. There may be other versions of the story that may be more accurate. (Edit: the lovers are only allowed to meet on Tanabata, which means that when the day ends, Orihime has to come back to her father on the other side of the river once more, wishing that she can meet Hikoboshi next year)
Psychic types are weak against dark, ghost and bug types are because they are common phobias and fear can make engulf the mind and cause one to lose concentration.
AiDiE Psychic is weak to Ghost due to ghosts being creatures feared by humans like beasts or snakes and if scary beings approach a person concentrating in doing something then that person cannot concentrate well and even run away from what he/she is doing.
The Ralts family uses their horns to read and manipulate emotions, Lugia is psychic because, according to Shigeki Morimoto, psychic was just percieved as a legendary type in generation 2- though he went on to say that it was also sort of representative of the moon somehow, with Ho-oh representing the sun- and Wobuffet is psychic because....wynaut?
Medicham and Meditite have the same reason for their psychic powers I think, it it's at list how they use it, they use it to boost their physical power to insane levels by meditating and focusing all of their efforts on physical combat, a very psychic thing to do
The Gardevoir line is said to be related to the mental faculty of empathy and emotional connection; that's probably one of the reasons why they're psychic
The opening was an obviously optimal opportunity to operate our ocular orifices by bringing bountiful amounts of similar sounding syllables on screen whilst wonderfully allowing amazing alliteration to travel from your tongue.
What an absolutely astounding application of the opportunity obtained by the opening moments you merrily mentioned to delightfully delve into a discussion, wouldn't you say?
isn't the Ralts line Psychic because of their empathetic powers? What with the Red crests (horns?) sticking out of their bodies allowing them to feel the emotions around them. I always assumed this tied into their dancing, as dancing is said to be a form of emotional expression. Their prenatural empathy being the inspiration for their dancing. As for Gallade, He's a swordmen. And swordsmen ship has often been likened to dancing. As expert sword play has shares the tenants of balance and coordination seen some of the more strict older dance styles like Ballet. Gallade similarly gets his inspiration from emotions, those being the fear and discontent of those being oppressed or attacked by evil.

Wondering why you never mention the Greek Muses in relation to Meloetta. Her mystical music grants inspiration to artists and intellectuals.

Jirachi: **litteraly a shooting star**
Gardevoir's psychic reasons would be having powerful empath abilities, and control over the emotions of others.
Gardevoir's also more likely has a spiritual origin or such. A sylph-like spirit or at least a protective entity, as it gives it's life to protect it's trainer when their life is at risk. Meaning it's typing is more based on mythology, fantasy, and spiritualism.
Great video though! I really enjoy this series!
Yami No Mizu So in other words it could go into the “should have been fairy” category,
No, it has a secondary fairy typing. Gardevoir's typing is perfect for it, physic/fairy, it has spritual/psychic powers, and it's a sylf-like creature. It could also be a guardian angel. And it being a protective spirit fits right into the psychic category with the whole spirits side of psychics.
Yami No Mizu oh right forgot about that. Haven’t battled or used one in forever.
Gardevior is Also base on Guardian Angels, because they are said to protect it's trainer.
John Paul ^,^ Yeah it is, I forgot to mention that in the main post.
So other than it's move-set or Pokedex entries, there's really no obvious tie (mythological, mystical, alien or otherwise) or reasoning to explain it's psychic typing
Hopefully, I was explain it properly and it clears things up!
Kirlia's name is based in Kirlian photography, which is used to see people's auras. Ralts is based in generic psychic powered kids

I think Wobbafett and wynaut are psychic type because of the mind Games you have to play on your opponent to actually make this pokemon viable.
i don't get it
And strangely enough, back in gen 2 or 3, if your pokémon was Dark or Ghost type it could bypass the mindgame. Dark being a special type that is immune to psychic (i.e. Mirror Coat) and Ghost being a physical type that is immune to fighting (i.e. Counter).

I think with Wobufett and Wynaut, the answer is in their names. Specifically the latter. Why are these pokemon Psychic? Wynaut!

