@Grayson King I saw a similar post like yours, but it recommended a different InstaApp. Back when I was a kid that was usually the extent of this sort of thing, but I'm glad to see using multiple accounts has caught on. With that said, I used InStapORtAL too and I hacked myself or something. Check it out today!

Jesus doesn’t only reference hell, he describes it in great detail. He says it is a place of eternal torment (Luke 16:23), of unquenchable fire (Mark 9:43), where the worm does not die (Mark 9:48), where people will gnash their teeth in anguish and regret (Matt. 13:42), and from which there is no return, even to warn loved ones (Luke 16:19-31). He calls hell a place of “outer darkness” (Matt. 25:30),

It goes on and on and on..
When he said "when you land a trick... everything lights up... its crazy.. but its hollow.. it cant drive you"
So many people I love think I am crazy and suicidal or I just want to flex with these amazing pictured we do.... thats not what I want...
They ignore the lifestyle.. the training... countless hours at the gym.. the travels and people you meet along the journey.. the planning behind not being caught or making it as safe.as.possible

Rodney is a Savant' You can hear his passion when he speaks, this is why he cries by the end of most conversations, He also forms pictures with his hands and mind when he speaks, so when he sk8's he truly is creating the art in his mind first, then bringing it to life through his body. This is the definition of a true artist and his canvas is the world, and his brush is the skateboard, there will most likely not be another Rodney Mullen of our time.

The guy regarded as the greatest street skater in the world, who has the respect of all skateboarders worldwide, basically says that the admiration that came with his stature was exciting, but ultimately hollow and unfulfilling, and that the satisfaction of accomplishing what he set out to do, and loving every minute of it, even through the hard times, is what really fulfilled him and mattered the most.

I'm the same age as Hawk, and I think Rodney is a couple years older, and what Rodney is saying is about remembering that you are doing something because you love it is so important. At 54 I believe that though you always want to be working on something and progressing, that you must also find ways to take life in and find enjoyment with everything you can along the way. In the past I'd bust my as&%, achieve, feel unfulfilled, then sabotage with drink, feel guilty, and start achieving again. Plan and work for tomorrow "while" enjoying today!

My only hope is that Rodney understands what he has given to myself and other skateboarders like me.His gift to us was showing us through his brilliant innovative skateboarding the things that are possible on a board and giving us the understanding that we can keep taking skateboarding to new levels as individuals so that this great sport continues to progress and stay fresh!!!Thank you,Thank you, THANK YOU Mr.Rodney Mullen!!!!!

It's exceptionally awesome to hear Rodney talk about the joy of skating and what it makes him and brings him. It makes me really appreciate that I have found something in my life that brings me that kind of peace, listening to him reminds me to cherish it!

If hearing rodney speak makes you cry, it's likely the recognition of what you could have been and had it you hadn't sacrificed the most authentic parts of yourself like most of us do. Rodney is Rodney, and no one else, whether you like him or not, and because of that, he is truly humble.

Pure love... An idol that will never die. An inspiration still at 45 and I started when I was 12. The second week with a plastic banana board I struck my front tooth bad. The dentist had to operate my tooth. After that I knew, it was still worth it it was so worth it. Many broken bones and a healing soul my love for skateboarding will live on til the day I die! Thank you mullen you are the godfather of what I fought for for so many years! Danny/ Sweden.

A human like Rodney makes you want to remind those you love that you love them and apologize to those you have wronged every time he speaks.
I am so glad and the world is so fortunate that Rodney ended up flourishing rather than in addiction and/or in other destructive outcomes which is what happens to so many brilliant and wonderful humans that don't feel they fit in and struggle at home when they are young.
Thank you Rodney. You and those like you make life significantly less tragic and the day filled with more hope.

Oh man!!! I could likely go on reading and Thumbs Upping every comment on here, to be sure. Rodney was the shit when I was coming up in the 1980's, and still is! I only learned last year that he is autistic and that made so much sense as to his level of passion and devotion to his craft. He is an amazing and brilliant man! Love you brother!

Growing up in the 90's and early 2000's me and my friends would try some of rodneys signature tricks for months. I don't think any of us ever got them down, despite all loving skating and doing it daily. The man was SO good it is hard to put into words.

I had a promising trajectory with a skateboard career.... was flow for DC. Watching this makes me realize what drugs robbed me of... not the potential game or "success" .... It took something fun, Intuitive, something that made me who I am away from me..... It has robbed me of ten years of my life.. just pushed my fiance away with my addiction last year. Still recovering. Trying to move forward and heal . The drugs have changed my life. I live somewhere totally different, no social life. I make music and art but I think one of the biggest missing pieces is my board. It's such a spiritual journey to be a human let alone a skateboarder.

SO what Rodney's really saying is... "For the greater Good, for what it does for me. It's not the fame or glory, or the temporary highs vs the lows. But to
    "remind my self" That
    "I Can".

Every skateboarder in the world who finds joy in landing that trick you struggled with for so long owes this man. Much love to Rodney! It wasn't Tony Hawk who made me want to skate it was this guy!! So much talent wish he didn't age man for real the things he could do can do on a board I miss watching his tapes
