    You can live in Karns with a scooter if you're in one of the neighborhoods between the library and the elementary school as that area has walkable access to a grocery store, post office, library, community center, elementary school, and the Lions Club pool. Otherwise, no.
    Smithbilt and D L Horton are not reputed to be high-quality builds, so keep that in mind when looking in the less expensive neighborhoods.

    Thank you for your videos! Are there towns in east TN that never flood? Flooding is my main concern moving to the area.

    What’s the best location considering the following. @ Knoxville
    1) currently working but retire in the next 8-10 years. so looking to settle down for retirement and not move again.
    2) Need an Indian(Asian) community & Grocery that’s easily assessable
    3) Considering travel easy to community into Knoxville
    4) Considering travel need access to Airports (international) and or Amtrak
    5) Easy access to Costco, Sam’s CLub, BJS etc.and local grocery including local farmers market for cheap fresh produce
    6) Easy access to Liquor stores (no dry areas) and Book stores
    7) Broadband / Fibre Internet 1GBPS +
    8) Need home not exceeded Ing 350K with a decent yard for pets (dogs)
    7) No houses sticking with each other h other, but not remote
    8) Low HOA fees
    9) Easy access to Freeways / Interstates to travel
    10) Welcoming community for a Indian (Asian) Family
    11) Easy to find Pratima / Remote jobs in retirement.
    Don’t need too much of a hustle and bustle, but don’t want to be remote