Very interesting.

Also the main point of the video is WHY these Pokemon are psychic, not WHAT makes this Pokemon a psychic type.

@@harrietr.5073 well it’s the most similar to a magic type in the magician/witch/wizard kind of way.

Aren't Kirlia called the Emotion Pokemon? Powers over Emotion are a Psychic thing right? It would make Gardevoir like a Pokemon version of Raven

No one's ever got that reference before, I'm so happy
Toa Arania Well I am a Brit who was a kid in the early 2000s. CBBC was my life
Well, the Gardevoir line are also slightly based on the idea of a guardian angel, and angels are lesser-than-gods spirits.
I don' t think thats something game freak purposefully did that, i'm pretty sure they just wanted to give it a more interesting design, thus plates
Also Giraffe Telekinesis. that made me laugh for like 5 minutes
The Human 2cs. No its true. They most likely based girafirigs second head on the stegosaurus second brain theory
Also giraffes were considered yokai’s.
Rock/Psychic fossil pokemon... I'll dig it.

I think a good idea for Alolan Raichu's origin is that it wanted to surf, since surfing is big in Hawaii/Alola, but couldn't due to its typing (Electric and Water not going well together). So it developed a way to surf without the fear of the water.

*[STORYTIME]*
As far as I know, Orihime (Weaver/Weaving Princess) worked a lot for her father on one side of the Amanogawa river and was concerned about never finding her true love.
(Edit: the lovers are only allowed to meet on Tanabata, which means that when the day ends, Orihime has to come back to her father on the other side of the river once more, wishing that she can meet Hikoboshi next year)
@Ice then why did you read all of it?
Wow, good job.
Dang, nice info man 👍👍👍
I want to read this, but I can't be bothered to.
iirc that is fact as there are Tanabata event Jirachis distributed in Japan
When I first saw wobbuffet back in the day it was first introduced, I thought it was a ghost type like some sort of goofy Casper ghost
Why is the Wobby evolutionary line psychic?
Because.
*WHY NOT?*
Yep. My life is full of amazing wonders that destroyed my childhood
Is this Golden Sun music I'm hearing in the background? :D
Ikr?
OMGGG YEAAAAAAAA YEAAA GOLDEN SUN
I was just about to comment that xD best GBA game!
Definitely golden sun
Was looking for that comment
Medicham and Meditite have the same reason for their psychic powers I think, it it's at list how they use it, they use it to boost their physical power to insane levels by meditating and focusing all of their efforts on physical combat, a very psychic thing to do
I like how you used the aeon design from TMNT, they really do give off that "watcher of the cosmos" vibe
Do a video on Missingno... I mean bird type.
Can you do the ghost type next?
Sean Dewar I’d prefer that he saved that for October.
Yes, let's leave Ghost type for the Halloween.
i feeleed like he already do one... but it seem not to be the case... maybe that the "dark" video has a lot of gosth in it
i know... i have the "feeling" that there was a video with ghost on it, but when i searched it cannot find it...
I can explain every ghost type for you right now. They died.
The Gardevoir line is said to be related to the mental faculty of empathy and emotional connection; that's probably one of the reasons why they're psychic
IS THAT A PIECE OF THE GOLDEN SUN SOUNDTRACK YOU'RE USING THERE AT AROUND 10MIN IN? 🥺
Great, now I wanna play it *again*
Your thumbnail isn’t nearly L E W D enough fren.
Nah did your you SEE that wobufett? Lewd...
Welp. He's into goth girls.
**mwah** Goodnight everybody!
*Ending music*
I would argue that jirachi could fit in the space category as it's based partially of the wishing star concept
I think that girafarig is psychic because it may have to do with Kirins which have mysterious powers and giraffes were thought to literally be Kirins
isn't the Ralts line Psychic because of their empathetic powers?
14:01 Did... did he just call Lugia "Lugio"?
29:17 - ...Except Wynaut had Splash, Charm, and Encore even when it was first *introduced* as well as Amnesia...
