Its indeed tough for me now, the freelancing IT recruiter. Thanks for the videos! You're one of the realest, much love from Bulgaria and thanks for the advice and coaching, learned so much from you

Despite facing significant obstacles in launching my own agency-such as struggles with niche specialization, acquiring clients and candidates, and mistakenly investing in an unsuccessful course-I am now motivated to give it another shot after watching your informative videos. What's even more encouraging is that you offer the chance to schedule a call, and I'm hoping that this extends to individuals in the US as well?
asalamualkium, i love how you reply to all the comments. i had a watch over all your course videos but I didn't find anything about payroll, legal things or accountancy? do you know where I can learn about it? I've got an accountant friend, shall I talk to him?
Most of the time you won't have a candidate thats why you mention "to help them source"... if you have a candidate you pitch in the candidate. Same way an estate agent tries to find you a house to buy
Hi Kadz, I mainly have experience when it comes to recruiting sales people for B2B companies (lead gen/marketing firms) - this is also the topic that I can talk about. However, I did notice that there are loads of healthcare related jobs that needs to be filled. Got an account on Upwork, and most of the clients I find there are looking for a healthcare recruiter. Would you advice me to switch over to healthcare? Or just stick to recruiting salespeople?
Great stuff Kadz, as usual, thank you. Quick question - Do you design a new recruiter site for every new sector you go to? and similarly do you create a new linkedin profile for your new sector? or do you keep just one site and one linkedin profile with all your sectors.
No i usually stick to one niche, if im testing i just do a very simple basic website then upgrade it. I have a designer i work close with who does all my graphics, website..he does websites for me in 2 hours.
@markmfalme same thing really, whatever im in its tailor made to it. I do have multiple account set up but thats for a different reason to get around the limits
Hi Kadz, great video. With all your live jobs that your bringing in through cold email Ect..., do you have a resourcing team or VA's behind you or is it just you looking for candidates ?
I don't think he does. I personally get hit with VA BD inmails multiple times per day, and had a hard sell by a well known UK / Dubai based company. I am not sold.
@@GuvnaOnSpotify Thanks for your message, I get hit with those email all the time & just worth wondering whether it would be worth it. However, i'm not really constantly busy the jobs just come in waves
@@PT-il7nv I hear you. I'm the same with jobs. I do find it hard to believe that a team of offshore VA's could do better BD. I find these spam VA emails are almost definitely coming from the same VA's that we'd have working for us, and to be honest I'm not really impressed. I could be wrong though
How do I go about setting up multiple linked in accounts? Should my face be on the profile of all of them? Should I post the same content on all of them? As much info as you can give me in this comment section would help a lot…thanks man😂🙏🏾
Hello brother, i am curious wether or not to start a recruitment company in Scotland but If I'm honest. I don't know if it will be successful. I have doubts about starting it but what are your thoughts on giving a shot for a few months, spending a bit of money on a course so I can learn and see where it takes me?
With LinkedIn, i use it and show my legit 9 to 5 job etc and my connections come from my life and work. Dont think it would be favoured if i put that im a recruiter while working my job. What would you do about that?
Salam bro I hope you're in the best of health and emaan Inn Shaa Allāh. Quick question, am I only limited to one niche? Can I be pro at one niche then maybe become another niche by still using my original LinkedIn account and same website?
In theory you can recruit for anything but you cant dominate. Would you go to a kebab shop owner that makes curry and fish and chips too? Or just a kebab shop
@@kadzmoney just a kebab shop to be honest lol. Shukran appreciate it bro. Your content is amazing and very beneficial. May Allāh continue you to give you even more ameen

How would you try to secure a deal with a client when you don’t necessarily have a candidate straight away?
Most of the time you won't have a candidate thats why you mention "to help them source"... if you have a candidate you pitch in the candidate.

Have you got a course i can purchase or do i just book in a few calls with you. Love your content btw, very excited!
Thank you, if you go on my playlist there is a free course there. I won't sell a paid course.

Amazing video Kadz! Perfect timing, in the care sector would you contact the car homes or the car home provider? Many thanks 🙏
The providers are usually the care homes...

Will IT/Tech recruitment get better? I mean companies will always need software engineers, frontend devlopers, web developers.
100% it will always be one of the biggest sectors, its just a down turn at the moment

So kadz what should be the ratio for cold email and for cold calling?
100 emails, 20-60 cold calls
