Any chance you will cover how to train for a marathon or 1/2 marathon as well as doing CrossFit at the same time?

I have completed the e-books Bodybuilding accessory 1 and 2 followed by Strength Accessory Program. Now I'm continuing with mixing in workouts from Performance Aesthetics program between daily WODs in the box I'm a member of. During the over 10 years of CrossFit training I have never felt so solid in shoulders etc. and if I had taken this approach when I started, I would most likely have avoided many of the injuries I have had. So, my verdict is: Follow Performance Aesthetics program and get bullet proof!

Would love to see suggestions on nutrition through the 5 stages. Does calorie count increase/decrease? Protein levels increase/decrease? Etc.

Great idea!! Thanks for watching! Calories (and certainly protein) also play a key role into being able to gain muscle!

I recently ordered and tried LMNT. It is amazing. If you combine it with 32 oz of water it tastes like a healthier version of Gatorade. I have noticed better recovery after taking LMNT. Thanks Kristi for the recommendation.

As always, I love the way that you explain everything so well! I didn't know if you would ever consider doing a video on the topic of different training volume for different needs. Such as the average person who should stay active but isn't training for a competition of any kind but still needs to get their body moving VS athletes at different levels. I know it is all very different depending on the person but thought it would be interesting to see. Love the channel and always am excited to see new video alerts :D

Great video and lovely to see the variation in exercises. I am taking my son to the cross fit box (he is 13yo) and explaining him that we only work on the technique first and than add the weight later on. He is not fit and strong at the moment (PS4 hands) so I will take it easy with him. We mostly do the benchpress, deadlift and squat as basics but the ones you are showing here are amazing to put in as well. Thanks so much and will consider the program. I am 52yo and since 3months training 5times a week (besides 3x tennis training) and recovering from a shoulder injury from last year so my upper part is getting there slowly. Before the injury I trained on and off average 2-3 times a week.

You lack control towards the end of your weighted squat

@@veawbpun8514 that's correct and how do you know :). I went to my Fysio last week and she took some pictures of my back and noticed that I am leaning into the right side because of my different leg size. I need to stand more on my left side to balance this out.

is is the pro sport today
==> the pro sport and natural is dead but with 99.99% of cheater and liar
