As a Raider fan I can say Carr is one of the nicest and classiest guys in pro sports let alone the NFL and that guy put up with so much shit from fans and dealing with the nightmare of playing for the Raiders and the guy always kept his composure. They did Haener so wrong. How is rattler getting 3 starts in a row. Haener was sitting as QB3 last year and was listed as QB2 this year. He learned for a year. Then he gets shifted for rattler and rattler was underperforming. Derek Carr can not do it alone. We currently own a top 6 draft pick. Weeks 1-2 or over. We are 2-6. This idea that Derek Carr can save the season is just one last hoorah effort to reel the fans back in and believe again. We haven't won more than 2 games in a row all year long, since Dennis Allen has been head coach we've been one of the most inconsistent teams out there. We haven't won more than 3 games in a row under Dennis Allen and now we are just suppose to go on this fierce tear that no one sees coming. Derek Carr is one player, we still have an entire team. They did Haener so wrong. How is rattler getting 3 starts in a row. Haener was sitting as QB3 last year and was listed as QB2 this year. He learned for a year. Then he gets shifted for rattler and rattler was underperforming. I understand giving rattler the first game but 2 more without consideration for Haener is insane.

Derek Carr can not do it alone. We currently own a top 6 draft pick. Weeks 1-2 or over. We are 2-6. This idea that Derek Carr can save the season is just one last hoorah effort to reel the fans back in and believe again. We haven't won more than 2 games in a row all year long, since Dennis Allen has been head coach we've been one of the most inconsistent teams out there. We haven't won more than 3 games in a row under Dennis Allen and now we are just suppose to go on this fierce tear that no one sees coming. Derek Carr is one player, we still have an entire team. in my opinion, this feels like a lot of "hopium" saints has a aging roster, in my opinion, the cap space is always a huge issue, it feels like every year it comes down to a sudden *almost* playoff run, hoping for a LOT of odd specific games to go a certain way to get into the wildcard, the immense promise they showed at the beginning hasn't shown up at all as of late, and I don't know how I feel, granted, I am not football minded, I am not knowledgable on football, I admit I have faults, so I will admit those things. But Denis Allen hasn't been popular with a lot of saints fans because of his decision making and for the infamous apology to the falcons last year.
