This man truly is a gent and he's in it to help others. Due to a little timing issue he gave me a free consultation, all that time just to help someone else. Thanks Kadz
I've finally bite the bullet and started recruitment, but all I really know is hospitality. But it's not proving to be a good sector to recruit in, I've known this but i didn't think i would be this difficult to get a client (plenty of candidates though). So I'm going back to the drawing board.
no sector is easy and all sectors are good sectors as long as you can make a sale. You need to be consistently speaking with clients and getting vacancies. Hospitality is probably a great sector to work in due to the huge turn around and battle for the pound coin. Speaking with bar managers would be better in my opinion then speaking with corporate hiring managers but I wouldn't know. All the best.
kadz, your videos are very easy to digest; and i would really appeciate if i could get on a short call with you for some advice; I am starting my own agency but unsure on what niche to hone in on
Kadz, I'm in IT, and finding clients is very challenging as it is super saturated. You mentioned go small to bring in some revenue, so how do I shift to small placing into help desk, or it support when my business doesn't speak to that?
What about certain sectors in engineering? Im struggling to get replies in these sectors in mechanical engineering for example, im having so much trouble finding a client

Construction is tough right now in the UK due to a lot of contractors who’ve gone bust and more will follow . Plus , the candidates can be very flaky
You’re not wrong mate - I work in industrial and our group started a construction agency - wishing them luck
Kadz would you contact clients first or candidates first
Recruitment would be easy if it wasn’t for clients and the candidates!!!

Could you say a niche like Office Administration staffing is good for a starter?
I wouldn't recommend it
Did you manage to contract anyone in Dubai ?
Kadz I’ve sent cvs across after terms have been signed, however they never got back to me although I ticked all the boxes - any tips?
