I’m closing with them soon and the experience has been great. I had a 3rd party inspection done and only had a few minor issues. Standard for my house were full gutters, full window treatment, front and rear sod, sprinklers, security system, and painted and textured garage. Definitely a builder to check out!

I absolutely love highland. They are one of my favorites to work with. good quality. Good selections great customer service. They stand behind their product. Won’t be the cheapest in a neighborhood but it’s worth the value.
Zak, I’ve been watching your videos for the last 1-2 months and they’ve been very helpful to us as we are on a new build journey! What are your thoughts on the builder Taylor Morrison? I don’t think I’ve seen you mention them in any of the videos I’ve watched so far.
They are alright. I think they are better at some of their higher price points. Lower sub 500 they aren’t my favorite. I would pick them over some others still. Usually have good incentives but if given the option I think I’d take a trophy or mertiage first or some others. But they best out Horton and lenar for sure.
