The design of these e-bikes is remarkable, offering an enjoyable riding experience with the option of reducing pedaling effort. It is exciting to anticipate the next generation of e-bikes, which may potentially offer increased speed, ideally up to fifty-five miles per hour, while also gaining widespread approval across the United States. E-bikes serve as a viable alternative to cars for commuting, running errands, and various other purposes.

I'm still waiting to see where a ride star G20 is reviewed in this video? I only saw a rid star Q20. Hilarious errors but great vid other than that, dad!
It's originally set to 15 amps, it can be turned up to 20. But I wasn't able to notice any difference. By any chance do you know how much voltage sag you're getting under full throttle? If you click the power button a few times it will display voltage on the display. I'm getting about 4 volts drop on a full battery.
I just ordered one of these in Australia from a local distributor for A$290.24 with free shipping to my home. I am hoping it turns up OK - I either got a real bargain or was ripped off ;) (but I paid via Paypal, so can always reverse the payment if it doesn't turn up or is defective). Other local resellers sell the same bike for A$699, and the manufacturer's RRP is $1,160 -- so as with many things ordered online, you have to shop around to get the best price.
This bike is not easy to pedal if you are a taller rider. This bike is made for electric cruising mostly. So if you intend on pedaling a lot, the position is not like a mountain bike. I am 6’ 4” it’s a lazy cruiser.
i was thinking about getting this bike but i’m seeing some bad reviews in the comments, and recommendations for better bikes for maybe $200 more? or similar priced bikes that are better
I've owned this model for about a week and put a few miles on it. Overall I like it, looks and rides great. But the advertising is a bit misleading. The Amazon description claims 30/34mph. But mine will not go over 26mph. I have the max speed set to 100Kph and current set all the way up to 20 amps. But even on pedal assist 5 and plenty of tire air pressure it won't go over 26mph. I'm 185lbs, so only a little over average. Also if you look close at the advertising/videos it shows adjustable front fork shocks and a built in USB port on the battery.
@@ericdolby1622 nothing is locked out as far as I can see. It allows me to set the max speed to 100 km/h. But it just doesn't have enough power to go over 26 mph. My motor part number is different from other peoples same model.

@@Libragod well I paid for the 30mph version. The battery says 20ah, but I haven't investigated if that is what the battery really is. Besides capacity, is there any other way to tell the different models apart from each other? I found the aliexpress page that shows a two different models on the same frame. The 13ah has manuel cable brakes, the 20ah has hydraulic brakes. Mine does have red hydraulic brakes, but maybe my battery pack is weak.

Looking for a cool ride for my 16 year old grandson. He rides in woods hills and trails, also bikepath. Does he need a license for this? He has not learned to drive yet. He loves to go fast but I need him to be safe.

Yes it is
How does the power compare to the foldable ridstar
The foldable is lighter, both have the same motors and controllers. Speed, there is little difference between the two.
3 times full runs break in the battery let it drain down, then never let it go all the way down and charge up to 80 down to one line or 2 on display it could last 3 years
Can you buy replaceable batteries? Are thr batteries universal
Yes, most batteries work with a specific system. Just do a little research. You can find even larger capacity ones for certain bikes
What is the app you are using?
Awesome review my man thanks a lot😎
What’s the max range ?50 miles or 75 miles ? Is it possible to add a rear bike rack as well ??
