Nice wood selection and I also favor the Alembic style hippie sandwich design. Cool to see you think outside of the box of the body style as well. I am jealous of your Sheppach tools, almost impossible to find in the USA for a decent price. That guitar deserves a hard case though, brother.

Dig the headstock shape and the fretboard wood grain and alum dot layout.
nice work. but why glue the nut and with sticks? there will always be a need to replace them so why make it nedlessly hard?

Flame Instruments. You have talent ! Paulonia wood. (I hope I'm spelling that right). I have heard a few guitars made from this. Sounds pretty good. What's your take?
That's a very soft wood. Not suitable for guitar at all.

Justice suggestion you should have cut the fret slots and shape the neck before you glued it up

Didn't know EMG made solderless pickups... I'm planning to the same thing for a 6 string diy kit but, don't know where to find EMG solderless pickups ... Any hints?
I think EMG only makes solderless pickups. Can be bought as a set - bridge and neck pickup, plus wires, pots, etc.. on their main page or thomann.com.
What is the spec on that bandsaw? looking good
Scheppach HBS 261. 500W, 120 mm (4.72") cutting depth.
Of course precise positioning of the pods could not have been done without the cat scan!
