why do coaches throw away a 10-12-15 point lead, letting the other team build momentum before FINALLY calling a timeout?? Can't tell you how many times I was rooting for our home team back in the ABA days, and we'd be up 20 freaking points, then the other team would get hot, and boom. lead gone.. we lose. If I ever win a billion dollars in the lottery and buy an NBA team, I'll fire the coach the first time they let this crud happen. No way that lead should have been frittered away.
Great win! To come back twice. Once from 15 down to 1 at half and then I think down 13 late 3rd to beat a great UT team and of course our biggest rival, to win Big 12 regular season championship! As an OU alum, it might speak to me not watching much OU WCBB lately, which I'm not proud of. That is maybe why this is first I've heard or seen Whitney Hand Jones since she graduated OU. I do recall what a solid player she was for Sooners. I enjoyed watching her play. Happy Whitney seems to be doing well!

If you can’t admit the officiating was egregious, you don’t deserve the win. The ‘travel’ was called a bobble by the nearest ref then overruled by one on the opposite sideline. If that last quarter happened in the pros, there’d be a league investigation. NCAAWBB deserves better.
What a sad “win” for Oklahoma. The refs handed that W to OU. Texas was the better team last night and should have won. Absolute hot garbage refereeing last night.
No one is denying that. But OU just won the Big-12 regular season championship and did so by defeating Texas twice. Quit an accomplishment. The tournament results will not change these facts. But I'm betting that Texas will probably win the Big-12 tournament. They are very talented. Plus they will be very fired up.
