This makes me feel more prepared for birth because my biggest concern is "What does it feel like?" I needed this pain on a scale ... I feel like I finally have it on a scale.
New first time mom with a 2 week old here. I have a 2nd degree tear. The first poop for me was scary and painful BUT the second poop was worse because it was like 4 days of stool softener build up and I couldn’t control it. Now that HURT! Never considered that I would have diarrhea afterwards. I pushed for 2 hours and had/have really intense hemorrhoids that felt worse than my stitches. And lastly I’m still dealing with some pain at the top of my vagina for some reason. I wish I would have known how difficult postpartum was going to be! I also became anemic afterwards and that REALLY made me feel AWFUL! I now take an iron supplement

Thank you so much for sharing uncomfortable subject. I'm gonna be a first time mom and I had all these questions. You covered most of it and I feel so grateful you made it for us!!!
The second you mentioned the sting you get from accidental cutting after shaving all around that area made me want to cry, girl women are just so strong you’ve kind of made me terrified for giving birth😭😭😂❤️
Hahaha I just fricking love you. From analogies about ecstasy (which is actually a really great analogy lolll) to your pleads to your husband to absolutely not watch this video. 😂 I’ve been married for almost 6 years and I’m hopeful that my husband still doesn’t know that I poop. 🙏😂 It’s just the way we are too. 🤷🏼♀️ As always, loveeee your honesty! 💘
Im laughing soooo hard while bouncing to make my 12 week baby sleep 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 i relate to almost everything! I got "wiped" once or twice during delivery, also 3 hours pushing and baby head going back inside, epidural working only on my right side, sex hurts, and etc 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you are the best, thank you, i really needed to laugh 😝❤️
I also pushed for four hrs with my daughter 😅 and it was just like that! Your analogies could not be more accurate!!!! Omg your baby blues was exactly like mine. Same time of day I would just get so hyped up and anxiety was awful.
Thank you for talking about the baby blues and PPD. I'm 2 weeks postpartum with my first baby and in the thick of it right now. It's hard explaining to people how I feel and I definitely didn't expect it to hit this hard 💗💖
Thank you so much for doing this! I am due in 3 weeks and no one talks about this stuff. It is so helpful to hear and so reassuring to know what other women go through!
I’m pregnant with my 3rd right now and I still love videos like this. Everyone’s experiences are so similar yet can be really different. Also super swollen after birth is definitely normal. I was given like an hour or two to go pee after birth with my kids and it was definitely worse than the first BM- even with a 3rd degree tear with my first.
I couldn't pee either. I was so scared. They cathrerized me like 3 times before I could pee. I was afraid I would never be without the catheter again lol I was 19. Now I am 55 so I laugh.
I also had to have a catheter put in after giving birth. I remember sitting on the toilet with the water running and crying because I couldn’t pee. I also ended up with a 4th degree tear. Postpartum has been really rough. :(
It is different every time you have a another baby. I remember when I had my first I was in pain for almost 2 months. But I did have her naturally with no epidural and had to get cut last minute with no numbing medicine.
Notification squad! Brittany your journey is so inspiring in all of its TMI goodness, thank you for showing women that we are not alone in such a new time 💕 And my husband and I are very open about bodily functions, so hopefully if and when I poop in front of him it won't traumatize him for life 😂
All of these things I wish I knew when I had my daughter... the afterbirth and bleeding caught me off guard, and the hurting afterwards!! Oh my goodness I couldn’t sit for weeeeekkkkssss 😰. I felt like it those things were not spoken about then. And PPD was just starting to be ok to talk about. Such different times, every generation is so lucky with the knowledge they gain. Loved this video 💕
You’re the only person I’ve heard talk about pushing for 3 hours and crowning for hours. That’s exactly what happened to me with my first! She was also a big baby. Here’s the good news for you: my second was also big but it only took 15 mins to push her out!
Additional tmi: it is perfectly normal to get hemoroids after giving birth, so dont be embarrassed to go to the doctor to get it checked out! (6 months post here, and just got it checked out this week) 🤣
Omg!! I'm so glad you mentioned your first Pee😭 I'm also traumatized from a similar experience 6 weeks ago post c section. They gave me 6 hours to try to pee. I was SO swollen too. Finally they put the catheter in and 1800ml of pee was drained from me😫 WTF. What us moms go through..
Sex should not hurt, not even the first time. If it hurts you still have healing to do or check out a pelvic floor specialist as your muscles can do some weird things after birth
Many women experience painful intercourse even a year after childbirth, they just don't know what's wrong, and since nothing can usually be seen on the surface, going to a regular doctor doesn't help. It makes me really sad to think that so many women are suffering unnecessarily just because the information about women's health is not really widely known. Also, so many women just accept that intercourse hurts when it absolutely shouldn't!
i wish these things were normal for people to talk about & not" tmi" for women. this was helpful❤️
@Jade W, what is tmi?🎃

I’m due in January with my first baby and not going to lie kinda nervous. But your videos have helped calm me a bit. I was wondering if you could do a what products helped you postpartum to take care down there after birth. Congrats on baby girl she’s just the cutest 😊
Thank you so much for sharing uncomfortable subject. I'm gonna be a first time mom and I had all these questions. You covered most of it and I feel so grateful you made it for us!!!
