    Just wanted to drop in and say thanks for this. Not only was the warm-up helpful, but so were your tips. This morning, I tweaked my form to improve midline engagement and reduce arm sway. For the first time in a while, I didn't experience any aches in my thoracic spine after my long run. This form adjustment exactly what I needed! 🏃‍♀

    Always love the content you are posting! It's too easy to gloss over the accessory work and go straight to the fun stuff, so I appreciate the fact that you highlight that these movements are just as important! Keep crushing it, Kristi! You are a joy to watch!

    I have to say it's been difficult for me to run since my knee replacement, but I'm competing in a 5k this month so I'm going to work this warm up into my training. More flexibility should help me at least finish the race (hopefully). Thanks Kristi!

    I was totally doing my leg swings like your example of what NOT to do. Just changing that in my warmup the last few days has been very helpful. Appreciate the info.

    Thank you Kristi! Much needed reminder to spend time on the warm up…I recently got a Whoop strap & am trying to increase my workouts. I def don’t want to end up sore, so will add this 5 min on the front end 🙌🏻

    At 7 min 17 secs into the video isn't that warm up similar to the Shoot Dance challenge...LOL. Great Video. I usually don't do a good job warming up. I tend to just start with a lower weight of whatever I am lifting that day and warm up that way before going heavy at it.

    Thank you Kristi! Always love your content. Always genuine and informative. Quick question, when you run are engaging your core? And if so, are you pushing outward from the diaphragm or sucking in (belly button to spine)?

    Hi Kristi, Can you do fun challenges with other CrossFit women? Such as Hanging (who hangs on a pull up bar longest) or Tug of War or Arm Wrestling :D These strength challenges for fun are getting popular on TH-cam.
