Kadz, been watching your videos amongst other recruiters for some time, doing a lot of research and decided to set up now, thanks for the information you put out
Came across your channel when I was searching on how to source resumes as a startup agency. You mentioned something about scheduling LinkedIn posts, and posting them everyday and also about automation. I am curious to know as to how can I go about this as a startup recruitment agency(right now its just one or 2 of us, and primarily only me), and I am still working on narrowing down to the sectors, but I may choose 2 or 3 of which I am confident I can go deep dive. And I love to write, and if I can use my strengths into the marketing aspect, I was wondering what exactly can I schedule as a LinkedIn post to go out everyday. Can you give a few examples ? And also, if it were videos, what kind of videos should it be ? Please guide, and I think I liked the way you are delivering messages in the recruitment field. I have just started and I am wanting to learn more. I have subscribed to your channel today. Thanks in advance
Asalam Kadz may the Al Mighty bless you and your family in abundance for your valuable free knowledge. Am looking for a descent business email and website any recommendations please?
Hi Kadz! you inspire me.... Im from uk, british trained nurse/midwife & healthcare manager in Dubai. Ive just started my own agency, website built, and feeling 'what now'??!! just watched your video on 100 challenge and need a little guidance setting up/sourcing candidates. can i take a little of your time via a zoom or call? Carol
Hi Kadz-i have started a temporary staffing business and have been watching your videos(great content). i understand i need to do an email campaign to grow as i only have 1 client currently but how do you create an emailing list as many email marketing sofware are strict with GDPR around finding emails from linkdin etc. It would also be great if you did a video on charging/paying VAT on contractors and non VAT business also . Keep the video's coming 🙂
Hi Katz! I've seen several of your videos, which I used to start my own recruitment agency in Data and Analytics. On my first day, I received 40 % open rate but no replies to any. I've only sent 200 emails, but shouldn't I see at least a reply. What do you think? Am I impatient or did I choose the wrong niche?
Great video. Increasing your channels and volume is the way to survive this shit economy Would you recommend even targeting overseas clients as well just for more volume? Im Australia based so our market while big is still a lot smaller than say usa and uk. Are there any legal issues pertaining to overseas recruitment? Is it viable? Whats yours experience with recruiting non-eu overseas
kadz do you think we should choose recession proof niches even if we have no experience in that field cuz however we can have a basic know how but not 100 % of that as it would be new , secondly do you think that for leads and generating client and candidate acquisition funnels for sourcing and lead generating outsource method employees like in phillipines and pakistan or india is a good option ? btw love your valuable content :)
Hi Kadz, would you recommend me to market myself as a recruitment agency or as a recruitment freelancer, if it’s just me? As a freelancer who is a sector specialist
TH-cam recommended me one of your video And I am so thankful really great stuff man, Btw I was wondering do you need an video editor for editing your videos than. I Would help you in editing the videos If you are interested do respond Thanking you kshitij
How is the pest control sector? I was thinking of making a more broad agency, rather than making it primarly focused on pest control becasue I would prefer flexibility in my branding.
@@kadzmoney Do you think that making a sector specific company for pest control would be better, or would it be more safer for an agency with multiple sectors
Hi kadz. Just a quick one. If im recruiting for something like let's say college teachers and there's only a few around my area i plan to start in. How would i send 100 emails to potential clients? Hope that makes sense
I recruit in the engineering sector, I find cold calling is better in that sector specifically. To be honest, it’s dependant on the size of the business. If they have between 50-100 employees then email works wonders and anything below that maybe a cold call would be better in my opinion.

I am going ahead with my head chef micro niche hospitality as I know it is not recession proof but atm the industry looks decent enough.
Defo is a good one. Sorry to be doom and gloom but be prepared
How we make the term and conditions or contracts for the company ? Where i can get help with that ? .thank you.

Your lucky Australian market is really good
@@kadzmoney have you recruited for Australia?
Is the airline industry a good niche overall? It's hot here in North America at the moment, but definitely not recession proof.
Im not sure to be honest, i got very little knowledge on the aviation sector recruitment wise. I cant see why it go zero so to speak. Might slow down
Would love a video on your thoughts on starting a rec2rec agency, not many videos around on this!
Easiest agency to run.... IF (and its a big IF).... you can attract 100k+ a year billers

Thank you brother. Yes outsource if you can but train the person well.
Recession proof is better if possible but just dont pick a dead sector
Kadz, Is a Sales Director, inside Sales Manager or overall sales sector is good for beginner what do you think.
If you are good on the phones yes it can be. Good sales people are always in demand so an easy sell
Awesome as always Kadz🔥🔥🔥
You the man Joshua
What are your thoughts on the accounting industry? Junior accountants, payroll assistants etc?
Bit dry at the moment but a very large sector atm. Payroll is good
Hi Kadz, would you recommend me to market myself as a recruitment agency or as a recruitment freelancer, if it’s just me? As a freelancer who is a sector specialist
Recruitment agency i would say is best
Another great video Kadz 👏👏

I got no money to pay.
What email marketing tools are you using and how are you making it warm vs cold?
Lemlist, mainly from cold
@@kadzmoney thank you! Any thoughts on instantly?
@@hkballer13 instantly is looking really good!!! Im planning to test it out. They reached out to me in fact
@@kadzmoney hope you hear your thoughts in the near future
What are your thoughts on warehouse workers or general labour jobs?
They are good as long as you can secure the clients. You only need a couple of clients to keep you going though
Kadz I have been trying to reach you. I have a few questions.
Im here, what's up
How is the pest control sector? I was thinking of making a more broad agency, rather than making it primarly focused on pest control becasue I would prefer flexibility in my branding.
Its very good. One of the fastest growing sectors
@@kadzmoney Do you think that making a sector specific company for pest control would be better, or would it be more safer for an agency with multiple sectors
Dux soup or Octopus? which on is better ?
Dripify
Thank you for that tip.. will try them out today. @@kadzmoney

Of course it does. You would need more job titles... large area like the whole of the uk and also organisations that arent actively advertising
Thank you!@@kadzmoney
Needed this bro
I'm glad its been of some value!!

To be honest i think you are correct. When i did engineering, i was cold calling
Good motivation
Thank you brother
