I've had my Q20 for about 2 months now. Couple things to consider, the speedometer is off by about 2 mph. The manufacturer has no consistency of the motors that they use, I took a motor part number survey in a different TH-cam comment section and not a single two had the same part number. Some people can reach 30 miles per hour, while others can only go 26 mph, 20ah version. I recommend everybody with one of these to use GPS to confirm the actual real speed you're going. Originally mine stopped at 28, but was actually 26 mph when verified with the MPH GPS app. The manufacturer sent me a different motor and speed controller, now mine will do 30 mph, but does feel like it lost a little bit of torque.
@@alveend8551I've already played with a tire size for getting a speedometer more accurate. But it won't help the original motor to have enough power to reach it's advertised 30 mph.

These bikes usually weigh over 100lbs in the box and are a pain in the ass to move around. So for a heavy package, 2-300 dollars for shipping isn’t bad.

Does anyone have their contact ?? I just received this bike today. And I’m missing the headlight components that attach to the bike!! Hopefully I’m not missing other components!!!!
Why is shipping so high if it’s already in the US?
Well I originally thought they charged so much because they wanted to make a bit of extra margin, But I looked on fedex’s shipping calculator (FedEx has delivered every one of my bikes so far) and to ship from California to Chicago, the cheapest ground shipping is $237. These bikes usually weigh over 100lbs in the box and are a pain in the ass to move around. So for a heavy package, 2-300 dollars for shipping isn’t bad.
@@ampedcycle Appreciate the feedback bro.
Do you still ride the Q20?
Also, is it on the small side? I’m about 5’9
Might be a dumb question but can you put pegs on this😭
Haha, maybe but I don’t think it’s a good idea
1:04 If that was my Bike i would paint that thing black.
i really like the pedals honestly, really adds a disguise. electric bikes been getting a bad rep by law enforcement lately.
Can you tell me your height?
how far can you ride with it
I get about 25-30 miles
Aren't you afraid to charge it indoors?
I only charge my bikes in my nuclear bunker in case of battery fires
Lil bro the point of the pedals if you go to far and it dies. No one cares if you have battery life and pedal…. No one is buying it to pedal like a regular bike:!
And to make it comply with ebike laws
Only reason I fw pedals is so that the cops don’t stop me for illegal
I’m 5”9 to and it’s not bad at all each for their own Ig but yeah I got the same bike trust me it’s not bad at all
What is the top speed?
30 mph
I bought mine a few months ago. It's awesome. But getting an extra battery isn't easy.
They sell batteries that you can add on. They plug right into the stock controller. B rich solution has a good video on that.
@@ampedcycle thanks I'll check it out
