I haven't heard this in a number of years, I used to blast this while I was a delivery driver at Domino's back in 2010 when I was 18/19, and man, this still holds up today. I think I actually respect it even more.

Dying Fetus is my favorite post melodic brutal blackened symphonic jazzcore band, John Petrucci's banjo solo from Hammer Smashed Leprosy was brutal and George Fisher's triangle solo just added to the brutality and it was my favorite song from The Great Symbolic Trendkill Kerry King's vocals were fucking insane.

I saw dying fetus playing live a couple years ago. The venue was playing living on a prayer while the band warmed up, and everybody started singing it. Trey noticed, and stopped what he was doing and started playing the drums to it!

The thing that always blows me away about this track is Sean's bass. John's guitars are immense as well, but fucking hell trem picking and sweeps that fast are so difficult to execute at all on bass, let alone while sounding that tight.

Dying Fetus had bass drops and breakdowns in their songs long before most of these present bands were conceived; well Obituary had it in the song Splattered from the World Demise LP. Dying Fetus, Suffocation and Nile were some of the top Tech Death bands out back then, in my opinion.