The second you mentioned the sting you get from accidental cutting after shaving all around that area made me want to cry, girl women are just so strong you’ve kind of made me terrified for giving birth😭😭😂❤️
yess this part got me too!
I got "wiped" once or twice during delivery, also 3 hours pushing and baby head going back inside, epidural working only on my right side, sex hurts, and etc 🤣🤣🤣🤣 you are the best, thank you, i really needed to laugh 😝❤️
most explanative video ever! thank you SO much for being so openly vulnerable!!
I also pushed for four hrs with my daughter 😅 and it was just like that! Little out sucked back in little out sucked back in...she is 16 now and I am 19 and 1 day pregnant 🤰 with my husbands and my first! We are so excited and I have found you and love your channel! I am binge watching right now and this is all coming back to me slowly! Thank you for sharing I feel like I am getting to realize what I actual need for baby and myself!! ❤️
I’ve been clucky today for no explained reason, so thank you on behalf of myself and other women who are just not ready by any means for the journey of having a bub 💗one day
Thank you for normalizing all this!! I’m pregnant with my 2nd and make an effort to share the real details about pregnancy!!
You’re going to get through this!!!
It does go away trust me!
I’m pregnant again with my second and I’m so scared to go through the blues again.
Thank you so much for doing this! I am due in 3 weeks and no one talks about this stuff. It is so helpful to hear and so reassuring to know what other women go through!
Thank you so much for being SO REAL! It is so refreshing and appreciated ❤️❤️❤️
For me crowning felt more like a burning, the burning ring of fire! 🔥
So excited for this! 40 weeks today and if baby girl doesn’t come by Friday I’m getting induced Monday 😅😅🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
When did you deliver? Mine was 19/11
I’m pregnant with my 3rd right now and I still love videos like this.
I love your TMI videos. 😂 They’re my favorite cause I feel like no one talks about these things.
You have an amazing skill for describing indescribable things! This was so helpful ❤️
Thank you so much!!
I’ve never been pregnant or given birth but when you mentioned the ecstasy come down, that I can relate to from back in the day (20 years ago).
I also had to have a catheter put in after giving birth. I remember sitting on the toilet with the water running and crying because I couldn’t pee. I also ended up with a 4th degree tear. Postpartum has been really rough. :(
Forever thankful I found your channel! I’m almost 25 weeks and I wanna know the REALLLLL stuff about labor & delivery 😂 thank you!
It is different every time you have a another baby. I remember when I had my first I was in pain for almost 2 months. But I did have her naturally with no epidural and had to get cut last minute with no numbing medicine.
Really finding your videos helpful and entertaining. will definitely take note of your tips & hacks! Currently 3 months pregnant now 🥰
Notification squad! Brittany your journey is so inspiring in all of its TMI goodness, thank you for showing women that we are not alone in such a new time 💕 And my husband and I are very open about bodily functions, so hopefully if and when I poop in front of him it won't traumatize him for life 😂
Hahahaha there’s no judgement in the delivery room
All of these things I wish I knew when I had my daughter... the afterbirth and bleeding caught me off guard, and the hurting afterwards!! Oh my goodness I couldn’t sit for weeeeekkkkssss 😰. I felt like it those things were not spoken about then. And PPD was just starting to be ok to talk about.
Such different times, every generation is so lucky with the knowledge they gain.
Loved this video 💕
I desperately need more of these videos lmao planning on trying for our first baby in January and I need every reason to regret it in advance 😂
lol same! except starting to try in spring 💓
You’re the only person I’ve heard talk about pushing for 3 hours and crowning for hours. That’s exactly what happened to me with my first! She was also a big baby. Here’s the good news for you: my second was also big but it only took 15 mins to push her out!
You are so funny and have a way of making the whole thing more bearable in a strange way x
Honestly feel like I could have filmed this video myself! Even down to my little one having a milk allergy! Loved it! Very honest and open x
Additional tmi: it is perfectly normal to get hemoroids after giving birth, so dont be embarrassed to go to the doctor to get it checked out! (6 months post here, and just got it checked out this week) 🤣
I love your videos and how real you are. I think this will help a lot of people.
The same thing happened to me with peeing! It was the WORST! I’m still so hypersensitive about peeing, I’m so sorry you experienced it as well.
I'm pregnant with my first and I love how informative this video has been 💖
Sex should not hurt, not even the first time. If it hurts you still have healing to do or check out a pelvic floor specialist as your muscles can do some weird things after birth
It can hurt because of dryness after birth.
It can hurt simply due to nervousness leading to dryness and making you tense up. It doesn’t necessarily mean there’s an issue.
If you have a really severe tear/nerve damage like I did you absolutely can. It takes longer than just 8 weeks for things to truly heal.
@@LissyFantage01 even so, it's not supposed to hurt. Of you're dry, use lube, if you're tense, practice relaxing, and stop IMMEDIATELY when it hurts.
I love how the first questioned was answered. I have always wanted to know
I love your videos so much! You are so chill and honest 🙏🏻 And you have the most beautiful little family! 💕
