Knoxville is like any city. There are area that traffic is worse than others. You are not tied to having to live in a certain school zone, etc when you retire so you can choose an area that has the conveniences that you want but is not an area that is to congested. I would not let the fear of traffic keep me from living in Knoxville. I would be glad to discuss it with you if you want. Just send me an email and we can pick a time to talk. Have a great day.
Hello :) we are from Ecuador, my boyfriend has the nationality of 🇺🇸, we love the city (we’ve been watching your videos), we will go there to start again, How do you see the issue with the people of South America? Thank you very much.
The prices of homes has gotten out of control. In just a few years you cant get something decent unless you spend half a mil.... are there that many high wage earners? I mean middle class have very few options if any now. The prices n interest rates are not realistic for the average person.
There are still homes that are within reach for everyone it’s just not as affordable as it use to be. People are having to adjust to what there budget will allow them to buy. The good thing is that the coat of owning the home has not risen for us like many parts of the country like taxes, insurance, etc

What part of Knoxville are you promoting the Westside or the Eastside
All of Knoxville. Different parts appeal to different people.

I am not sure what you mean by issue but I would say that Knoxville is a very welcoming place to live.
Knoxville is freaking expensive. And wages are low.
