Tuna and Cheese Pandesal- Your favorite Pandesal with a twist

You have to try this delicious and soft tuna cheese pandesal melts. This was such a good try! Next time maybe I'll try with ube. See you on my next upload☺️
Recipe Ingredients:
1 egg
215 grams AP flour
125 ml milk
25 grams sugar
3 grams yeast
3 grams salt
27 grams butter
Breadcrumbs
Tuna and Cheese :
100 grams tuna(drain and mashed)
1 small onion or half if medium size
1 1/2 tbsp mayonaise(I used japanese mayo)
1/2 cup cheese(I used Quickmelt cheese since but you can use mozzarella if you want)
Dash of pepper
